What do you like best about LeanData?

I like that it integrates with tools like Outreach, Clay, Nooks, API keys, etc. It helps us route leads to the right representatives and flag or merge duplicate records in Salesforce. On top of that, we can assign leads using complex criteria, which helps ensure they’re distributed evenly and on time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about LeanData?

There’s nothing else quite like it. It’s easy to use, with a highly intuitive user interface, and it’s the tool I trust most out of all the similar options available. What problems is LeanData solving and how is that benefiting you?

We use it for lead assignment alongside our lead enrichment tools, and it’s enabled us to set up customized lead routing and assignment across our team. With LeadData, we also have a production lead and contact chart, plus UAT for correspondence, assigning leads, and follow-up. The Slack notifications are helpful as well.
