It was not user friendly and didn't own up to everything it promissed it would. I stopped using the software after the first month because it was not valuable or useful enough to continue with for any purpose I needed. Then, without any meaningful warning, they charged my credit card over $200 for a renewal. I reached out the very same day, and they still refused to refund the charge. Their only solution was to offer credit for software I already determined was not worth using. That kind of policy feels incredibly unfair and anti-customer.
