## Typeform Reviews
 ### 1. Professional, Conversational Forms That Clients Actually Complete

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Muzammil M. | Founder – Muzammil Graphic | Interior and Graphic Designer | Transforming Spaces and Brands Visually , Graphic Design, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 16, 2026

**What do you like best about Typeform?**

What stands out to me is how professional the forms look without spending much time on design. As someone who works on graphic design, websites, and interior design projects, I often need to collect project details before starting work. The conversational layout feels less overwhelming than traditional forms, so clients are more likely to complete every question. I also like the flexibility to add logic, customize branding, and embed forms directly into websites, which keeps the whole process organized.

**What do you dislike about Typeform?**

The overall experience is smooth, but some advanced features and higher response limits are available only on the premium plans. I would also appreciate a little more flexibility in the built-in reporting so basic insights can be reviewed without exporting data to another tool.

**What problems is Typeform solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Typeform has helped me organize the information I receive from clients before starting a project. Instead of long email conversations or scattered WhatsApp messages, I collect design preferences, project requirements, and contact details through one structured form. That reduces follow-up questions, avoids missing information, and lets me start website or design work faster. It has made my client onboarding process more consistent and saves time on every new project.

**Official Response from Grace Porter:**

> Hi Muzammil, we're glad to hear that you find Typeform's conversational layout and professional design helpful for collecting project details. Our goal is to make the form-filling process as smooth and engaging as possible. Thank you for your feedback on advanced features, and built-in reporting. We're currently focusing on making improvements in these areas and look forward to hearing your thoughts in the future.

 ### 2. Fast, Easy Survey Building with Robust Integrations

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Matt R. | CXO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 16, 2026

**What do you like best about Typeform?**

The speed at which surveys and form can be built and deployed.

It's really easy to use and sort of gets out of the way, which is exactly what I need from it.

It's an okay price point and is becoming an integral part of my front-end data gatherinh tech stack.

I think the connections and integrations that are already built-in seem robust and very easy to use.

I've not had any issues with any forms so far, and so I can't comment on support, but if it's as easy to use as the rest of the platform I assume it's helpful and quick, and in terms of onboarding, it's quick and helpful.

AI features are helpful, especially in regard to question language and logic, and again, aren't in your face like many other platforms seem to be - it feels like I'm in control and not forced into using AI for everything which I like.

**What do you dislike about Typeform?**

Exporting to Excel!

It doesn't work! For me, that's really about it.

Form design could use a little more finessing too, but, I don't 'not like it' if that makes sense.

**What problems is Typeform solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Being able to get data quickly and robustly outside of customer systems and platforms.

The ability to get to that data quickly, and the ability to put forms together quickly.

**Official Response from Grace Porter:**

> Hi Matt, we're happy to hear that Typeform is meeting your needs for quick and easy survey building. Your feedback on the integrations and AI features is appreciated. We understand the challenges with exporting to Excel and we're working on enhancing this functionality. Thank you for choosing Typeform for your data gathering needs!

 ### 3. Engaging, Conversational Forms with Powerful Conditional Logic

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ravindra N. | SDET - 2, Oil & Energy, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 06, 2026

**What do you like best about Typeform?**

What I like most about Typeform is its conversational form experience and intuitive interface. Unlike traditional forms that can feel overwhelming, Typeform presents one question at a time, making the experience more engaging and user-friendly. Clean, modern interface that encourages higher form completion rates. Easy drag-and-drop form builder with no coding required. Conditional logic for creating personalized form flows. Integrations with CRM, marketing, and productivity tools. Real-time response collection and analytics. For me, the most valuable feature is the conditional logic. It allows forms to adapt based on a user's answers, creating a more personalized experience while collecting only the most relevant information. The biggest benefit is improved user engagement. Typeform makes surveys, feedback forms, registrations, and lead capture forms feel less like traditional questionnaires, resulting in a smoother experience and often better response quality.

**What do you dislike about Typeform?**

The biggest drawback is the pricing model. While the platform delivers a polished and engaging form experience, the cost can increase significantly as usage grows or when premium features are needed. Analytics and reporting could provide more in-depth insights without requiring external tools.

**What problems is Typeform solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Typeform solves the problem of creating engaging, easy-to-complete forms for collecting information from users. Traditional forms can be long and overwhelming, while Typeform's conversational approach makes the experience more interactive and user-friendly. Simplifies the creation of surveys, feedback forms, and lead generation forms. Improves form completion rates through an intuitive, one-question-at-a-time experience. Automates data collection and reduces manual processing. Supports conditional logic to collect more relevant information. Integrates with CRM, marketing, and productivity tools to streamline workflows. In my day-to-day work, I use Typeform to collect customer feedback, registration details, and internal survey responses. The responses are automatically organized, making it easier to analyze data and take action without spending time on manual data entry. The biggest benefit is efficiency. It helps gather high-quality information through a better user experience while reducing administrative effort and improving the overall data collection process.

**Official Response from Grace Porter:**

> Hi Ravindra, thank you for sharing your thoughts on Typeform's conditional logic and how it has improved your form experience. We understand the importance of personalized form flows, and we're pleased to hear that it has been beneficial for you. We appreciate your feedback on pricing and reporting features, and are actively working to improve these areas.

 ### 4. Interactive Forms That Improved Our Response Rates

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Shoaib K. | IT & Digital Marketing head, Health, Wellness and Fitness, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 06, 2026

**What do you like best about Typeform?**

What I like best about Typeform is how easy it is to create professional-looking forms for our daily work. We mainly use it for customer feedback, lead collection, and product inquiry forms on our website and Shopify store. The drag-and-drop builder and conditional logic save time, and the conversational form style has helped improve response completion rates compared to our previous setup.

**What do you dislike about Typeform?**

One thing I dislike about Typeform is that some of the more advanced features, along with higher response limits, are only available on the more expensive plans. We’ve also found that the reporting and analytics could be more detailed for workplace reporting needs, particularly when you’re dealing with larger volumes of response data.

**What problems is Typeform solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before using Typeform, collecting customer feedback and lead information felt much more manual and far less organized for our team. Now we use Typeform for customer surveys, product inquiry forms, and website lead capture, and the whole process is faster and easier to manage from start to finish.

The conversational form style helps improve response rates, and the integrations with tools like Shopify and Google Sheets let us automatically collect and organize responses without extra manual effort. Overall, it has saved our team time and made it easier to track and manage customer data as part of our day-to-day workflow.

**Official Response from Grace Porter:**

> Hi Shoaib, thank you for sharing your positive experience with Typeform. We're glad to hear that it has made the process of collecting customer feedback and lead information faster and more organized for your team. We understand your concerns about the pricing and reporting features, and we're continuously working to enhance our platform to better meet the needs of our users.

 ### 5. Flexible, Easy-to-Use, Robust, and Fits the Budget

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dustin F. | Benevolent Overlord, Marketing and Advertising, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 26, 2026

**What do you like best about Typeform?**

It has a great blend of flexibility and ease-of-use. I needed something simple for a feedback mechanism, but I had a few unusual project requirements that required a somewhat robust platform. Typeform fit the bill. It performed exactly the way I needed, it was easy for me to onboard, and it did it all for a price that fit my budget.

**What do you dislike about Typeform?**

It isn't as obnoxious as some products I've used, but it does constantly want you to upgrade, of course. That's deeply annoying when you have a fixed-term project with a defined schedule and budget.

**What problems is Typeform solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I used Typeform for a brand research project, and it was pretty perfect. I was able to define a short series of fixed-response and open-ended questions, and I was able to build in some custom recruiting fields for additional follow-ups that were easy to remove once we reached our quotas. It's simple and exports the data in a way that makes it easy to use for the next phase of our project.

**Official Response from Grace Porter:**

> Hi Dustin, we're pleased to hear that Typeform has been a great fit for your project, offering the flexibility, ease-of-use, and robustness you needed while staying within your budget. Thank you for the feedback about upgrade prompts, completely understandable that it could be a bother for fixed-term project users. We will pass this onto the Pricing team for review.

 ### 6. imple and Professional Platform for Forms and Data Collection

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ishan S. | Manager and Dietician at Chaitanya Homoeo Clinic, Medical Store Owner, Content Creator, Hospital & Health Care, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 12, 2026

**What do you like best about Typeform?**

as a Dietitian and Nutritionist and also someone who creates health education content online, Typeform is helping me collect patient and audience information in a much more organized and professional way. i use it for nutrition pre consultation forms, health assessment forms, webinar registrations, lifestyle surveys, and patient feedback related work. the one question at a time format makes forms look clean and easier for people to complete, specially during online health awareness programs and nutrition consultations. i also like that different question types, conditional logic, customization, branding, logic flow, and response management features are available together. this helps me create different forms according to patient needs instead of using the same basic form for everyone. performance has also been good in my regular use because forms load smoothly, responses get collected properly, and the overall form experience feels simple for both me and the people filling the forms.

ease of Use feels very good because forms can be created and edited without much technical work. Ease of Implementation was also simple because forms can be shared quickly through links, websites, or social media when doing health awareness campaigns and webinar registrations. i also use notifications, analytics, and response tracking features because they help keep consultation responses and educational survey data more organized instead of checking everything manually. overall Typeform feels more interactive and user friendly compared to normal form tools, specially for health education, nutrition consultation, and audience engagement work.

**What do you dislike about Typeform?**

when forms become longer and more detailed, managing logic flow and question paths together can take a little extra time in the beginning. While creating nutrition assessment and consultation forms with many connected questions, I noticed that some advanced customization and response management options feel a bit limited unless using higher plans. I also feel that for regular use, response limits and some feature restrictions can become noticeable when handling multiple forms together for registrations, surveys, and health assessment work.

**What problems is Typeform solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Typeform is helping me solve the problem of collecting patient and audience information in a more organized and professional way. earlier, managing consultation details, webinar registrations, health surveys, and feedback through normal forms or manual messages used to become confusing and time consuming.

now information stays properly organized in one place, so it becomes easier to manage nutrition assessment forms, patient responses, lifestyle surveys, and online registrations without checking everything manually. Logic flow and different question types also help make forms more practical according to different health and consultation needs.

another benefit is that response tracking, notifications, analytics, and integrations help me manage educational campaigns, webinar registrations, and consultation related work more smoothly. overall it saves time, improves organization, and makes online health education and consultation workflow feel more professional.

**Official Response from Grace Porter:**

> Hi Ishan, thank you for sharing your experience with Typeform. We're glad to hear that our platform has helped streamline the process of collecting patient and audience information for your health education and nutrition consultation work. We understand your feedback about managing logic flow and question paths for longer forms, and we're continuously working to enhance our platform's capabilities. We appreciate your input and will take it into consideration for future improvements.

 ### 7. Typeform Makes Surveys Easy to Set Up, Share, and Track

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Aaron V. | Sales Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 16, 2026

**What do you like best about Typeform?**

Whether I’m embedding more sophisticated data collection or sending out simple questionnaires and surveys, nothing has been easier to set up, distribute, and track than Typeform. With an enterprise account, collaboration across sales, marketing, and product feels transparent, straightforward, and intuitive.

**What do you dislike about Typeform?**

This is a minor point, but I was surprised that collecting identifying information about respondents wasn’t enabled by default. Because of that, some of the initial results required follow-up, and I had no way to reach out and do so.

**What problems is Typeform solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We regularly use Typeform to gather market research and to support new customer onboarding and NPI data collection. It’s also been a great option for quick, ad hoc questionnaires with both internal and external stakeholders.

**Official Response from Grace Porter:**

> We're glad to hear that you find Typeform easy to set up, distribute, and track, especially with an enterprise account. We appreciate your feedback about collecting identifying information by default. Not all Typeform users need to collect this information which is why we let users design the forms that work best for them, vs setting certain questions as default. But it's a great point that we'll be discussing for future update improvements.

 ### 8. Powerful AI Surveys with Automation and Seamless Integrations

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Konjengbam M. | BDR, Financial Services, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 04, 2026

**What do you like best about Typeform?**

I love this platform for its powerful AI tool to create survey forms very easily. The platform also supports many commendable features like workflow view enabling user a more informed process of the questions. The ability of this platform to integrate with Excel, Google sheets, Zapier, Slack etc is really commendable. This greatly enhances the capability of this platform increasing the robustness of this platform. The best part that is worth mentioning about this platform is the capability to do automation. It greatly boost productivity and efficiency of the tasks. One of the feature that is much needed by this kind of platform is the sharing means whichi is handled well by this platform. Other than this the onboarding process was also really easy for using this platform. The good performance of this platform is also worth mentioning.

**What do you dislike about Typeform?**

I love most part of this platform but I wish that the price was little bit lower or more lower plans can also be introduce. The price of use may go beyond the budget due to many integration available for this a check needs to be maintained so that it remains within the budget of the organization. I also feel that a little bit of training will make the user more efficient and confident in handling this platform.

**What problems is Typeform solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This platform solves the problem of creating, brainstorming, organizing, storing , distributing and analytics of forms. The platform technically boost productivity and efficiency with its powerful tools and integration.

**Official Response from Grace Porter:**

> Hi Konjengbam, thank you for sharing your positive experience with Typeform's AI tool, workflow view, and seamless integrations. We understand your concern about the pricing and the need for more training, and we will take this feedback into account for future enhancements. We hope we can continue to help efficiently build forms in the future.

 ### 9. Professional, User-Friendly Forms with Room for Growth

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sara C. | Sales Coordinator, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 16, 2026

**What do you like best about Typeform?**

I find Typeform easy to use and understand. It's good for collecting and managing information effortlessly, and I appreciate the beautiful forms it offers. The end-user look and feel is a big plus for me. I like the clearness of it, and it looks professional, trustworthy, and personal, which is especially important in healthcare marketing. The initial setup was straightforward, and the AI maker makes it even easier.

**What do you dislike about Typeform?**

I don't like the non ability to make folders for forms in Typeform. I'm big on folders for tracking, etc. Also, if Typeform made their own QR code and Linktree system, it would be beneficial for me. I manually create a QR code to link to the Typeform and set it up myself, but it would be great if everything was consolidated into one program.

**What problems is Typeform solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Typeform because it makes it easy to collect and manage info with beautiful, professional forms that look trustworthy and personal. It's easy to understand and use.

**Official Response from Grace Porter:**

> Thank you for sharing your positive experience with Typeform. We're pleased to hear that you find our forms professional, trustworthy, and user-friendly. Great feedback about creating folders in your workspace, we will be sharing this with the Product team for consideration. We'd be interested to learn more about your QR code and Linktree set up. You can create a QR code for your typeform URL directly in the Share panel, and integrate with your Linktree account from there too. We have a Help Center article here which explains the set up: https://help.typeform.com/hc/en-us/articles/4491332403860-Add-your-form-to-your-Linktree-page. Feel free to reach out to us via our support channels if you have more questions about the setup, or feedback on the integration.

 ### 10. Outstanding UI/UX and Powerful Workflow Logic with Seamless Integrations

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Insurance | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 15, 2026

**What do you like best about Typeform?**

UI/UX, both for admins and end users. The structure of one question at a time per screen is unique and a strength of the platform. I also appreciate the robustness of the workflow logic opportunities and integrations with 3rd parties.

**What do you dislike about Typeform?**

The one thing I would call out is that absence of any kind of "quantity of answers" per multi choice answer option. This is similar to ticketing functionality. The is the one feature missing that we have to use competitor JotForm for. We have an annual form that includes a list of "conference ambassadors" for attendees to choose from. We need to limit the amount of times users select each ambassadors. So the functionality is assigning a limit to each choice (e.g. A, B, C can only be chosen 3 times, D can be chosen 4 times, etc). Once the limit has been hit, the option disappears from view or is simply marked "not available" or some other custom language.

The one other issue I would mention is the steep jump up in price from the 3-seat version to the next tier. Even if I want to add just one more seat, it's about a doubling of price.

**What problems is Typeform solving and how is that benefiting you?**

TypeForm powers nearly 100% of our Association's publicly-facing forms, include revenue-generating membership applications. It solves a lot of our onboarding workflows with a form system that is reliable. The performance has been excellent.

**Official Response from Grace Porter:**

> We're delighted to hear that you find our UI/UX, workflow logic, and integrations outstanding. We appreciate your feedback about the pricing structure and we have shared your feedback with the Pricing team for review. Thank you for the added details about multi choice questions. It is possible to add a "quantity of answers" but you're correct, there's no way to assign a specific amount per options, we'll be adding this to our feature request board for consideration. Thank you for choosing Typeform to support your association's forms and onboarding processes!

 ### 11. Typeform’s Versatility Delivers Smooth, Engaging Forms Everywhere

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Individual & Family Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 15, 2026

**What do you like best about Typeform?**

The most useful aspect of Typeform is its exceptional versatility. I can use it in many different ways—on my website, in emails, and across social media—while always offering users a smooth, professional, and engaging experience.

Its main advantages are the intuitive interface, the ease of creating and customizing forms, and the wide range of available features. Typeform makes it simple to collect information, receive enquiries, create questionnaires, gather feedback, and manage different types of interactions without needing advanced technical skills.

I also appreciate how flexible and visually appealing it is. The forms feel more personal and conversational than traditional forms, which helps improve user engagement and makes the overall experience much more pleasant.

**What do you dislike about Typeform?**

The least useful aspect of Typeform is the limited control over some graphic and visual elements. Although the forms are modern, elegant, and easy to customize, I would appreciate greater freedom to manage details such as layouts, spacing, fonts, button styles, dimensions, and the overall appearance of embedded forms.

For users who want Typeform to integrate perfectly with the visual identity of their website or brand, the current customization options can sometimes feel slightly restrictive. Greater control over the design would make it easier to create a completely seamless experience across websites, emails, and social media.

This is not a major disadvantage, as Typeform remains an excellent and extremely versatile platform. However, more advanced graphic customization would make an already outstanding product even more complete.

**What problems is Typeform solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Typeform is helping me solve the challenge of collecting information from clients in a clear, structured, and professional way.

Instead of managing long and often confusing exchanges through messages or emails, I can ask clients all the necessary questions in advance and receive their answers in an organized format. This saves me time, reduces misunderstandings, and helps me better understand each client’s needs, preferences, and expectations.

It also makes the entire communication process feel more modern, discreet, and user-friendly. Clients can provide information at their own pace, while I can review everything before contacting them or arranging the next step.

**Official Response from Grace Porter:**

> We're delighted to hear that you appreciate Typeform's versatility and ease of use! Your feedback about the limited control over graphic and visual elements is valuable, and we're committed to improving customization options to better align with your website or brand's visual identity. It's fantastic to hear that Typeform is helping you save time, reduce misunderstandings, and improve communication with your clients in a modern and user-friendly way.

 ### 12. Best-in-Class UI for Polished, Conversational Surveys

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Max P. | Director of Marketing & Communications, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2026

**What do you like best about Typeform?**

The UI is genuinely best-in-class — surveys look polished and professional without any design heavy lifting on our end, which matters when you're putting something in front of car wash owners or members and want it to reflect well on your brand. Building surveys is intuitive and fast; conditional logic and question branching are easy to set up without feeling like you're configuring a spreadsheet. Response rates also tend to be higher than with clunkier alternatives, likely because the one-question-at-a-time format feels more like a conversation than a form.

**What do you dislike about Typeform?**

The free tier gets you in the door, but you'll hit the paywall pretty quickly once you need features that should honestly be standard — things like removing Typeform branding, accessing deeper analytics, or unlocking higher response limits. For a small team it can feel like you're constantly being nudged toward an upgrade to do things competitors include at lower price points. It's not a dealbreaker, but the pricing tiers can feel a little nickel-and-dime for what you're getting.

**What problems is Typeform solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Getting meaningful feedback from both car wash members and operators has always been a challenge — traditional surveys feel like homework and get ignored. Typeform solves that by making the experience feel light and conversational, which translates directly into higher completion rates and better data. Whether we're gauging member satisfaction or collecting insights from wash operators, the clean interface gets out of the way and lets the questions do the work. The result is feedback we can actually act on, without having to chase people down or settle for a trickle of responses.

**Official Response from Grace Porter:**

> Hi Max, we're pleased to hear that Typeform has helped you in getting meaningful feedback from car wash members and operators, and that our conversational approach has led to higher completion rates and better data. We understand your feedback about the limitations of the free tier and the pricing for advanced features. We're committed to providing a valuable and user-friendly experience, and we appreciate your insights as we continue to improve our platform.

 ### 13. Easy AI Survey Builder with Smooth CSV Upload and Klaviyo Integration

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rainer S. | Global Head of Digital Marketing, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 26, 2026

**What do you like best about Typeform?**

It was really easy to use the AI tool to help build out the survey. It was also very easy to upload a CSV and use the AI to expand on the questionnaire.
The integratoin with Klaviyo is also great, jsut wish the integration with Shopify was better.

**What do you dislike about Typeform?**

I wish the integration with Shopify was better.
The drag and drop functionality to edit the question orders can be a bit buggy at times, its better to use the manual move up / move down buttons. There is no feature to automatically set all questions as required, you need to do this for each individual question.

**What problems is Typeform solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This is solving our need to do regular customer surveys and accuratley collect and analyse the data.

**Official Response from Grace Porter:**

> Hi Rainer, we're glad to hear that you found our AI survey builder and CSV upload features easy to use. We appreciate your feedback about the integration with Shopify and the drag and drop functionality, and we'll take that into consideration for future improvements. Thank you for sharing your experience with us!

 ### 14. Engaging, Conversational Forms with Smooth Website Integration

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Darshan M. | Product Designer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 25, 2026

**What do you like best about Typeform?**

Typeform turns a boring, generic form into a much more engaging experience. The one-question-at-a-time format feels more like a conversation than a typical form, and it actually improves completion rate. Another thing I find helpful is how easy it is to integrate with the website. It doesn’t feel clunky, and it has the ability to fit within the size we want, which makes the integration process a lot smoother overall.

**What do you dislike about Typeform?**

The only thing I kinda found a bit downside of typeform is the pricing. It gets expensive pretty quickly as your response volume increases, which can be limiting if you're scaling or running multiple forms.

**What problems is Typeform solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Tyepform manily solves the problem of low engagement with traditional forms. Either, we noticed people drop-off midway or they wouldn't start feeling the form because of the interface.

**Official Response from Grace Porter:**

> Hi Darshan, thank you for your feedback! We understand that pricing can be a concern, and we're constantly working to provide value for our users while keeping costs reasonable. We're pleased to hear Typeform is helping you build engaging, conversational experiences for your audience.

 ### 15. Easy Survey Setup with Smooth Integrations and AI-Powered Creation

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tiffany S. | Head of Product, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 19, 2026

**What do you like best about Typeform?**

It’s very easy to set up surveys and integrate the results with external tools like Google Suite, Hubspot, and others. More recently, it introduced an AI feature that makes creating surveys even simpler. I also like that it lets you send custom variables, so you can correlate responses with leads and customers from your own database. Another thing I appreciate is the localization support: surveys in different languages can be stored within the same survey, which I really love.

**What do you dislike about Typeform?**

I was looking for a single tool that could help me centralize my research. So far, it has been useful for email surveys; however, the UX for pop-up surveys isn’t ideal. It’s not really possible to customize them (on mobile, the pop-up takes up the full page), and it’s difficult to set up triggers or custom events to control when the survey appears. It seems like it needs to be coded.

**What problems is Typeform solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allows me to send surveys to my customer database across different countries. By using localization, it simplifies both the process and the analysis, and it also lets me integrate the responses with third-party tools.

**Official Response from Grace Porter:**

> Hi Tiffany, thank you for sharing your positive experience with Typeform. We're pleased to hear that you find the survey setup easy and the integrations smooth. The AI feature, support for custom variables, and localization are indeed valuable. We acknowledge your feedback about the limitations in customizing pop-up surveys, and we'll work on enhancing this aspect.

 ### 16. User friendly

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Maisie F. | CRM Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 26, 2026

**What do you like best about Typeform?**

The interface is incredibly user-friendly and visually appealing, which makes creating surveys simple. The conversational style of forms helps increase engagement, encouraging more customers to complete surveys. We also love the customisation options: branding, question types, and logic jumps make it easy to create surveys that feel personal and professional.

**What do you dislike about Typeform?**

It is great for engagement, some advanced reporting features can feel a bit limited compared to dedicated analytics tools. Exporting and analysing large volumes of responses can also be slightly cumbersome, and occasionally we wish there were more native integrations with certain CRM or analytics platforms.

**What problems is Typeform solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Typeform helps us gather structured feedback and insights from our customers quickly and efficiently. This allows us to understand their preferences, identify pain points, and make informed decisions about product development and customer experience. The ability to create engaging, branded surveys has improved response rates and given us actionable data that directly influences our business strategy.

**Official Response from Grace Porter:**

> Hi Maisie, thank you for sharing your positive experience with Typeform's user-friendly interface and customization options. We're committed to providing a platform that encourages engagement and makes survey creation easy. We appreciate your feedback about the limitations of advanced reporting features and integrations, and we're constantly working to enhance our platform to better serve you.

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Online Media | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 16, 2026

**What do you like best about Typeform?**

I like the user experience and interface of Typeform. It looks professional and has a unique look that is distinctively Typeform. I also find it very professional-looking. I enjoy the way it flows, allowing people to get through longer surveys more easily than with a more bland look. Additionally, the integration with Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets is helpful, as all the answers are automatically exported, simplifying data handling. The initial setup of Typeform was very easy and straightforward.

**What do you dislike about Typeform?**

There is nothing I dislike about Typeform

**What problems is Typeform solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I find Typeform makes surveys more engaging, allowing people to complete longer surveys with its professional and unique interface. It integrates smoothly with Google Sheets, automatically exporting responses for easy access.

**Official Response from Grace Porter:**

 ### 18. Great UX, but pricing can be a limitation

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Apparel & Fashion | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2026

**What do you like best about Typeform?**

What I like most about Typeform is how easy and intuitive it is to use. The interface is very clean and user-friendly, which makes creating forms and surveys a quick and smooth process, even without technical knowledge.

I also really value the design and user experience. The forms feel more like a conversation than a traditional survey, which helps improve completion rates and makes the experience better for the end user.

Overall, it’s a tool that combines simplicity with a very polished front-end, and that makes a big difference in day-to-day use.

**What do you dislike about Typeform?**

What I dislike the most about Typeform is the pricing. It feels quite high for what it offers, especially as you start needing more responses or advanced features—costs can scale quickly.
I also think some limitations in the plans can be restrictive, which sometimes forces you to upgrade sooner than expected. Overall, while the product is great in terms of usability and design, the cost makes it harder to justify compared to other alternatives.

**What problems is Typeform solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Typeform helps us solve the problem of collecting information from users in a way that is engaging and easy to complete. Traditional forms tend to feel long and boring, which often leads to lower completion rates. With Typeform, the conversational format makes the experience more dynamic and user-friendly.
This benefits us by improving response rates and the quality of the data we collect. It’s especially useful for surveys, lead generation, and customer feedback, where user experience directly impacts results. In our case, it also saves time on setup and allows us to launch forms quickly without needing technical support, which is key in a fast-paced marketing environment.

**Official Response from Grace Porter:**

> Thank you for sharing your positive experience with Typeform's user-friendly interface and engaging design. We understand your concerns about the pricing and limitations in the plans. We are continuously working to provide a balance between value and cost for our users. Your feedback is valuable to us, and we will take it into account as we strive to enhance our pricing structure.

 ### 19. Versatile, User-Friendly, and Quick to Deploy

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Riku H. | CTO, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 30, 2026

**What do you like best about Typeform?**

I appreciate Typeform for providing nicely branded and easy-to-use forms for various needs of our functions and teams. The user experience for end users is a standout aspect for me. I like its branding, integration possibilities, and versatility to build lots of different types of forms. Typeform gives out a professional look and feel that is on-brand, which improves both customer experience and employee experience. Additionally, switching to Typeform offered a more modern look and feel, and the initial setup was very quick to deploy.

**What do you dislike about Typeform?**

Managing contacts was not possible before and it's just rolled in. We would really like to have better tools to send personal links directly from Typeform to the contact lists without need for any third party email tools. We should be able to send the form and reminders automatically to a recipient list from the tool. The users would not need to fill in their contact information on the form for us to identify them and would make the forms simpler and faster to fill.

**What problems is Typeform solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We get nicely branded and easy-to-use forms for various needs, enhancing both customer and employee experience. It provides a professional look that is on-brand, improving experiences. I appreciate the end-user experience, branding, integration possibilities, and versatility to build different types of forms.

**Official Response from Grace Porter:**

> Hi Riku, we're happy to hear that Typeform has helped you achieve a professional and on-brand look while improving customer and employee experiences. Your feedback about managing contacts and sending personal links directly from Typeform is important to us, and we appreciate your input as we work to enhance our platform.

 ### 20. Typeform Makes Forms Engaging with Intuitive Design and Seamless Integrations

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 29, 2026

**What do you like best about Typeform?**

What I like best about Typeform is how it transforms forms into engaging, conversational experiences that people actually want to complete. The intuitive design, strong customization options, and seamless integrations make it easy to create professional, user-friendly workflows while also capturing higher-quality responses and better completion rates.

**What do you dislike about Typeform?**

What I dislike most about Typeform is that some advanced features, integrations, and higher response limits are locked behind premium tiers, which can become expensive as usage scales. For teams managing multiple campaigns or higher volumes, pricing can feel restrictive. In addition, reporting and analytics can be somewhat limited compared with more specialized survey platforms, and certain customization options for more complex workflows may require extra workarounds.

**What problems is Typeform solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Typeform solves the problem of low engagement and poor completion rates that often come with traditional forms and surveys. Its conversational, user-friendly experience helps capture more responses and higher-quality data. It also streamlines lead generation, customer feedback collection, and internal request workflows through automation and integrations, which saves time, improves efficiency, and creates a better experience for both our team and our customers.

**Official Response from Grace Porter:**

> We're delighted to hear that Typeform has helped improve your response rates and streamline your workflows. We understand your concerns about pricing and feature limitations, and we're committed to finding ways to provide more flexibility and value for our users as we continue to evolve our platform.

 ### 21. Survey Ergonomics, Easy Creation and Powerful Integrations

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 22, 2026

**What do you like best about Typeform?**

I really appreciate the ease of creating surveys with Typeform, it's simple and fast. I like the design of the surveys which is beautiful and allows our clients to navigate easily and quickly. The integrations are super useful, especially for transferring results directly into our CRM. The initial setup of Typeform was very easy, you just had to create your first survey in a few clicks. We use Typeform to send customer surveys after a support or contractual exchange. For the use we have, the subscription price is very reasonable. The embedded AI features are interesting for creating surveys but we use them little. The performance of the surveys is very good even though the real strength is the design and the ease of filling out for the clients.

**What do you dislike about Typeform?**

Some integrations to embed a question directly in an email are not straightforward. The piece of code needed to add a question in an email is not easy to understand when you need to add placeholders for the client's first name, last name, and email.

**What problems is Typeform solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Typeform allows me to easily create customer experience surveys integrated into my communications. The creation is simple and fast, the design is attractive, and the integration with our CRM HubSpot directly transfers the results. The surveys are post-interaction support inquiries. We have a good response rate, thanks to the ergonomics offered by Typeform in the survey navigation in particular.

**Official Response from Grace Porter:**

> Thank you for sharing your positive experience with Typeform. We're pleased to hear that you find the tool easy to use, and the integrations beneficial for your business. We appreciate the feedback about email integrations and will be sharing this with the team for further consideration.

 ### 22. Simple Customization, Better than Google Forms

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Noemí A. | Internal Communications, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 22, 2026

**What do you like best about Typeform?**

I like the Typeform environment, which can be customized with logos and our corporate images. The ease of making changes is a great advantage, such as scheduling closures, designing responses, and sending notifications every time someone fills out a questionnaire. I love receiving notifications with all the responses in the same email, allowing me to include a link to our Sheet where we collect all the data. The ability to customize, with logos from different projects, colors, and fonts is something I appreciate a lot. Additionally, the initial setup was very easy, which has allowed more people to be included to work with certain forms. Also, Typeform offers an agile way to collect data and link it to our system, which helps us manage the information efficiently.

**What do you dislike about Typeform?**

Yes, I would like to improve the reports, the results in the results tab. There is an option to view the reports, the summary of results, which was previously downloadable as a PDF and now I don't know what is varying with this functionality and I don't see it clearly.

**What problems is Typeform solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With Typeform, I collect data quickly and connect it to our Sheet, improving information management. The customization and ease of programming surveys and receiving notifications make it valuable, offering additional features that motivated our switch from Google Forms.

**Official Response from Grace Porter:**

> Hi Noemí, it's great to hear that Typeform has been valuable in improving your data collection and management. We will take note of your feedback regarding the reports, we have been making changes to the Results Summary pages, you can still download as a PDF but I think perhaps some of the tools have changed locations. I will pass this onto to the Product team for improvements, in the meantime I recommend checking out our Help Center for information on getting the most from your results: https://help.typeform.com/hc/en-us/articles/360029577071-Your-Results-summary

I haven't found any downsides yet. I'm really impressed by it.

**What problems is Typeform solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is making surveys much more user friendly, and that helps us get many more responses to them. It also makes us look up to date and current, rather than using a clunky old form.

**Official Response from Grace Porter:**

> Hi Caroline, we're glad to hear that you find Typeform intuitive and user-friendly for filling out long forms and surveys. It's great to know that it's helping you get more responses and present a modern image. Thank you for sharing your positive experience!

**Reviewed by:** James R. | Podcast Host, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2026

**What do you like best about Typeform?**

I love the drag and drop functionality in Typeform. It's really easy to use and makes the process much quicker, allowing me to spend less time thinking about what to do and more time doing what I'm supposed to do. I also love how clean it looks, and the opportunity to use my own branding on my forms is just great. It has made data collection more seamless compared to Google Forms, and it was easy to set up too.

**What do you dislike about Typeform?**

There's just a lot of features that I'm not sure how to use yet.

**What problems is Typeform solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Typeform provides a more seamless data collection service than Google Forms and solves the problem of having incomplete data about my core demographic. Its drag-and-drop feature and custom branding make the process quicker, allowing me to focus more on my tasks.

**Official Response from Grace Porter:**

 ### 26. Fast, User-Friendly Workflow with Helpful Automatic Evaluation

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lukas T. | Junior Product Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 27, 2026

**What do you like best about Typeform?**

It is fast, you can easily paste text, and it automatically performs basic evaluation, including graphs, percentages, etc. Also, the workflow is user-friendly.

**What do you dislike about Typeform?**

I’ve just found out that some of the more complicated workflows I need aren’t possible. For example, if I want a segmentation question where the first three answers continue to one follow-up question, and the next three answers go to a different follow-up question, that setup isn’t supported.

**What problems is Typeform solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps us with regular feedback from our customers. We use it after each update, or for every product report.

**Official Response from Grace Porter:**

> Hi Lukas, we're pleased to hear that you find Typeform fast, user-friendly, and helpful for automatic evaluation. We appreciate your feedback about the limitations you've encountered with more complicated workflows, it sounds like you might be able to set up your workflow using branching logic, we'd recommend joining the Typeform Community or reaching out to our support team to confirm. Thanks again for the positive review!

 ### 27. Effortless Lead Management with Typeform

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Murtaza Z. | Marketing Manager, Marketing and Advertising, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 27, 2026

**What do you like best about Typeform?**

I really like the ease of synchronization Typeform offers. It's great how all my leads automatically add up to my CRM pipeline, which makes following up on them much faster. Setting up Typeform was easy, too.

**What do you dislike about Typeform?**

Maybe the data visualization could be more robust. I'd like to see graphical representation and segmentation of all leads, maybe by zipcode, region, type of leads, etc.

**What problems is Typeform solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Typeform to get leads from the website and sync them with my CRM Pipedrive. It's valuable because all my leads automatically add up to my CRM pipeline, making follow-ups much faster.

 ### 28. Engaging, Conversational Forms with an Intuitive Builder

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Adrien P. | Responsable des Opérations et Service Client, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 10, 2026

**What do you like best about Typeform?**

What I like most about Typeform is the user experience it creates for respondents. The one-question-at-a-time format makes forms feel much more conversational and engaging compared to traditional surveys. The interface is also very intuitive when building forms, and the design options make it easy to create surveys that look clean and professional. I also appreciate the integrations with other tools, which makes it easy to send responses to other platforms and automate workflows.

**What do you dislike about Typeform?**

The pricing can be quite high compared to other form builders, especially if you need advanced features or a large number of responses. Some useful features are locked behind higher-tier plans, which can make it harder for smaller teams to fully leverage the platform. I would also like to see more advanced analytics and reporting directly within Typeform.

**What problems is Typeform solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Typeform helps us collect feedback and information from customers in a way that feels much more engaging than standard forms. This improves response rates and the quality of the data we collect. It also allows us to easily build surveys for things like customer feedback, NPS, or internal data collection, and then connect the responses to other tools we use. Overall, it simplifies the process of gathering structured data while keeping the experience smooth for respondents.

**Official Response from Grace Porter:**

> Hi Adrien, thank you for highlighting the user experience and intuitive form building process as your favorite aspects of Typeform. We understand that pricing and feature accessibility are important considerations, and we're constantly working to enhance our offerings to provide more value to our users. Your feedback is valuable to us, and we appreciate your input.

**What problems is Typeform solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps us to collect the structured feedback and info from users in a consistent way. Instead of receiving feedback through channels like emails or chats, forms allow us to gather responses in one place. It's easy to review those feedbacks.

I like Typeform's ease of use. It's pretty easy to make surveys with lots of choices. Even if someone doesn't complete the survey, you can still get data halfway through by using little checkpoints. It's not hard to get started at all, and I really appreciate that it integrates with other platforms like Slack and Google Suite. Also, the simplicity of setting it up and inviting people to get started is great. The platform is very customizable, and there's lots of great data available.

**What do you dislike about Typeform?**

There's a lot of just things that you need to do to customize it to make it look good. If you don't start to pull in your logo and things like that, it looks really generic. And when it looks really generic like that, it makes the company just not look as professional and then polished. So there is just, like, a lot of time that we need to spend on customizations in order to make it look really polished before it goes into the hands of external clients.

**What problems is Typeform solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Typeform solves our feedback loop by making it easy to collect feedback with a single link. All data is centralized and exportable for seamless analysis.

**Official Response from Grace Porter:**

> Hi Lauren, we're glad to hear that you find Typeform easy to use and appreciate its integration with other platforms. We understand your feedback about the customization process and are continuing to work on ways we can help quickly integrate your brand into your forms.

 ### 38. Effortless Surveys with High Completion Rates

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Gunther C. | Software Engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 19, 2026

**What do you like best about Typeform?**

I love using Typeform because it is incredibly simple and easy to use. The design of the survey interface is simple, making it really easy to complete a survey quickly, which helps keep completion rates up. The initial setup was also extremely simple.

**What do you dislike about Typeform?**

Navigating to a previous question can be difficult in some cases, the UI seems to get stuck when trying to go back to the previous question.

**What problems is Typeform solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Typeform for gathering survey responses effortlessly. Its simple and user-friendly design makes it easy to create surveys and ensures high completion rates. It also helps me fill out surveys quickly, making it efficient for both creators and respondents.

**Official Response from Grace Porter:**

> Hi Gunther, thank you for sharing your positive feedback about Typeform's simplicity and ease of use. We understand the frustration with navigating to previous questions and will take this into consideration as we continue to improve the user experience of our forms.

 ### 39. Typeform Makes Forms Easy, User-Friendly, and Beautiful

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Benjamin E. | Chargé de marketing, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 16, 2026

**What do you like best about Typeform?**

I love Typeform. The forms are incredibly easy to manage. Everything is user-friendly: from analyzing results to setting up integrations with other apps... Plus, from a respondent's perspective, Typeform’s design is highly effective.

**What do you dislike about Typeform?**

The truth is, there isn't much I don't like about it. It can be a bit slow at times, especially when searching for a specific form—and I have a huge number of them in my workspace.

**What problems is Typeform solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were looking for a simple way to create intuitive forms for job applications. Thanks to Typeform, we’ve seen a real increase in the number of candidates applying for our job offers.

**Official Response from Grace Porter:**

> Hi Benjamin, we're thrilled to hear that you love using Typeform and find it easy to manage. We're constantly working to improve performance, so we appreciate your feedback about the speed. If you have any specific issues, please don't hesitate to reach out to our support team for assistance.

 ### 40. Effortless Survey Creation with Desktop, Needs Better Mobile Support

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sarah P. | Lead Customer Success Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Typeform?**

I like how easy it is to create a survey on desktop. I think it's very easy to send the link to others and it's quick to fill out the survey. They don't have to make an account. The setup was very easy; I told it what I wanted to create, and it helped me with a template of the survey that I wanted to send out, allowing me to just make minor tweaks from there.

**What do you dislike about Typeform?**

Mobile usage is pretty hard. It's not very intuitive to try and create a survey using your mobile phone.

**What problems is Typeform solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Typeform helps us easily select our monthly book without individually asking everyone.

**Official Response from Grace Porter:**

> Hi Sarah, we're glad to hear that you find Typeform easy to use on desktop and that it has been helpful for your monthly book selection process. We appreciate your feedback about the mobile usage and will take it into consideration for future improvements.

 ### 41. Engaging, User-Centric Design That Makes Complex Forms Simple

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** MD R. | Human Resource Officer, Human Resources, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 05, 2025

**What do you like best about Typeform?**

I most appreciate Typeform's user-centric and conversational design. The single-question interface creates a focused, engaging experience that feels more like a dialogue than a form. This is especially beneficial for applications requiring detailed, thoughtful responses, as it allows me to present my multi-disciplinary profile in a structured yet personal way. The platform's clean aesthetics and intuitive flow significantly enhance the user experience, making complex information submission feel simple and professional.

**What do you dislike about Typeform?**

A minor challenge is the limited formatting options within text responses. When detailing complex projects or qualifications, the inability to use basic formatting like bullet points or bolding can sometimes make lengthy information appear as a dense paragraph, potentially reducing scannability for reviewers. A feature allowing for minimal text formatting would further enhance the platform's ability to handle detailed professional profiles and complex data.

**What problems is Typeform solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Typeform effectively solves the critical problem of low engagement and high abandonment rates associated with traditional, monotonous online forms. By transforming data collection into an interactive, conversational experience, it ensures that users like me are more likely to complete detailed applications and surveys thoughtfully.

**Official Response from Grace Porter:**

> Hey, thanks so much for taking the time to leave a review, it's great to hear that Typeform is helping you transform your data and create conversational experiences. We really appreciate the feedback on formatting options, and will be passing this on to our Product team for review as we continue to develop the product.

 ### 42. Cost-Effective for Simple Surveys, But Lacks Advanced Features

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Martha K. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Typeform?**

I like the value for the cost of Typeform. It's a very fair price for what you are getting. The initial setup was really easy as I was just onboarded and given an account. It's pretty intuitive, especially if you're someone that works in customer insights. Typeform is very useful and perfect when you're doing something shorter or more streamlined.

**What do you dislike about Typeform?**

I think for some more complicated surveys, the functionality isn't really there. We use Qualtrics instead of Typeform for those more complicated surveys.

**What problems is Typeform solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Typeform provides a quick way to get simple surveys done, offering a cost-effective solution without being very expensive like some other platforms.

**Official Response from Grace Porter:**

> Hi Martha, we're happy to hear that Typeform is providing a cost-effective and intuitive solution for your surveys. We understand that our platform may not meet all your advanced survey needs, and we appreciate your feedback as we continue to evolve and improve our functionality. We hope in the near future we can accommodate all your surveying requirements!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Candan I. | Turkey Lead, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 29, 2026

**What do you like best about Typeform?**

I use Typeform for surveys to understand our customers, and I really like its one question at a time interface and logic jumps. The one question at a time feature makes it feel lighter and avoids the 'form fatigue,' giving a more natural feeling. Logic jumps make it easier to build the survey, especially for a non-tech user like me. Plus, the initial setup was very easy.

**What do you dislike about Typeform?**

Nothing

**What problems is Typeform solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Typeform helps in structuring professional, easy-to-navigate surveys. The one question at a time interface feels lighter, avoids form fatigue, and logic jumps make building surveys easier for non-tech users like me.

It was easy to use and set up my first form, and it worked perfectly for the project.

**What do you dislike about Typeform?**

At first, it was difficult to figure out whether certain features were available to us with our current subscription. This needs to be clarified more clearly.

**What problems is Typeform solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We need a survey for prospects to complete when they visit our website, so we can follow up with them as potential customers.

**Official Response from Grace Porter:**

> Hi Chris, thank you for sharing your positive experience with setting up your first form on Typeform. We understand the importance of clarifying available features and will take your feedback into consideration for improving our communication on this matter.

 ### 46. Effortless Setup, Boosts Productivity

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Charmaine M. | Communications Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Typeform?**

I find Typeform easy to set up, which makes it convenient for creating forms quickly. I also like how it can connect to Google Sheets, allowing me to access responses effortlessly and present the data better, which really boosts my productivity.

**What do you dislike about Typeform?**

The preset contact page needs to be editable. I want to be able to change the titles, e.g. 'first name' to 'company name' when requesting client contact information.

**What problems is Typeform solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Typeform for gathering feedback remotely. It's easy to set up and connects to Google Sheets, allowing me to access responses and present data better, which boosts my productivity.

**Official Response from Grace Porter:**

> Hi Charmaine, we're so pleased to hear that you find Typeform easy to set up and that it boosts your productivity by connecting to Google Sheets. ### 47. Seamless Surveys with Intuitive AI Features

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 28, 2026

**What do you like best about Typeform?**

I find Typeform very intuitive, which is a big plus for me. I like the AI feature that's been added recently because it makes things easier, reducing the amount of research and thinking I have to do. Also, the price point is something that I like. The initial setup of Typeform was very easy for my team.

**What do you dislike about Typeform?**

I would just say that we could get more entrants or, like, users, to complete the surveys. For the rate. I think they're capped at a certain rate.

**What problems is Typeform solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Typeform lets us efficiently get answers to important questions with a seamless experience and nice aesthetic. It's intuitive, and the AI feature reduces my need to think or research as much.

**Official Response from Grace Porter:**
