The price/benefits ratio is pricely were a contact search tool should be located. And the tool finds about 90% contacts correctly that we need to look up. A clean user interface, allows you to quickly find not only your curent information, but also look up you past searches.

The export tool is great whcih creates you a file that can be operated in Excel.

Sometimes it doesn't find a contact, or only after I also put the company information in. I don't like to do this, becasue in rare cases this tool makes up an email address. I use this feature as the last resort.

I also dind't find yet an ability to give my feedback and it stays in the record when I found a functional email address.

Lastly at the begin of a search I would like to select the category where the contact should be automatically store. Right now I can only do this after it finds the contact and I change a from default association to my select. of course I could change the default, but then I have to do this probably on every second search. What stands out the most about Seamless (formally Seamless.AI) for me is the real-time data verification. Unlike other databases that can have outdated contact information, Seamless AI researches and verifies data in real-time. I think that Seamless works pretty well, so there's not a big opportunity for improvement. That said, one of the main areas for improvement is data accuracy consistency. I find Seamless (formally Seamless.AI) very easy to use. I love the ability to filter as finitely as I want to dig in deeper and be very specific, or to keep my searches more broad. The filtering options are great because I can find a very specific industry or job position, and also target specific areas, allowing for very finite searches. I really like Seamless.AI for its large contact database and prospecting speed. I don't like the data accuracy and contact quality. Some contacts are inaccurate, and some contact details require additional verification, which adds extra time to outreach. The credit usage and pricing structure can be improved. The credit-based pricing model feels awkward, especially when contacts turn out to be outdated or inaccurate, leading to faster credit consumption. I also appreciate the email campaign feature, which allows me to send up to 250 emails in a day and manage distributions over several days. They are strict with their annual contract and 60 days notice period for cancellation. If you miss this notice for a day, you are locked in for another year. They should work on that.
