The price/benefits ratio is pricely were a contact search tool should be located. And the tool finds about 90% contacts correctly that we need to look up. A clean user interface, allows you to quickly find not only your curent information, but also look up you past searches.

The export tool is great whcih creates you a file that can be operated in Excel.

Sometimes it doesn't find a contact, or only after I also put the company information in. I don't like to do this, becasue in rare cases this tool makes up an email address. I use this feature as the last resort.

I also dind't find yet an ability to give my feedback and it stays in the record when I found a functional email address.

Lastly at the begin of a search I would like to select the category where the contact should be automatically store. Right now I can only do this after it finds the contact and I change a from default association to my select. of course I could change the default, but then I have to do this probably on every second search.
