data quality is quite high to be honest. I love how easy it is to use the interface. And the API integrations allowed me to immediately connect it to my own AI agent system. The pricing is amazing, so much value for money. Onboarding and support reps are always ready to help. And overall performance shows on my bottom line already. originally I was sold that I could get 1000 leads a day. Quick math = 365000 leads a year for $1500 that's a killing of a deal. But then, I found out that "leads" were sourced contacts matching ICP, not real leads as these people/companies have not yet raised their hand as interested to be approached by my sales team. And then the other thing that actually threw me off was that it is really 1000 contacts per day. If I don't go there a day or a few days or a few months, I don't get these 1000/day back, the timer resets to 1000 every day. And then it's not 12:00 AM my time, it is 12:00 AM UTC = 5:00 PM my time! Good to know, so that when I start my use of seamless.ai at 4:30 PM, I can go on for another 1000 contacts as of 5:00 and source 2000 contacts every other day. Most help is the ability to get phone numbers and email addresses of Marketing and HR people at certain target companies. It is also very helpful in finding companies in specific geographies, with specific traits, that I can add to my target list. I dislike that there is not a lower cost service for someone who doesn't use the software for downloading mass amounts of contacts. I only need the software for identifying individual contacts, not typically groups of contacts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The biggest issue for me is that the data accuracy feels like a total roll of the dice. I’m constantly burning through my monthly credits on phone numbers that turn out to be dead ends, or on emails that bounce right away. What frustrates me even more is the way they handle billing and renewals. They lock you into rigid, multi-year contracts that auto-renew, and their customer support is notoriously brutal to deal with if you ever try to cancel or downgrade. It’s an incredibly powerful tool when it works, but the aggressive sales tactics, and the fact that you’re paying full credit price for incorrect leads, leave a pretty sour taste in my mouth. I find Seamless really convenient because it helps me get direct contact numbers for the people I need. It's essentially about securing direct contacts, so I can easily reach out to whoever I need to connect with. Overall, it's a fantastic search tool, and I'd rate it a definite 10 out of 10. I find some contacts aren't available due to outdated information. It's frustrating when the person is no longer with the company, or the contact numbers are incorrect and reach the wrong person. It would help if Seamless updated their records. Also, when I close and reopen the application, my search settings reset, and I have to reselect location and department every time. It'd be great if it remembered my last search state. Lastly, I'd appreciate a simpler, more affordable plan just for searching contact numbers for personal use. Now seamless has many new features one of the feature that I personally like is their API Automation where you can generate lead and sink the contact with sleamless CRM and keep a track on the same and also their buyer intent feature where it sent me an alert/notification every time a person search for a particular product so you can set a type of product that you’re working on and once a person search for that particular product its send you an notification Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I use Seamless to enrich my contacts during outreach, and it's been great at providing better numbers and people currently in those seats. I really like how it's actively searching listings for current numbers, rather than being static, which makes it feel more dynamic. The AI score that helps identify and ignore outdated data has been pretty invaluable. Seamless has helped me identify where my information was wrong and enriched my contacts, allowing me to book meetings with updated contacts in just two and a half weeks. I don't really love the interface on the Seamless website proper. It's tough to really get your head around. I've tried to use Seamless in many instances on the website itself, but it's just not as intuitive as I'm used to things being that function like that. I think that's something that they should shape up. It's a lot more complex, not feel like it needs to be. But other than that, I think the tool itself with the Chrome extension is great. I love how accurate their data is, the ease of use for their platform and how quick I am able to research my prospects. Support is paramount in this area and they have it all. I really like Seamless because it saves me a huge amount of time by helping me reach decision makers quickly, which shortens my sales process. Their contact information is usually correct, making the platform reliable. I also find the correct context provided with contact information very helpful. I like that Seamless is very easy and understandable and customizable. I value the ability to customize what information is shown and the ability to place contacts in a list.
