**What do you like best about Papermark?**

I’ve been using Papermark for about a year now, mainly for sharing my interior design project files and client quotations. What I like most is how simple and professional it makes file sharing. Instead of sending large attachments over email, I can just share a clean link with my clients. It also helps me see when a client has opened the file, which is very useful for followups. For interior design presentations, layouts, and quotations, it gives a more organized and professional impression. The interface is easy to use, and I didn’t need much time to understand how it works. For my daily work, Papermark has made file sharing smoother and more reliable.

**What do you dislike about Papermark?**

One thing I don’t like about Papermark is that sometimes I wish it had a few more customization options, especially when sharing files with clients. For example, adding more branding elements would make it feel even more personalized for my interior design presentations and quotations. Also, in some cases, I feel the loading speed could be slightly better when sharing larger design files. It’s not a major issue, but improving performance with heavy files would make the experience smoother. Other than that, my experience has been quite positive.

**What problems is Papermark solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before using Papermark, I was mostly sharing my interior design files and client quotations through Google Drive. It worked, but honestly, it didn’t always feel very professional. I would send a Drive link and then keep wondering whether the client had opened it or not. There was no proper tracking, and sometimes clients would say they didn’t receive it or hadn’t checked it yet. It made follow ups a bit awkward. Papermark solved that problem for me. Now when I share a presentation, layout, or quotation, I can see when the client has viewed the file. This helps me understand their level of interest and follow up at the right time. It has improved my communication a lot. Instead of randomly calling or messaging, I can approach them more confidently because I know they’ve already seen the details. Another issue earlier was presentation. With Drive, the file sharing process felt basic. As someone working in interior design, presentation matters a lot. Papermark makes the file-sharing experience look cleaner and more professional. When I send a link now, it feels more organized and aligned with my brand image. That small difference actually builds more trust with clients. It has also helped me manage multiple quotations more efficiently. I can keep track of which client has opened which file, and that gives me better control over my sales process. It saves time and reduces confusion. For me, Papermark has solved problems related to professionalism, tracking, and followups. It has made my workflow smoother and improved the way I present my work to clients.

**What do you like best about Papermark?**

Papermark is one the few tools who can work well with apple ecosystem. It supports apple filetypes and works well in the view. The filtering , sort option helps a lot since we have a lot of files in the room and dashboard help us measure whether the improvements we’ve made to a document are actually making a difference in the viewing time.

**What do you dislike about Papermark?**

Papermark does upload big files into links, but they can take a bit longer to load. That said, smaller files open quickly without any issues, so it’s mostly noticeable with heavier documents. Apart from that, it is a great cloud storage for organisations who use many docs.

**What problems is Papermark solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before this, we relied on email read receipts to know whether our mail was seen or we need to send a follow up msg. Papermark solved the problem by having the tracking on the document opening. They integrated well with notion too and the slack makes it easy for us to use with our existing setup.

**What do you like best about Papermark?**

We use Papermark for its detailed document tracking features. We can easily see how many people are viewing a link and can even restrict access to some visitors without altering the link and set custom welcome page for visitors. I also love that we can update a document even after it’s been shared and continue using the same link without having to resend anything.

**What do you dislike about Papermark?**

Overall, it’s one of the best tools we have used for document sharing and it covers almost everything we need. But there is a response issue, we have noticed that sometimes documents, particularly the larger ones takes a bit longer to load when viewed.

**What problems is Papermark solving and how is that benefiting you?**

One of the biggest problem is solved for us is that we no longer have to attach files every single time in email. Instead, we share one Papermark link for the entire program and we keep on adding new documents to the same room and track exactly who opened what. It saves a lot of time and makes us easy to use each time.

What I like most about Papermark is the combination of simplicity with control. Papermark solves the problem of document sharing and control, allowing you to know who accessed, when, and for how long, as well as protecting the content with permissions and secure links. This benefits me by bringing more visibility, professionalism, and security in sending documents, reducing manual follow-ups and uncertainties about engagement.

**What do you like best about Papermark?**

I love using Papermark because it makes it easy to add tags, edit, and share my documents. It makes collaboration simple and smooth, saving a lot of my daily time. Tagging documents makes it easy to find them by filtering, and it simplifies organizing documents according to my needs and priorities. Papermark helps me and my teammates edit and add comments in real time during group projects, saving time and making my life easier. It's very user-friendly with a simple setup, guided prompts, and a clean layout, which makes starting to use different features quite easy. I use Papermark with other tools like Google Drive, Dropbox, and Emails, helping me manage and share files across platforms. I've recommended it to a few classmates, and they all love it too. I think it's a perfect app to store files and use them.

**What do you like best about Papermark?**

We often need to share materials with different groups and having visibility into how those documents are being viewed by each group makes a big difference. The interface is very simple and I can upload multiple documents in one go.

**What do you dislike about Papermark?**

Sometimes it’s slow. In Firefox, the page can get stuck during uploads, but that doesn’t seem to happen in Chrome. Because of that, I usually use Chrome when I’m uploading large files in the data room. When an upload gets stuck, I have to refresh the page and start again, so the whole process can take a while.

**What problems is Papermark solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Papermark is a great tool for nonprofits like ours. We regularly share documents with our members in a link instead of sending newsletters. Being able to keep the same link, update the document in it, each month and still maintain the same tracking has saves us a lot of time and made our job much easier.

**What do you like best about Papermark?**

I use Papermark to securely share documents and track engagement. I like that I can see all the files I've shared in one single dashboard, making it organized and transparent to see who views and opens each one. The onboarding was extremely easy and intuitive, and the dashboard UI is friendly. It saves me so much time because I don't have to watch tutorials on how to use it; I just knew how from the first time I created an account. The initial setup was really easy too.

**What do you dislike about Papermark?**

Maybe a little tour or tooltips when you first login just to get to know the platform in a quick easy way. It would be nice to see even more customization and reports.

**What problems is Papermark solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Papermark to securely share documents and track engagement. It's organized; I see all files in one dashboard. The onboarding is so easy and intuitive, saving time since I don't need tutorials.

**What do you like best about Papermark?**

What I really like about Papermark is that it integrates well with Notion and even support keynote .key file types. Most of our documents are in notion page and it helps us avoid jumping between different tools since we can handle most of our document sharing in one place. It has great encryption and it is open source being able to host on our own server haves us more control when sharing confidential information.

**What do you dislike about Papermark?**

The larger PDFs can take a little longer to load when opened through a link and more data storage region can be added, they now have three major. Apart from that papermark is a great cloud tool for most organisations.

**What problems is Papermark solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Security was one of our biggest requirements when choosing a document-sharing tool, and Papermark has solved that really well. The encryption and link access, and the date room with watermark keep our documents in a secure way while sharing it with our recipients.

**What do you like best about Papermark?**

We use Papermark to share PDF with our event participants. After end of each day, we usually need to update the materials in case of changes, and the single link helps us do that without sending new mails and we can easily duplicate link with all the setting on them. We manage everything through the existing link and change access on the links at the end of the event.

**What do you dislike about Papermark?**

Overall Papermark is a well made platform and we don’t have any complaints. The email notifications when someone views a document are a bit basic. It would be great if the notification can have more details about the visitor with a short summary of document activity directly in the email.

**What problems is Papermark solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Papermark has really helped us solve the problem of tracking documents and managing permissions for different links. We daily deal with confidential information, so being able to control access and restrict files even after sharing as a link is a great feature to have. It has made document sharing much more easy and simple for our team.

**What do you like best about Papermark?**

It is simple to use, not all our members are tech people and the tool is created also for people like us and it is easy to use. There is no confusion on how we should create links and how to maintain the data room. It has great integration, the slack message on the document visit has been very helpful to our team.

**What do you dislike about Papermark?**

There are lot of useful features so a documentation listing the most helpful by use case would be great for Papermark, they now have a good website but it has pages for each features not like a summary of all.

**What problems is Papermark solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are a nonprofit, papermark helped us grow and save time. We were sending event materials and partnership decks as email attachments. We had no way of knowing they were opened or ignored. but now we could see exactly when the foundation team reviewed it and how long they spent on it and which sections we should work on.
