I’ve been using Papermark for about a year now, mainly for sharing my interior design project files and client quotations. What I like most is how simple and professional it makes file sharing. I use Papermark to securely share documents and track engagement. It is simple to use, not all our members are tech people and the tool is created also for people like us and it is easy to use. There is no confusion on how we should create links and how to maintain the data room. It has great integration, the slack message on the document visit has been very helpful to our team. What we love most about Papermark is how easy it made sharing confidential documents. It didn’t overwhelm our team with features we don’t need. Papermark has a great tracking dashboard and bulk upload feature saves us a lot of time. We keep our notion page and the documentation in a single data room to avoid issues. They build a great sharing tool with ease of access in mind but in the past couple of days it is becoming like the competition, they are increasingly adding feedback pop ups and adding new onboarding survey. They can just add a single button to ask those instead of popups. What they already have is a great user experience but what they are attempting will make it less appealing in the long run. The password protection and link controls have been helpful for us since we handle confidential information and in need of sharing with limited recipients. We wish there were more customization options for the visitor page, it has just a single viewing with our branding now. We would have loved more control over layout to match the file extension we are currently sharing, it is now working well with PDF, so more tailoring for others would be better. We started using Papermark to send out proposals, and it helps us in understanding how the proposals are being received, and when someone actually opens the document. Sometimes the email with the link ends up on spam. We had a few recipients complaint about that issue, the same mail would be in inbox without the Papermark link. I like how simple the upload process is and a document link is easily created to be share with just an auto copy. The dashboard is also super helpful, has great integrations with the tools we currently use and they clearly show which pages are getting the most time spent, and how many visitors we have totally.
