One thing that really stood out was the Cloud Connector Marketplace. I installed the Salesforce Connector directly from within the platform and it took less than five minutes — no external downloads or complex setup required. Everything is managed within the environment, which makes it extremely convenient. There are also many other connectors available for applications like AWS, Jira, Trello and Google Cloud Storage, expanding integration possibilities significantly.

The customer support experience was excellent. The team was quick to respond whenever I encountered an issue and even extended my trial period to ensure I could complete my testing comfortably.

The Project Workflow automation feature of GoAnywhere MFT is very impressive. It has helped us move away from insecure scripts to a centralized, 'drag-and-drop' interface, making it extremely easy to create complex multi-step tasks. I rely heavily on its Advanced Reporting Module; having an audit-ready PDF log of every file movement is beneficial for compliance in our security-focused organization. Its Scheduler is very powerful, allowing me to schedule file transfers during off-peak hours. Having an Email Notification system is also very precise, alerting me immediately when a file transfer is successful or fails. In the beginning, it may take some time to learn its advanced 'Project' variables. Although its web-based UI is quite functional, it can feel a bit heavy when deeply investigating a failed job. I would like more 'out-of-the-box' Cloud Connectors to be available for new SaaS platforms in the future, so that we don't have to create custom REST tasks, although it still covers major platforms (like Salesforce, SharePoint) well. We implemented GoAnywhere MFT as our file transfer solution to manage both external vendor communications and various internal processes. Because of our transfer requirements, we handle several thousand incoming PDF files each day, and GoAnywhere offered a straightforward way to ensure all these files are directed to the correct locations for our business operations. For more routine tasks, creating jobs is simple, and the auditing features give us clear visibility into the activity on our transfer server at any time. We also chose to deploy the MFT server and gateway to facilite external connections through a static IP provided by Azure allowing for high avallavbility accros our data centers. In the past year, we had one support incident during a upgrade that the GoAnywhere team was able to quickly resolve over the phone and get our environment work. One area that we would like to see an additional feature is the ability to browse a partner SFTP server when testing. Luckily due to feature set of GoAnywhere, I've created a job that emails the directory listing or contents of a server so we can review and determine what connections we need to make.
