I like that Seamless is very easy and understandable and customizable. I value the ability to customize what information is shown and the ability to place contacts in a list. It makes my job a lot easier because I can remove the things I don't need to know and organize the information I do want in an easy-to-read format. The initial setup was also super, super easy. I find that the autopilot doesn't allow me to select filters. I can only work by individual texts that I place in. But the text doesn't always give me everything I want. Adding filters to the autopilot AI would be super, super nice. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The speed at which I’m able to pull prospects is my favorite part. I also like that it brings my city, along with local businesses and residents, into one interface, which keeps everything simple and easy to manage. Searches populate pretty quickly, although you can only scroll through 100 results at a time (painful), and you need to use another program for enrichment or pay a lot extra. Bounce rates are terrible, and shut down our accounts unless we use another email cleaning program. Pricing is too high, and renewal or subscription modification is impossible without booking a calendar call with a customer support person. In my case, I did so 40 days before my renewal date, and was unprofessionally informed I could not cancel and would be billed without my consent. We asked Seamless.AI in 2024 not to auto-renew our subscription, and Seamless confirmed in writing on March 15, 2024 that our license was set to cancel. In 2025 Seamless renewed us anyway. Their account rep acknowledged in writing on July 10, 2025 that the renewal should not have happened based on our earlier request. Three weeks later we signed a one-year renewal with the same rep, understanding it as a continuation for one more year. Seamless then auto-renewed us again in 2026 without any reminder or invoice beforehand, and the first notice we received came from their collections team. We had no access to and made no use of the service in the new term.

During the dispute, Seamless also emailed us an order form where our full card number, security code and expiration date were still readable under the redaction.

We ultimately paid a settlement, not because we accept that anything was owed, but to avoid the nuisance, time and legal costs of continuing the dispute. We are not seeking a refund. We are filing this complaint because Seamless’s practice of silently renewing accounts, ignoring customers’ written instructions, and relying on collections pressure to extract payment is unfair and deceptive, and it should be stopped before it costs other businesses the same. While the performance and UI/UX are adequate, they are still noticeably better than SalezShark.

I did not require much onboarding, which was not a concern for our use case.

Seamless has great features now, especially the data quality has increased a lot. Now I hardly get an invalid emails or contact numbers. Their API automation is phenomenal for data pushing the work load has been due to this upgrade and also now you get to whether a poc has changed companies or not with the new update which is again a plus so, overall it's a great tool. I don't feel anything is a minus in this tool, the tool has a flow no buffering, and the AI features, are great, it understand the way of my data research and gives data according so, personally it's great tool Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

the Ai driven data enrichment and automation capabilities has been improves. it not only find contact information but also continuously update and verified data, which helps to maintain better accuracy over time, i have also noticed enhancement in real time lead generation and intent based insights, which makes it easier to identify high quality prospects instead of just collecting large volumes of data. i think there should be more improvement in data accuracy for certain region and niche industries, while the platform perform well overall, i still need to occasionally verify contact details before sharing them with my team. it would also help if there were more advanced filtering and segmentation options, especially for targeting very specific audiences. but overall its a great improvements for now.
