Customer support. I'm working with Daniel Anderer and his customer support has been fantastic. Patient, informative, and friendly. I’m currently trying to use it as a lead gen site, and this partnership only began about a week ago. So far, I haven’t received a single reply to the email blasts I’ve sent out, but it’s still early and the sample size is on the smaller side. Since I’m only sending around 1K emails at a time (approx.), it’s hard to be too critical at this point. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Hard to tell just yet. Only about a week into having access to the service thus far. Only being able to "Find" 50 contacts a page thing is a major drag. Additionally, if someone doesn't "Find" all their 1K contacts every day, the contacts should role over to the next day. Additionally, isn't this automated? Why wouldn't I start out every Monday with access to 3K contacts if I didn't "Find"/Research any over the weekend? Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I really appreciate how Seamless makes it significantly easier to find leads and set up email campaigns. The fact that it can gather phone numbers is something I find quite rare and valuable. I love the lead scraping feature and the email campaigns are both things I plan to use a lot. The new tasks feature makes it easier to find company contacts. The specific filters are great for helping me find more specific leads without wasting time. Seamless is a big help for my small business because it helps us target the right sized businesses, making it very beneficial for our lead generation efforts. The initial setup was also very easy. I like that Seamless helps me find correct and accurate data which is often hard to locate, especially when it's not available on Google or LinkedIn. Seamless is the quickest and easiest way to acquire a list of leads or find specific contact info. One of the newest features I really enjoy is the search box where I can input a name, phone number, email, or company, making finding contact information much easier without having to sort or filter extensively. The new search function provides the information right at my fingertips. It eliminates a ton of steps typically needed to find information. I also appreciate the cost efficiency, and how they offer a free version with 100 searches, which is incredible for SDRs or companies just starting out. There is not really much to dislike about Seamless. I have used plenty of prospecting tools and Seamless is one of the best. If I have to mention one thing it would be that they do not have prices mentioned on their website and we have to contact their sales team to get the quote. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The filters are really good, and it's very deep, making everything perfect for my research needs. I also like that Seamless has a good number of contacts and provides direct phone numbers with a connection success rate that feels like 50%, which is quite a good ratio for me.
