What do you like best about Seamless (formally Seamless.AI)?

I really find Seamless.AI to be very user-friendly, thanks to its ease of use and intuitive interface. It simplifies my prospecting and networking tasks remarkably well. The integration with Chrome and LinkedIn is seamless and enhances my workflow, allowing me to gather necessary contact information and key persons within organizations efficiently. I switched to Seamless.AI from Apollo seeking better data at a more affordable rate, and the transition was effortless. I am extremely satisfied and rate the likelihood of recommending Seamless.AI to a friend or colleague as a 10 out of 10. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Seamless (formally Seamless.AI)?

Seamless.ai failed us on two fronts: product and posture. On product, results were underwhelming and the vaunted “intent” search was practically unusable; we spent hours with tech support trying to make it behave like a tool for humans, not a robot, and got nowhere.

On posture, it’s worse. Their terms require canceling more than 60 days before renewal; miss it and you’re auto-renewed for 12 months. We missed by two weeks—and they refused to help. Repeated, explicit requests to cancel were met with the same tone-deaf script to “give it another try.” This is customer retention by contract, not by value. I could never recommend this company to anyone. If you want clarity and respect, go with Surfe—straightforward pricing and no lock-ins. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
