"Helped get us started in Salesforce"

Describe the project or task the product helped with:

Set-up new Salesforce org for non-profit - basic set-up with some integration with Constant Contact and Outlook

What do you like best?

The ability to keep all information in one place. I was able to communicate our needs and the consultants understood what we were trying to do.

What do you dislike?

The Reports feature is difficult to use. RelationEdge set us up with a custom Lists object instead of using Campaigns, and it is easy to add Contacts but it is more complicated to pull them into a list on a Report from a Custom Object.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Make sure the scope is outlined in as much detail as possible. My understanding and expectations were higher for integration. I also learned at near-completion that our integrations with Constant Contact and Outlook were not going to work the way I thought they would. We are non-profit and have limited resources, and they were excellent at staying within budget.

"Longstanding business relationship with a positive experience."

RelationEdge was instrumental in our initial Salesforce onboarding, ongoing additions, creation of custom objects and currently engaged for CPQ implementation/deployment

What do you like best?

RelationEdge took the time during the business discovery process to truly understand our business and effectively address short-term needs and help us construct a long-range, multi-phase plan. Communication is key and RelationEdge has been a true partner. In those instances where developmental items haven't gone as expected, they has always delivered. We frequently have overruns in budget to do our changing the scope and this is always clearly communicated to us.

What do you dislike?

We work with different development teams based on the scope of the project and there have been occasional shortcoming with their understand of how their object or customization integrates with with rest of our Salesforce org.

"Competent but pricey"

We've used Relation Edge for a couple of projects. Most recently with the implementation of Salesforce Service Cloud. Relation Edge is a competent organization and certainly got us from point A to point B.

What do you like best?

Relation Edge is friendly, are solid business partners, and good communicators. High level of competency among their consultants.

What do you dislike?

The pricing is very high. We no longer use Relation Edge for this reason. On one project, when our consultant was out of office, we were billed for the replacement consultant to get up to speed on the project which felt like a "them" problem that we got billed for. Leadership did hear and adjust our invoice eventually but the experience of that wasn't great.

Document and communicate needs clearly whenever outsourcing professional services!

"Salesforce Expertise!"

We partnered with RelationEdge for the implementation of Salesforce. We reviewed the partners and found RelationEdge to be the best. At Dreamforce I heard nothing but great comments about them and many local company's in San Diego used them too.

What do you like best?

RelationEdge was very knowledgeable about Salesforce. They were able to help us mold the system to new business processes. They had creative ideas for how to build workflow to help automate our processes.

What do you dislike?

There was nothing that I disliked. They were the right culture fit and the technical expertise to help with a successful launch.

We have utilized Relation Edge as our Sales Force Service Cloud partner across multiple integrations, from our initial set up to connections with many applications from GetFeedback to Eureka Call Miner

What do you like best?

Relation Edge are focused on understanding our business needs, intended outcomes, and providing their expertise to ensure we achieve that, even if it means recommending a different approach than we initially wanted to take

What do you dislike?

We had a small issue with billing cycle early on but were able to reach an amicable resolution. Occasionally there have been some delays in responses as they manage resources, but again these have been resolved with little effort

Nothing that I can think of, I was very happy

I would recommend RelationEdge because they were able to understand how we do business and took time to figure out how Field Service Lightning needed to be adjusted, when it could be, to make it work with us. They were with us when also implementing a connection to our accounting software.

Salesforce configuration, migration to Lightning Experience & consulting on best practices.

What do you like best?

RelationEdge is a trusted Salesforce partner and comes highly recommended by our account manager. We have found them to be deeply knowledgeable about the software and they've been able to help us get through some roadblocks with adoption & usage among our teams.

What do you dislike?

At times there have been some inefficiencies with the way projects have been managed.

"RelationEdge: Game Changer"

Converted all of our disjointed processes & systems into an all in one solution with Salesforce through integration of multiple apps.

What do you like best?

Having an all in one solution makes it easy for different departments to be on the same page- Adam and his team went above and beyond in their deliverable. For Salesforce the dashboards and reporting are key particularly in the Salesforce1 app.

What do you dislike?

Overall cost is expensive but the ROI is still there.

"RE came through for us...very pleased"

Revamping our SF platform to be more efficient and easier for our reps to use. In tandem, the RE team worked with our integration team as they developed cleaner connections and processes for us.

What do you like best?

Very dedicated to provide clean, efficient solutions that contribute to the success of our company, team and clients.

What do you dislike?

We happened to be mid-project during a RE staff change which caused a slight delay, but the new team ramped up right away and got the project back on track.

"Custom Salesforce Deployment"

We are a new sales organization and hired RelationEdge to help plan build and deploy a custom Salesforce.

What do you like best?

Shelley and the business team were fantastic.

What do you dislike?

We had a good experience with the team in Denver. The middleware tool their tech guy recommended to our tech team wasn't good but we caught that before deployment and found another solution.

"Amazing support"

We had an out of the box salesforce product that was not user friendly. RelationEdge was incredibly helpful by listening to our business model and helping to create a product that was useful and functional for our company.

What do you like best?

Kortney!!! She is top notch customer service. She was always just a call away and quick to resolve any issue that came up.

What do you dislike?

I do not really have any dislikes, everything was handled very well

"Mediocre experience using RelationEdge on two projects"

Used RelationEdge for two different projects, one was a data migration and one was an implementation of a Salesforce app

What do you like best?

The initial contacts I had as well as anyone at a higher level who I interacted with, not our main resources, seemed very knowledgeable.

What do you dislike?

Our resources we were working with were disorganized, not responsive in a timely manner, and gave me the impression that they were learning what they were doing for us on the fly. I ended up modifying much of what they did after the project was finished as I wasn't happy with the result.

"A group of extremely competent Salesforce professionals"

RelationEdge is helping us with an implementation of Salesforce CPQ and performs a variety of advanced Salesforce.com administrative tasks

What do you like best?

I have found the consultants at RelationEdge to be very professional, knowledgeable and easy to work with.

What do you dislike?

We are using about 20 hours / week of RelationEdge consultant's time. As such, they are frequently working concurrently with other customers and projects. It sometimes can be hard to coordinate schedules.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

I would absolutely recommend RelationEdge to other customers for work with Salesforce.com and related products

"Excellent and Timely Work."

Omnivore Technologies had an existing Salesforce license, but the previous administrators were no longer with the company. The business model for Omnivore was changing and the company needed to update its Salesforce implementation to better reflect the sales process.

What do you like best?

RelationEdge was efficient and consistent. Their project management and implementation team provided up to date information and fast turnaround.

What do you dislike?

The wasn't anything we disliked about RelationEdge. Our limitations were a combination of not fully understanding the licensing differences in Salesforce.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

RelationEdge is an excellent company. Be sure to spend adequate time planning before beginning work.

"Excellent Consulting Group!"

RelationEdge has done a fantastic job of getting our Salesforce organization set up. From our weekly meetings to constant communication via email with their developer, they have done a fantastic job. It's no small feat to set up Salesforce for an organization. Further, in our specific instance, a lot of our Salesforce tasks have required API integrations. They have done a tremendous job of helping us every step of the way!

What do you like best?

Very responsive and easy to deal with people! Also very proficient in what they do.

What do you dislike?

I do not dislike anything about RelationEdge!
