I can only speak on the CRM implementation subject. This is a huge task and the best way to get value from it is utilizing correctly from the beginning and to its maximum potential. Our first request was to improve the sales team visibility and customer' visit reporting within HubSpot. We are a global company and many of our systems are not connected. I worked with MAC's partner Ashley Knowles who suggested Playbook implementation within HubSpot, and this works globally. We will continue to work with MAC on our second request; to connect HubSpot to our company's portal and other marketing channels within the Chemical industry. MAC has been very helpful to me and my team as we set up Marketo and went through an integration with NetSuite. They've built entire campaigns as needed, reviewed integration issues, participated in many calls with different stakeholders to help troubleshoot and problem solve.
