They’re very structured and reliable, and they put a lot of care into documenting not just what was done, but why. That’s been super helpful for us long term. They’re also proactive about recommending what we should be doing to set ourselves up for future success, not just executing tasks. Brian Morris has been great to work with. He’s responsive, easy to work with, and quick to jump in when we need something. He’s also realistic about what will actually be beneficial for our business and works within our constraints.
