**What do you like best about Candybox CRM Solutions?**

We use Candybox CRM Solutions as a Salesforce and RevOps consulting partner. They always make thoughtful updates, provide recommendations about our current needs, and bring background knowledge from what they've seen work at other organizations. I've really appreciated how they take our day-to-day questions/requests, boil it down to identify core issues, and put solutions into action quickly. They're responsive, flexible, and I feel like they are truly invested in our success, which is not always the case when working with external partners. Personally, I recently joined and Candybox played a big role in my onboarding, taking time to walk me through what they've built, and answering all my questions as I ramped.

**What do you dislike about Candybox CRM Solutions?**

Any challenges we've faced are really a result of the fact that Candybox is outside of our day to day operations, which can limit their view on the full picture. It then falls on us to facilitate and prioritize what's most important. But they've done a great job supporting as we evolved and are bringing on new team members to work directly with them.

My favorite thing about Candybox CRM Solutions is that they are not just order-takers; they are true thought partners. They lean into the role of being a consultant, putting extensive research and reasoning behind the solutions they offer. This gives me confidence that we are building the best possible version of CRM for our business needs.

Consultants are never a perfect replacement for full-time staff. Thus, they don't have the time or resources to interact with all of our internal stakeholders as a full-time team member would. This is less of an indictment specifically on Candybox CRM Solutions, and more of an outcome of the circumstances.

Candybox CRM Solutions is helping us keep up with the ever-changing needs of our internal stakeholders. The Candybox team is deeply invested in the success of their clients. They’ve been true partners to us -professional, kind, and collaborative throughout our engagement. It’s clear they care not just about delivering on requests, but about helping the businesses they support grow.

This isn’t a reflection of Candybox’s work, but rather a natural limitation of working with an external partner: there’s always a degree of distance that makes it harder to fully integrate into the day-to-day. That said, Candybox has laid a solid foundation for our next chapter.

Candybox has served as our primary Salesforce and Sales Ops partner for several years, supporting everything from data infrastructure to quote and product configuration to process automation. When I joined <3 months ago as our first internal RevOps hire, I was genuinely impressed by how far the business had scaled without a dedicated in-house Sales Ops function. They feel like an extension of your internal team. Mark and the crew were super easy to work with — friendly, flexible, and very responsive (usually within an hour). They knew Salesforce inside and out, and didn’t just execute tasks — they contributed to the bigger picture. We tested new features in sandbox, pushed changes live, and they made sure it was all done cleanly and thoughtfully.

If I had to name one thing, it’d be clearer communication around timelines. Work got done at a solid pace, but sometimes it was hard to know when exactly a feature or fix would go live. Nothing major — just think more structured timelines would help with team alignment.

If you’re looking for a true partner who brings both technical skills and practical strategy, they’re a strong choice. Just make sure to set expectations early around deliverables and timing, and you’ll be in great shape.

**What do you like best about Candybox CRM Solutions?**

I have hired Candybox twice now.  They are phenomenal team with grounded, pragmatic Salesforce professionals who aim to understand the needs.  Working with Mark and Cody has been a force accelerator for my initiatives in 2024.  It is their focus and accessibility that ensures they build functionality that meets the needs of the business where it is, and ensures the scalability in where it needs to go.   I highly recommend them to any GTM leader needing a serious boost to their tech stack management.

**What do you dislike about Candybox CRM Solutions?**

There is not much to say here.  If there were material reasons to be concerned about Candybox I would not have hired them twice at two different organizations.

**What problems is Candybox CRM Solutions solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I brought them in to deploy a homegrown CPQ to an underdeveloped SFDC instance.  We were launching new pricing and packaging in 3 months time.  I needed to deploy contract management, products and price books, quoting functionality, updated opportunity management, and an updated Celigo netsuite integration.  Not only did we meet that deadline, but they were with us every step of the way from testing to deployment and for the weeks after as we tackled individual adjustments to a complex deployment to a 100+ GTM team. I kept them on retainer for a year, as a critical augment to my RevOps team.

**What do you like best about Candybox CRM Solutions?**

Katherine, Mark, and CandyBox team are thoughtful, engaging solution partners. Unlike other agencies, I never feel like I'm working against the clock. They take the time to understand the processes behind the build and recommend solutions that are aligned with my organization's goals and aspirations. 

During our Service Cloud implementation, they met with each of the service teams to understand how they use their current CRM, how they wish they could use their CRM, and the ways in which each team interact with the other. Ultimately, their recommended solution was comprehensive and improved communication and interaction within the service org and also between service and other SFDC user groups, like sales and finance.

**What do you dislike about Candybox CRM Solutions?**

There weren't any downsides to working with CandyBox. We had a limited budget, limited resources, and a few large projects that we needed help with. CandyBox worked with what we had and provided a solution that fit our budget, met our timeline, and far exceeded our expectations.

Be clear about the problem(s) you're trying to solve and what the business value is to that solution. The more they know about what success looks like for you and your team, the better their proposed solution(s) will be.

CandyBox helped my organization implement Service Cloud and migrate a 25-year-old company from Dynamics to SFDC. They also built automation that improved our lead routing from HubSpot and a custom territory management solution for our global teams.

Almost every session that we had with Candybox/Mark resulted in us learning new key things about how we structured our Hubspot architecture and/or how we prioritized next steps for the project. From working with Candybox I liked best that we were able to get so much value from each meeting, especially considering that the project was on such a tight timeline.

Working with any consultant is always an investment of both time and money; however, if you value your company's CRM setup and use, Candybox CRM Solutions is definitely a great option. From our experience I would recommend Candybox for anyone who is looking to scale up their company through the assistance of a CRM.

**What problems is Candybox CRM Solutions solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Candybox CRM Solutions, specifically through Mark's expertise, addressed several critical challenges we faced. Primarily, we had multiple teams using the Sales Enterprise version of HubSpot, but we lacked a cohesive strategy and the technical know-how to leverage its full potential. For the specific project we worked on, there were constraints with what software could be purchased/what resources were available. Mark was great at helping us to come up with a customized setup that worked within these constraints and also at adapting the approach we used as the project developed. I honestly don't think we would have been able to set up our system half as well as we did without Mark's guidance.

Brent V. has been our Candybox consultant for the duration of my team here at Ironclad (1 year) and his help has significantly helped us continue to scale and grow our quote to cash operations. Brent has helped us in a multitude of areas to include pricing rule calculations, CPQ and opportunity automation, troubleshooting process flow errors, and the backfilling of incorrect data debt. Brent and Candybox have allowed us to move from a functioning CRM where most processes were manual to a pro-active, scalable and automated workforce.

Candybox helped us completely revamp our entire Opportunity process along with our own custom CPQ like solution without having to actually purchase Salesforce CPQ. The solution has been so clean and elegant while also maintaining a scalable structure that will allow us to continue to grow and improve our process without having to continually rebuild or reimplement processes. We are also a very small team and they have been an amazing resource for extra bandwidth as well as a trusted resource to collaborate with on how we want to continue to grow and ways to implement our processes while following best practices.

I find their communication super clear and they often send video demos to ensure we know what changed and how. It's very comforting knowing we can trust their work and that they'll reply quick

**What do you like best about Candybox CRM Solutions?**

The team has been there and seen it already.  Its been a pleasure working with the team like Nicolas and Mark. 

Nicholas has been able to provide massive value by helping the team enhancing our quote to cash process as well as consolidating and optimizing Service Cloud automation flows.

One huge, positive distinction of the team is to accomodate our internal support procedures such as using Asana for support and feature requests.

**What do you dislike about Candybox CRM Solutions?**

My only area of feedback is around resource utiliztion.  Because we are held to a set amount of hours on a monthly basis, I don't always have visibility into how much time my team has used.  Now this could be because I am not the billing contact but it would be helpful.  I should be fair to point out that I haven't needed to ask.

The team is talented and quick to respond.  Highly flexible and accomodating.  You don't need to wait a month if you need to adjust scope or priorities.

The team has been assisting us with several projects with Salesforce Service Cloud as well as an integration with Stripe.

There are a lot of Salesforce consultants, but what I like most about Candybox is how they take the time to understand the business - the workflows, processes, and teams - to help craft a solution that fits our needs. They are true thought partners and don't require a structured list of requirements. I gave them a high level set of objectives and they were able to translate that into tactical technical updates.

We brought in Candybox to support one of our portfolio companies in rearchitecting their Salesforce instance to support their long-term strategy. With their support this company now has a robust instance of Salesforce that gives the GTM teams the tools they need to succeed. Personally, we know that the system will output correct reporting and analytics.

We've worked with Candybox CRM since our seed stage, and have continued working with them to today (Series B). Throughout the way, Candybox has been unrivaled in their partnership and adaptability, as well as scrappiness. We started with very basic CRM needs, and were able to gradually build it towards an increasingly complex system.

Candybox is amazing across the different tools we use - Salesforce is our primary CRM, but we also use Hubspot, and a ton of related integrations. We've included Candybox in their implementations, partnered with them as thought partners, and leaned on them for implementation help. 

Mark and Tony, in particular, have been super responsive, prompt, and thoughtful. They monitor our CRM proactively, and are able to stay on top of any issue that occurs. Would strongly recommend them for any company.

The are incredibly practical and not only understand Salesforce capabilities but know why and when certain capabilities or processes should be implemented for a specific use case. Starting from scratch with 3 unique companies and processes meant there were often a multitude of different ways we could solve each individual problem, but they were very helpful in helping us hone in on the right approach for each individual problem while keeping the bigger picture in mind. When it came time to build, solutions were implemented quickly and thoroughly and we performed many rapid iterations.

Dylan provided us with a practical solution to our problems, documented in simple two-page brief. During the 1+ years we worked together, they helped us design our "Support Request" process, stand up our forecasting infrastructure, and enhance our security & governance in Salesforce.

The single biggest topic we addressed with the assistance of Dylan and Ryan was the overhaul of our contracting process. They steered us away from outsized, impactical solutions (that probably would have been more profitable for them!). And they transformed our rudimentary contracting "process" in Google Docs, an outdated Docusign integration, and a complex integration with a Salesforce-native subscription management tool into something 1) far more sophisticated yet 2) easily manageable in-house.

When I began my work at Mural in August of 2020 I inheririted a salesforce enviroment that had seen significant development in an extremely short span of time that had been intended to support what realiasticly was unsustainable hyper growth. In the few short months prior to my taking over the org the user based had quadrupled and the business had employed the services of other consluting partners that had implemented an admittedly impressive amount of configuration however the end result was more short sighted than anything else. I engaged with Candybox early on in my time at Mural before I saw to hiring a full team of systems analysts and other staff. Their work was critical to my early success there. They began by providing a comphrehsive audit of our org which provided with the critical roadmap items we needed to right-size the enviroment and prepare it for additional growth over the next several years. As my role and my team evovled over time so did our relationship with Candybox. Towrads the end of my time working at Mural and with the CB team we have fully integrated them into our development workflows and often looked to them to supercharge our architecting prowress whenever the demands of the business grew too much for our small but nible and talented internal team. We were able to see through to completion significantly more complex projects with the support of Candybox. They operated with the utmost professionalisam and excellence. Most importantly they adapated their workflows (within reason) to meet us where we were at from project to project. I owe much of what I look back on positively at Mural to the partnership we had with Candybox.

While working at Mural, we had made an acquisition that greatly expanded our product offerings and significantly elevated the complexity of product pricing and configuration within our Salesforce org. To seamlessly incorporate these new offerings and empower our sales team to configure products on Opportunities and Quotes using the new pricing model, we enlisted the expertise of CandyBox.

While we had previously relied on standard Salesforce functionality for adding Products, including Salesforce Products and Price Books, we encountered new requirements for quantity-based price tiers and percent of total calculations that exceeded the capabilities of the existing model. We didn't feel that we were quite ready for CPQ, so additionally we sought user interface enhancements and the implementation of a "Configure Products" Salesforce flow.  

The CandyBox team proved to be exceptional throughout this project, as well as other projects I'd worked with them on. Despite frequently changing requirements and tight deadlines, their depth of understanding of our system and business allowed them to take the project in stride with remarkable composure and precision. They consistently surprised us with valuable suggestions and innovative solutions, truly serving as trusted consultants to our business throughout the process. When it came time to deploy the changes to production, they delivered neatly organized change sets in numerical order, resulting in the smoothest deployment experience we've had.

Having collaborated with CandyBox on multiple projects, I consistently witnessed their commitment to excellence and expertise. The dollar value on this deal was sub-2k. The thing with Candybox was their legal team did not want to negotiate removing anything from their standard contract for a low dollar deal.

The team was professional and quick. We had our automation within the week of asking for it. We did have some issues with testing but they were responsive and solved the issue relatively quickly.

We needed an out of the box process (that we weren't using at all) tweaked fairly heavily before we put it in use.  They have delivered exactly what we needed.

They operate like part of the team. They are responsive on slack and email in addition to our regular stand up meeting. They also treat our intance like their own. They are very careful with deploying changes and take our operating cadence into account.

Nothing to dislike. Hiring Candybox was one of the best decisions I've made. They've made a difference for my team and my company.
