What do you like best?

From the very first meeting, AGG demonstrated evident passion, knowledge, and love for Salesforce CRM. This created a comfortable environment for us and made our decision easy to sign up with AGG.

I must also applaud AGG's responsiveness and their smart use of technology (Gotomeetings, Lucid Charts, etc) which gave my working committee and me, seamless involvement throughout the process. As we entered the discovery sessions, I was delighted that AGG was more keen to learn about our pain points, business challenges, and expectations. They were more interested in building a module which works best for us. Sometimes, they even challenged us in areas where we did not need CRM!

Today, I believe we have a CRM which works best for our current needs and adaptable for the future. We are already planning out our second phase with AGG to build other modules which will add value to our business and our stakeholders!

We have chosen AGG as our deployment partner as they were highly recommended by other part of our company. They have done an outstanding job for us. We were especially impressed with AGG's project team. Mrudula Anne, who was the project manager, impressively got very closely engaged with our project team to truly understand what our company was looking for. He guided us to customize Salesforce to apply our business practice to the program. He made great suggestions that we didn’t even think about! And the best thing of all was that he managed to complete the full deployment only in 5 weeks! The initial estimate was 90 days. We are still working with AGG to make further enhancements to our Salesforce Org. We will especially highly recommend AGG to those companies new to Salesforce. Great work by AGG team in managing such a complex project which was an enhancement over a custom application built by another SFDC partner. There was no technical documentation available and the team was able to ramp up quickly to meet all the tight deadlines we had. I've to specially mention the API development work done by this team, there were several unknowns / risks / ambiguities, but the team pulled through all those and were able to deliver the API we needed. We've embarked on several Agile projects with limited or no success and this project team w/o the mumbo-jumbo of Agile, truly delivered the project in an agile methodology w/o compromising on the quality of the deliverable. In one of our projects we seeked help from Access Global ,who amazed us with the dedication and extreme knowledge.

Our project was extremely complicated and challenging.

The project involved in searching 15Y worth data which is all member complaints..These billions of records are searched by specific key words and sent to a sensitive location so gov or regulators can access.

We have tried all possible solutions starting from Elasticsearch,Spark,Dremio etc but nothing was effective.

We have been working with Access Global Team for couple years now. The engagement started with an assessment project which evolved into an implementation of the Service Cloud console which was a 6-month project. we came to depend on them so much that we now have them on an ongoing support contract.

The entire experience from the sales cycle and now into an everyday engagement has been one of the best as compared to other vendors I have worked with. What truly sets them apart is that they are as invested in the success of the project as we are. They are transparent, collaborative and understand the realities of technology projects.

Their methodology on collecting requirements, documentation, development, testing and deployment is helpful. They will also accommodate any corporate standards you have, for example in our company only IT will do deployments and during certain windows. Their technical expertise on salesforce and related ecosystem and apps is really good. Our team was also very thorough and NEVER handed us anything that wasn't already completely tested and vetted.

They really foster a culture of relationship building and this was evident in the way they worked. Our project team really engaged with users, to hear their pain points and provide solutions. They were responsive, available and delivered all their commitments on time. There was also the right amount of check ins from their exec teams and they have always been very accommodating whether it’s the format of our project updates, our billing or even helping us get product feedback into salesforce. The last item really stands out to me because it speaks to their passion for delivering a good customer experience and helping the entire ecosystem including the product itself. We needed help with integrating Our Netsuite and Quickbooks(Inherited from Acquisition) system with Salesforce. Our company does not have any internal Salesforce developers. We partnered with Access Global Group to be our development team almost a decade ago. In that time they have helped us with everything from resolving simple support desk tickets to implementing Service Cloud (in multiple orgs) to building our own custom CPQ before CPQ existed to integrating with our IVR and customer portals. What do you like best?

The team members that we have worked with are always knowledgeable about products and capabilities and assist us to create best practice designs that are scalable and sustainable. What do you dislike?

We really haven't had any issues working with Access Global Group. Once or twice over a decade we had a resource that was maybe not the best fit for a particular project once we defined the requirements. Access Global Group has been an excellent partner and has always found a way to help us in exactly the way that we needed. It has never felt like working with a vendor, they have become part of our team. What problems are you solving with the provider? What benefits have you realized?

We have been able to fully automate our sales process by creating a fully automated pipeline management system that prioritizes our sales reps' follow-up tasks and "pops" them right into their soft phone to improve productivity. Once a rep is ready to create a quote we have custom pricing calculators that have pre-approved target ranges and automated contract templates that are populated from the opportunity. Once it is DocuSigned by the customer, everything automatically flows into our ERP system. This has led to overall higher productivity, more revenue, better data management and quality, and adherence to pricing guidelines.

We have also automated our customer service team's work as well. We rolled out the Service Cloud and have been able to integrate with our telephony platform to skill reps for specific issues. Replacing our legacy CRM with Salesforce was a big undertaking. Our agents worked in call centers around the globe and despite the benefits of the new solution they were change averse.
