We enter a new hire once, and the laptop setup, app accounts, group memberships, and security policies all follow from that single action, instead of relying on four separate checklists. Offboarding works the same way in reverse: access is revoked and the device is locked the moment someone leaves, rather than whenever IT gets to the ticket. It was very easy and intuitive to begin with. I didn't feel like I needed a big learning curve to figure things out. It runs smoothly, devices sync with very little lag, and everything is tied back to the employee's profile, so if I need to look at someone's devices or access, it's all right there instead of in different systems. **What do you dislike about Rippling IT?** While it was easy for me to learn and use day to day, when I tried to get into more advanced things like custom reporting or setting up specific integrations, it has taken more work than I expected. It unifies administration, so we're all on the same system, which I really like. The integration between HR and IT reduces the number of disconnected tools and manual handoffs, providing and improving security. Rippling IT also makes it much easier to manage employees, multiple devices, and access within the same system, and it greatly simplifies financial processes by providing better visibility. That way I just have to update and employee's data once and it "ripples" out to the other softwares they're connected to. I also use RPass and love using it for password saving and sharing. Takes a bit of time to get set up, but once you're in, you're golden. **What do you dislike about Rippling IT?** Almost everything in Rippling is customizable for what you need, but there are a few things that can't be altered, specifically RPass.
