Honestly, the best thing about Rippling is that it just makes all the annoying work stuff not annoying. I’m in it pretty much every weekday, and it’s kind of become the hub for everything I need. Need to check PTO? Two clicks. Request time off? Done. Payroll info? Right there. I don’t have to ask HR or dig through old emails — it’s all in one spot. I also love that whenever IT adds a new app or I have to log into something, Rippling already has it set up. If I had to pick a downside, it’s that sometimes things feel a little too spread out.
