Bonnie has been, and continues to be, incredible. Her knowledge of how this platform works, along with her helpful, collaborative personality, reassured us throughout the process.

Overall, the experience was top-notch. The only thing I’d comment on is the amount of rotation on our team. We met with someone who was introduced as the lead for our project, but he was only present for the first meeting. We also had a project manager leave mid-project. In the end, it all worked out, and the people at the table were incredible.

Our database for our religious members had become slow, clunky, and outdated. We partnered with RSM Salesforce Consulting to help us explore our options, guide us through the transition, and continue supporting us after go-live.

Low turn over has allowed us to work with the same group of people for years. These people know our business and what we, as a company, require out of Salesforce.

Very little. Everyone brings their A game and everyone is flexible in all situations.

Utilize out of box functionality as much as possible to minimize the costs associated with enhancements.

Our niche business is almost breaking the mold of Salesforce. RSM's custom solutions allow us to efficiently manage our day to day operation. While issues do occur with heavy customization and breaks are found, RSM is quick to offer the support required to fix any and every issue that has come up.

What I liked best about RSM Salesforce Consulting was their personalized and detail-oriented approach. They took the time to understand our specific needs and tailored the solution accordingly, rather than applying a one-size-fits-all approach. Their structured project management kept everything on track and on timeline, which made the entire process smooth and predictable.

Overall, we had a very positive experience, but at times the pricing felt a bit high, especially for smaller scope changes or adjustments. That said, the quality of work and level of expertise generally justified the cost, and the value delivered was strong.

With RSM you are getting a long-term partner.  A relationship.  That is what you are investing in.

**What problems is RSM Salesforce Consulting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

RSM assisted in the implementation of Salesforce non-profit cloud and Marketing Cloud.  We selected RSM due to their experience with non-profits, e-marketing, programs, etc.  RSM provided the framework to make our implementation successful:
    - Robust project management and planning
    - Skilled RSM resources with many years of both Salesforce and non-profit experience
    - Solid approach and methodology

We successfully went live a few weeks ago.  Our staff are much happier and efficient on the Salesforce platform.  Some examples are:
    - better visibility into our accounts and contacts
    - easier to enter and track notes, events, and tasks
    - more robust email templates

They may be more expensive than other developers, but I think we paid for the knowledge and timeliness of the results were worth it.

Their project definition and understanding exactly our needs were second to none, offering suggestions to improve our environment and telling us when our expectations may have required a more expensive solution, but offering suggestions that may still have met our needs but required less development (i.e. custom built vs things that may have been "good enough" using existing Salesforce technologies.)

We were having problems quickly investigating and quoting inventory with the tools we had available.  RSM helped us develop tools to enable our sales team to quickly investigate quote requests and previous quote history in a quick, responsive format exactly to our specifications alongside their recommendations.

Sometimes if the primary RSM rep was gone, you would work with the backup rep and they couldn’t provide much help or guidance as we worked together.

Map out every detail and work with all stakeholders. We missed a lot of key points our new system should have done but not all our stakeholders were invited to share thoughts.

I think listening, retention, communication could all improve. But some are better than others on their team. Some really great people there!

Maybe go with someone else on CPQ if you have lots of products, bundles, etc. CPQ can be very difficult and in our case we have a very complex way of selling subscriptions and line items, so we would be a problem in any system honestly.

New org merger, CPQ config, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, etc. 1600+ users, overall we have a new system that will eventually meet our needs but there is a lot that our team cannot manage on our own now.

I enjoyed the "Scope of Work" pdf they sent me after our first meeting. I thought it laid out the plan of action well and helped me understand what each person's role was that I would be talking to.

I disliked the entire project from start to finish. My least favorite part was they left us with an unfished system that looks unprofessional and I had to learn how to fix it.

**Recommendations to others considering RSM Salesforce Consulting:**

Do not use this company. I am sure there are plenty of other more qualified consultants in the market.

**What problems is RSM Salesforce Consulting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

RSM says they offer a turn-key solution for setting up Salesforce Live Agent Chat and Knowledge Articles. This is far from the truth as the process of working with them to get these solutions set up required me to spend numerous hours each week spell checking, reviewing grammar, designing, and testing the solution they were building. The "training" they provide leaves much to be desired. They basically provide you with a PowerPoint filled with screenshots and notes. At no point were they able to provide training on how the system actually works. Which leads to you relying on them to fix errors that pop up with their work. (Yes there are many that will break the system) 

Overall I feel like I wasted $30K+ on something that I should have done myself. Request for additional help understanding the system was shut down unless we paid them additional fees.

Monday Call helped upgrade our customer community to Salesforce Community Cloud.

**What do you like best about RSM Salesforce Consulting?**

We started our project with another consultant team but they did not live up to our expectations. Monday Call understood we needed to regain trust. They hit the ground running working with us to create a solid timeline with deliverables for the project. The project manager was thoughtful and kept us on track, both MondayCall staff and our team. 

Our project had a few aspects that were technically challenging. The engineer on our project was easy and fun to work with and worked effortlessly with our internal engineering team.

There were a few custom components to our project and the MondayCall team figured out inventive hacks or workarounds to accomplish what I was requesting. I loved how creative they were and came to trust that anything I dreamed up they would figure out how to make it happen.

There was not anything to dislike about working with MondayCall.

**Recommendations to others considering RSM Salesforce Consulting:**

Of course, I recommend MondayCall. They are a great team and work with you to ensure the success of your project implementation. I enjoyed working with them so much that we are already planning more projects to work with them on in the near future.

We needed a customer community that was stable, single sign-on, and visibly on brand. The upgraded community is already bringing in more engagement than the previous platform. Currently, we cannot hold our usual in-person events so the community is helping fill that customer connection gap.

Monday Call managed our complex conversion from a customized Salesforce platform to the standard Non Profit Success Pack.

**What do you like best about RSM Salesforce Consulting?**

Their technical expertise, business knowledge, project management and customer service is unrivaled. Our Data Migration and Integration with our other internal systems went smoothly and were virtually effortless on our part. Monday Call exceeded our expectation in every aspect.

**What do you dislike about RSM Salesforce Consulting?**

We did not dislike anything about working with Monday Call. Their customer service was outstanding.

We were able to streamline processes from when the data was originally entered until it resided in the correct bucket. As a result, we saved a substantial amount of staff processing time. We also achieved greater acuracy with minimal obstacles.

We purchased Salesforce as we were looking for a more robust sales management tool as our business was growing, and quickly realized that we were in over our head with regards to implementation and customization.  We were also looking to utilize Salesforce to conduct a sustained direct mail marketing campaign.

**What do you like best about RSM Salesforce Consulting?**

Our project manager did a great job of digging in and asking the right questions in order to clearly identify our needs.  I was very impressed with the skill set of the consultant we worked with, who came up with a great solution that exceeded our expectations.

**What do you dislike about RSM Salesforce Consulting?**

We had a great experience with MondayCall and have absolutely no complaints.

**What problems is RSM Salesforce Consulting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Aside from initial implementation of Salesforce, our main goal was to launch a direct mail marketing campaign that we had been struggling to get off the ground for some time.  MondayCall's solution was a perfect fit for what we were looking to accomplish.  The initial campaign was successful and we would not have been able to realize the increase in revenue from the campaign without their help, and will serve us well into the future as we continue our marketing efforts.

The project goal was an overall implementation of the Salesforce CRM, with the downstream goal of maturing our business development processes around new business models.

After signing with MondayCall, we conducted a requirements gathering process to make sure we built our Salesforce instance the way that would most benefit our team. After that, MondayCall conducted extensive calls to go over each and every part of the software and configuration, offering suggestions and real-world applications to make sure we got the most out of our tool. Finally they helped us with training our team of business development players.

MondayCall was a great partner for our Salesforce implementation. They were above all very flexible with us, respected our goals for the project, and we finished BEFORE deadline and UNDER budget. Not sure what else you could as for as a project owner! Highly recommend them.

No criticisms at this point, this a great team to work with.

Be ready with clear objectives and goals, they'll push you on that (which is a good thing).

First, the project came in under budget, which was a huge win for us. In addition the team delivered the project several days ahead of schedule, which was also very critical for us as we were launching a critical project and wanted the CRM in place prior to that launch. Salesforce is a huge system, but we do feel reasonable well equipped to handle our BD needs in the system, and that's thanks to MondayCall's training.

We hired MondayCall to develop a custom booking calendar to allow our sales managers and our Moscone venue partner to properly research and reserve available space within the Moscone Center.  The new solution will be a replacement of a legacy application that will be no longer supported.  We also used their services as implementation partners, custom visualforce page development, API integrations, data privacy policy implementation and other Salesforce related projects.

**What do you like best about RSM Salesforce Consulting?**

The MondayCall team is able to understand complex business processes and translate them to functional requirement in Salesforce.  Their team has a strong knowledge base in a lot of different areas of Salesforce making them great partners when determining proper solution for our organization.

**What do you dislike about RSM Salesforce Consulting?**

I currently do not have any dislikes with MondayCall.

I highly recommend MondayCall to other organizations.  At no one time have they failed me, and they have always been on time, making them a reliable partner to us.

MondayCall and San Francisco Travel has built a strong relationship throughout the years.  We have worked multiple projects with in a 4 year time span.  The benefits of working with MondayCall is that they have a strong understanding of our Salesforce Org and the related business processes.

We needed help building out our entire sales and marketing operations , starting with almost starting over for our SFDC instance. They even found things we were unaware of and helped get everything setup correctly and back on track.

I had a 3 month window to create, move data over, test and deploy a salesforce CPQ solution for my sales organization. I had fairly strong admin skills but zero experience in CPQ. Marcus was there from beginning to end and did a spectacular job creating, coaching and helping me launch our solution. I can't say enough good things about Marcus or MondayCall.
