We purchased Salesforce as we were looking for a more robust sales management tool as our business was growing, and quickly realized that we were in over our head with regards to implementation and customization. What do you like best?

Our project manager did a great job of digging in and asking the right questions in order to clearly identify our needs. What problems are you solving with the provider? What benefits have you realized?

Aside from initial implementation of Salesforce, our main goal was to launch a direct mail marketing campaign that we had been struggling to get off the ground for some time. MondayCall's solution was a perfect fit for what we were looking to accomplish. The initial campaign was successful and we would not have been able to realize the increase in revenue from the campaign without their help, and will serve us well into the future as we continue our marketing efforts. What do you like best?

We started our project with another consultant team but they did not live up to our expectations. Monday Call understood we needed to regain trust. They hit the ground running working with us to create a solid timeline with deliverables for the project. The project manager was thoughtful and kept us on track, both MondayCall staff and our team.

Our project had a few aspects that were technically challenging. The engineer on our project was easy and fun to work with and worked effortlessly with our internal engineering team.

There were a few custom components to our project and the MondayCall team figured out inventive hacks or workarounds to accomplish what I was requesting. I loved how creative they were and came to trust that anything I dreamed up they would figure out how to make it happen. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We needed a customer community that was stable, single sign-on, and visibly on brand. The upgraded community is already bringing in more engagement than the previous platform. The project goal was an overall implementation of the Salesforce CRM, with the downstream goal of maturing our business development processes around new business models.

After signing with MondayCall, we conducted a requirements gathering process to make sure we built our Salesforce instance the way that would most benefit our team. After that, MondayCall conducted extensive calls to go over each and every part of the software and configuration, offering suggestions and real-world applications to make sure we got the most out of our tool. What do you like best?

MondayCall was a great partner for our Salesforce implementation. They were above all very flexible with us, respected our goals for the project, and we finished BEFORE deadline and UNDER budget. First, the project came in under budget, which was a huge win for us. In addition the team delivered the project several days ahead of schedule, which was also very critical for us as we were launching a critical project and wanted the CRM in place prior to that launch. We hired MondayCall to develop a custom booking calendar to allow our sales managers and our Moscone venue partner to properly research and reserve available space within the Moscone Center. The new solution will be a replacement of a legacy application that will be no longer supported. We also used their services as implementation partners, custom visualforce page development, API integrations, data privacy policy implementation and other Salesforce related projects. The MondayCall team is able to understand complex business processes and translate them to functional requirement in Salesforce. Their team has a strong knowledge base in a lot of different areas of Salesforce making them great partners when determining proper solution for our organization. We needed help building out our entire sales and marketing operations , starting with almost starting over for our SFDC instance. They were able to come in cold, diagnose, and implement what we were looking to accomplish based on our requests. They had to undo what other consulting companies had done poorly. I had a 3 month window to create, move data over, test and deploy a salesforce CPQ solution for my sales organization. I had fairly strong admin skills but zero experience in CPQ. Marcus was there from beginning to end and did a spectacular job creating, coaching and helping me launch our solution. I can't say enough good things about Marcus or MondayCall.
