Brad Connell, who leads our build, has been excellent to work with. He’s hands-on and highly responsive, quickly digging into issues such as FAST timeouts, brand-mismatch errors, and email-formatting bugs, then rolling out fixes or temporary mitigations. For example, he gave reps a way to review FAST output before sending while longer-term solutions were still in progress. He’s also proactive in how he communicates, keeping the cross-functional team aligned on root causes and next steps. On top of that, he’s been a strong partner in training our reps and iterating on prompt quality based on real UAT feedback.
