Quickbase lets us build what we need without being locked into a rigid system. I like that we can create pipelines and customize how data flows between apps and tables. Quickbase makes it easier to manage complex workflows without needing everything to be fully automated. I like that it allows me to create reports and track assignments in a way that’s already simpler than what we had in place before. For example, when we were working on the PTO backup system, Quickbase let us set up relationships and formulas that dynamically adjust based on real-time data, like who’s out on PTO and who their backup is. It’s not perfect, but it’s flexible enough that I can create workarounds, like manual overrides, when needed. I also appreciate how the app leverages relationships and formulas in a clean, straightforward way. It’s not overly complicated, but it’s powerful enough to handle what we need.
