What do you like best about Quickbase?

Quickbase is easy to use and the forms are really easy to fill out. I have never had any issued accessing Quickbase or had a need to contact customer support. I use Quickbase daily, multiple times a day and it's always a quick process to fill out a form and submit. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Quickbase?

The only thing I don't like about Quickbase is that when I click on an entry field, previous entries would pop up and sometimes I would accidentally click one. This is especially troublesome when it happens after I have already entered the information and then I would have to delete the incorrect information that I accidentally clicked on. It would be good if that would not happen and I can enter the information in the forms a little more quicker. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Quickbase?

Quickbase is easy to use and develop online database applications rather quickly. It has powerful features and is constantly Improving. There is a huge ecosystem around Quickbase with third party solutions and plug ins that are very useful and economic to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Quickbase?

Developing a custom UI based application is pretty difficult. For example, if you want to capture a signature from a mobile device where users sign with their fingers or a stylus, it is not possible because they haven't considered that as a possibility. What do you like best about Quickbase?

I like that my team members that aren't famliar with operating databases are able to easily use custom dashboards and create reports. The similarities to industry standard tools like Microsoft Excel make it easy for non-technical experts to get the information they need. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Quickbase?

It seems that the team is falling into the all-too-common trap of adding AI enabled bells and whistles while some of its basic features fall short. I very basic problem that I CONSISTENTLY have is form fields not pulling information from related tables seamlessly. The automations are also a bit clunky and the UI could be more intuitive. I would suggest prioritizing regression testing and makings existing features better rather than adding features that have fewer use cases. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Quickbase?

What do you like best about Quickbase?

As a graphic designer running my own business, Quickbase has been a good tool for organizing client projects and streamlining my workflow. The customization options are a major plus. i can tailor the platform to fit the exact needs of my business without any coding knowledge. This has been invaluable in keeping track of project timelines, client feedback, and design assets all in one place. the automation features have also saved me a lot of time allowing me to focus more on the creative aspects of my work. What do you dislike about Quickbase?

While it has a lot to offer, there are a few areas that could be improved especially for a small business owner like me. The initial setup and learning curve were pretty challenging it took me a while to figure out how to make the most of the platform, and I had to invest a fair amount of time into getting everything just right. Another downside is the cost. it can get expensive, particularly if you need access to advanced features or have a growing team.
