What problems is Quickbase solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before Quickbase, managing our sales data was a tedious and time-consuming process. We get data from five or six different sources, and each one formats it differently. On top of that, naming conventions across the data sources don’t always match what we use in Salesforce, which made it hard to upload the data cleanly. I used to spend an entire week just getting the sales data into Salesforce, and it was a very manual process.
With Quickbase, I can upload all the messy data into a staging table, clean it up, and push it into Salesforce quickly and efficiently. It’s saved me so much time and reduced the stress of dealing with mismatched data. Even when there are slight differences in customer names or formats, Quickbase can handle it without me having to manually fix everything. It’s also been reliable—aside from a small issue with Chrome earlier this year, which was resolved, I haven’t had any major problems.
