What do you like best?

I was in high hopes this would be a great software, but they failed to deliver on any of their promises. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

They do not honour their Lifetime Deal, spend $245 last year and simply got a notice today that their company is not doing well and will delete all "small business accounts" by mid-June. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best?

Odus has much more potential for growth and a great possibility of becoming one of the most powerful tools for marketing agencies because it is very flexible in its essence and offers many possibilities for integrations with other software and databases, which would provide a lot value to companies that need a highly effective way to communicate with customers, survey them, convince them, serve them what would generate very good income because it would catapult their sales, increase customer retention and save them money in customer service, in addition to allowing greater automation of a part of your business with the consequent reduction of expenses, personnel, time and human errors. What do you dislike?

Odus has a learning curve that is longer than I would like to see in a software, which is supposed to have been created to be used by people not very knowledgeable about technical questions.

I would also like that Odus would have all the necessary functions to compete with the other bots that are currently on the market (although I am 100% sure that this is temporary and will be one of the biggest in this important market in this time ) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Odus allows us to use it as chat on websites, link in an email, connect it to ads on Facebook, Google, YouTube,

For that reason, it can be used as a very effective tool in the generation and qualification of prospects, in the sales process, in the publication of content, with higher effectiveness than with the email (although it does not replace it)

In these moments in which the clients and prospects in their great majority do not wish to call a business or to wait for an answer to them an email, the use of a chatbot (and AI) as Odus is a tool more than essential for any business that you want to grow and perhaps survive in this new era of artificial intelligence, immediacy and conversational marketing.

On the other hand, Odus allows us to automate a part of the business, especially in relation to F.Q.A. customer support, deliver drip content, create different lists based on any parameter that occurs to us as in a good autoresponder but with overwhelming delivery capacity. What do you like best?

Best part i liked is mutiple key intents which really gives feeling as we are talking with human, and the most exciting thing is that Odus replies on whatsapp which most platforms lacks and makes Odus standalone in the industry, and support is also amazing and its quiet easy to reachout support from Odus Account directly and i dont have to go to compose email. What do you like best?

I liked the ability to connect whatsapp and messenger. Most of our customer service employees are very good at manipulating whatsapp and facebook messenger. The ability to use AI in Spanish was also very interesting but we didn't implemented that function. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

Dashboard or backend is hard to understand at first time. Also we experienced delay in messages received. Also there are no plugins or apps ready in wordpress or shopify you need a programmer to implement the code. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best?

The interface is super intuitive and easy to grasp. Bots get smarter by the day and with proper training it becomes less and less perceptible you're talking to a machine. It has a lot of data entry points under its command, so you can train your bot to work inside a website widget, Facebook Messenger, Whatsapp and others, with these you can use just this tool instead of a wide range for each platform. What do you like best?

I like the AI.

The user interface is friendly and we have an account with unlimited messanges and bots.

The software is still in development so it has room for improvements but i have faith that the team will deliver great results over time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

With Odus it is simple to setup an A.I assistant to handle questions from customers when short on staff. At my company, Odus improved our company's customer interaction rate from 15% to 40%.
