**What do you like best about Amazon Lex?**

Amazon Lex provides a scalable and fully managed conversational AI platform with strong integration across the AWS ecosystem. Features like intent recognition, slot filling, Lambda integration, and multi-channel deployment make it efficient to build enterprise-grade chatbots. It reduces development complexity while ensuring reliability and performance

**What do you dislike about Amazon Lex?**

One limitation of Amazon Lex is that advanced conversational flows can become complex to manage. Fine-tuning intents for highly dynamic conversations sometimes requires additional Lambda logic. Pricing can increase with high traffic, and debugging conversation failures may take time due to dependency on multiple AWS services

**What problems is Amazon Lex solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Amazon Lex solves the challenge of scaling customer interactions without increasing manpower. By automating conversational workflows and integrating with backend APIs via Lambda, we reduced manual workload and improved response consistency. This leads to faster resolution time, better customer satisfaction, and optimized support costs

**What do you like best about Amazon Lex?**

What I like most about amazon lex is its simplicity of use, the software provides a clear guide through the use of the console to create a chatbot in an easy and simple way. It has very useful features and functionalities, it is also very profitable and has a free version to create and test.

**What do you dislike about Amazon Lex?**

In general I like all the features of this software, the only thing I did not like is that in its free version only allows processing 10,000 text requests and 5000 voice requests per month. But the paid version is not expensive at all, it's really worth it.

**Recommendations to others considering Amazon Lex:**

I recommend to users that before implementing the paid version of amazon lex, experiment with the free version so they can become familiar with its operation.

**What problems is Amazon Lex solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I used amazon lex to create a chatbot that will help me carry out my routine activities, such as searching for information on the internet, accessing news, etc. I was also able to implement it on my mobile device, it's incredible.

Lex is a cool service and has helped us is quickly building capability quickly and resolved some of the business problems that our customers have

Nothing in specific. It has been only good experience from Lex. With multiple products from Alexa, need to have 1 common way of using all of them

Customer engagement that where customers use this to connect with end consumers and help resolve problems in automated way. So takes aways issues with people not available

**What do you like best about Amazon Lex?**

Amazon has provided an awesome guide to understand it so its very easy to use. 

Automatic speech recognition is a great deal in communication. 

It can easily understand one's native language and can implement on it accordingly

It can easily build text and voice chat box 

**What do you dislike about Amazon Lex?**

Hardware and software needs a complex configuration before using it.

It's all related to amazon web services and if the server is down you can't operate the application.

The UI is very intuitive and one can quickly learn to navigate it

**What do you dislike about Amazon Lex?**

When there are blatant errors that make the bot appear unnatural. Most of the time Amazon lex impresses me, but when it's not 100% then it's painful.

**What problems is Amazon Lex solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We don't have to manually update the system because machine learning uses past conversations to optimize future bot interactions

Overall, as a company, I really feel that Amazon strives to make their products as user friendly as possible. This product comes with a lot of directions that make it pretty easy to navigate through.

Using Amazon Lex effectively requires a lot of trial and error.

It allows you to provide multiple different platforms of communication for students.

**What do you like best about Amazon Lex?**

Amazon Lex provides good value for our customers.  It was easy to integrate and link into our solution. They have good functionality and a solid roadmap for the future.  

**What do you dislike about Amazon Lex?**

They are working on expanding support to different regions, but for now still missing support for certain regions which are important for our customers - they have a good roadmap to move into additional regions.

Makes interactions much easier by allowing people to speak and then use those conversations to help drive optimal outcomes.

It is doing the heavy lifting. Copared it with IBM Watson and this is pretty cool

I think the user interface to build the conversations can be improved

I like how intuitive everything is and how easy it is to use.

I don't know that I would change anything. I would look at expanding the regions in which Lex is available.

AWS has a great range of products in its suite which can work well will Lex so you don't need to go anywhere to find the tools you need

Pricing may be? IAM is confusing personally

Easier for Alexa Skills. We can integrate our existing ssyetsm to Alexa using lex easily.

API Level Integrations. Enterprise level systems are not easy to integrate.

Lex is not multilingual, currently lex supports only English.
