Managing session parameter names can be quite a cumbersome process. There isn't a centralized location where session or flow parameters can be defined and then easily accessed within flows or pages. What do you like best about Google Cloud Dialogflow?

Google cloud is one of my go-to cloud ,among various tools,there is google cloud dataflow.in this product, the best part I saw is its user friendly visual flow builder,which made my way easier to design conversation flow. I remember when I practised several labs which was based on designing conversation bots,I really find it easier to do it and by that time,I didn't find anything which was tough nut to break i.e easy to understand functions. It also allows us to create agents and deploy it to various platforms like web,our Mobile apps as well as voice assistant ex-google voice assistant, Amazon's Alexa . What do you dislike about Google Cloud Dialogflow?

Few things I got to know about its disadvantages which are like its cost as it is a bit expensive and pricing can quickly add up, specially for businesses with high usage. Also,I noticed while using it that it's support system needs to be improved as it's diagnosis/troubleshooting is a bit challenging and needed more attention.
