Rep is a fantastic service at it's base. A personalized AI driven helper, smoothing. out kinks in CX and guiding customers to the products they want to buy while maximizing AOV. The analytics are great and our Success Manager is there as often as we need her to suggest new features, help us implement them, and more.

You need to keep in mind that Rep AI is a sales tool. Our mistake was counting on it just as a customer support bot of sorts. But once you trust the process and lean into the sales features and their power, you'll start to see some real transformation happening. Training the AI can be tricky and you need to be aware of how it learns in order to not accidentally give it information that can cause hallucinations- that's where RepAIs phenomenal customer service comes in! Rep AI is very good at determining the best answer to provide to customers to keep the interaction pleasant and helpful. It does a pretty good job of answering common, everyday questions, which keeps these types of questions and scenarios from bogging down our customer service email and phone line.
