The biggest positives of Rep are their customer service and ease of use for their product. It's incredibly effective so far and has given our business some great results. It's also a very easy process to train it on the catalog and get it integrated.

There's nothing I can directly report as a negative as of yet. Rep isn't the cheapest solution on the market, but I think they are the best!

**What problems is Rep AI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Rep AI has been huge for us as a startup for the support/live chat aspect. We don't have a dedicated support team at the moment, and Rep has been able to cut down our support tickets by 80% or more so far. This takes a lot of the pressure off of our team and allows them to focus on more important things. We have also seen some great sales data that were a direct result of the Rep AI conversations.

**What do you like best about Rep AI?**

Rep is a fantastic service at it's base. A personalized AI driven helper, smoothing. out kinks in CX and guiding customers to the products they want to buy while maximizing AOV. The analytics are great and our Success Manager is there as often as we need her to suggest new features, help us implement them, and more.

You need to keep in mind that Rep AI is a sales tool. Our mistake was counting on it just as a customer support bot of sorts. But once you trust the process and lean into the sales features and their power, you'll start to see some real transformation happening. Engage with your reps, implement their advice, and watch your metrics skyrocket!

**What do you dislike about Rep AI?**

Training the AI can be tricky and you need to be aware of how it learns in order to not accidentally give it information that can cause hallucinations- that's where RepAIs phenomenal customer service comes in! Our Success Manager Dafi is ALWAYS THERE to help, to build a custom flow, to investigate or take things back to the team to ensure we are fully happy with the outcomes provided. The customer service can't be beat.

We had an exceptional experience working with repAI! Their insights were truly eye-opening—they pointed out areas of our website and customer experience that we hadn’t even realized needed improvement. Thanks to their recommendations, we were able to modify and optimize our website in ways that significantly enhance the shopping experience for our customers. This was an unexpected but incredibly valuable benefit from our collaboration.  

One thing that really stood out was their willingness to add new features based on our needs. It felt like working with a high-tech company at the forefront of innovation, and we’re glad to have been part of that experience.

It does a pretty good job of answering common, everyday questions, which keeps these types of questions and scenarios from bogging down our customer service email and phone line. Rep AI needs to be fed a good amount of FAQ answers before it can reach its most effective state. However, this was expected due to the nature of it being an AI bot that learns from its interations.

It's fast and takes full advantage of AI technology. It has helped me make sales. And they are flexible with support and pricing. They assess what we, as e-commerce Store owners, need and help us get there. I recommend this app fully. 
I live in a time zone that makes it impossible to be online 24 hours a day.  This app makes it possible to have that 24 support for my shop. 
The support is incredible. I would like to thank Gabriela S. for her wonderful consideration and support. Great service!

I've had a few customers get frustrated with being unable to speak directly to a human and get stuck in a cycle loop in the app. This isn't a dislike of the app. People genuinely feel like they are talking to someone. There have been more incredible experiences than not great.
I don't really know what to suggest to fix this issue.  But I'm sure someone on the REP team will come up with something!

What I like best about Rep AI is its ability to seamlessly integrate with my eCommerce website and transform it into a highly efficient, expert-driven platform. With proper training, it has allowed me to develop the world's expert in my unique product—Marimo moss balls. Rep AI’s behavioral insights, real-time assistance, and tailored interactions have made a significant difference in customer engagement. What I dislike about Rep AI is minimal, but if I had to pick something, it would be the occasional need for extra fine-tuning in its responses. However, this is understandable given the complexity of eCommerce and AI. Other than that, I’m quite satisfied!

We've been using RepAI for the last month as our first AI Live Chat functionality on the site. The set-up and onboarding was fantastic - we're a larger retailer so the RepAI team really did the vast majority for us, setting up bespoke responses and ensuring it really delivered on what we needed it to do, as well as matching our brand voice. 

We've now finished our free trial and moved into a retainer basis with a dedicated account handler. There's still some refinement to go, and ongoing improvements and ways to make it even more efficient for us, and useful for customers. But I'm excited to see what it can do. 

Others have mentioned the price of the app. I have to say, if you work out how much money it's generating for you in sales, and saving you customers contacting your customer services team, it's actually very cost effective piece of kit.

The learning phase is cumbersome and leads to some weird interactions with a handful customers to begin with.

**What problems is Rep AI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed to help convert customers on our website, to increase conversion rates and help that customer journey. 
We also needed to provide a way to answer basic customer queries on the website, to divert customers away from an overworked and overstretched customer services team. 

Rep started to resolve both of these issues almost straight away. It's converting sales and reducing bounce rate. It's also answering basic customer queries, which is helping customers in their customer journey, rather than them having to contact customer services and wait for a response.

I love how Rep AI takes the coldness out of tech and makes it feel like you're chatting with a real person. It's not just about algorithms and data, it's about genuinely useful conversations that guide customers through shopping like someone else would. From day one, it's been super easy to get it to match our brand's tone. It's like having an extra team member who’s always ready to help out our customers 24/7. The set up was easy and training it has been easy. It automatically saves conversations making it easy to constantly montior customer concerns and interests.  I was impressed by how people actually added products to cart and signed up for our newsletter within the chat. So far this month our conversion rate stands at 17% we are hoping that will increase over time. The team at Rep are constantly updating with features and improving, they're super helpful and willing to help in whatever ways necessary.

**What do you dislike about Rep AI?**

Honestly, it’s tough to find a downside. If I had to pick something, I’d say sometimes the answers can be a little funky but it's very uncommon.

Customer service by far. Rep AI acts as another customer service team member that's there to help 24/7. Because training the chat is so easy we can train it to be the best customer service member! Rep AI is also improving the shopping experience of customers by making it easy to add items to cart and recomending similar products.

**What do you like best about Rep AI?**

One of the main reasons I use Rep AI is to reduce the amount of support tickets I receive. Every time Rep AI answers a customer's question, that's one support ticket we don't have to answer. After answering hundreds of questions it has saved tons of valuable time.

Another reason is the product finder. Having a store with numerous products, it can be difficult for customers to find exactly what they're looking for. Rep AI is able to suggest products, add those products to cart, and push to checkout all while talking with the customer.

The last reason is the customer support. There's one thing I can't stand with apps/companies and that's terrible customer support. Thankfully Rep AI has top notch customer support and they've been nothing but helpful so far. Quick replies, long detailed answers, and just a genuine desire in helping your store improve.

**What do you dislike about Rep AI?**

There's not many downsides, and the customer support has been really helpful with addressing most of the issues I had.

If I had to name a few minor ones it would be more customizability on the product widgets (I use a dark themed store so it's not exactly matching with my theme), more analytics (see which chips are clicked the most, which product paths were chosen the most, being able to run split test to optimize the AI).

The only other downside would be the price. For a Shopify app it's a pretty hefty price, but as long as Rep AI is generating me more profit than it's costing me I consider it worth it. There really isn't many other apps out there that can do what Rep AI does, so I can see why the price is so high.

These downsides are extremely minor compared to all of the benefits that come with using the app, and in my opinion the app is well worth owning.

**What do you like best about Rep AI?**

Attention to customer service- I've always received prompt response from everyone on their team. I was concerned about using an Israel-based company because I am in Seattle, WA USA and have had bad experience with such a time difference. They are always accommodating to my schedule, they make it easy for me because they handle everything on their end and provide great recommendations. I use them in my marketing agency for my clients and have seen 7-10%+ increase in sales from their chat service that was found money after first implementation. I also enjoy that they are a great reflection on my business. I highly recommend them. If you're not using a chat on your ecommerce site, do yourself a favor and get a chat installed -better yet, use Hello Rep. I've never implemented such a "hands-off" tool that has created such a positive, fast improvement to ROI.

**What do you dislike about Rep AI?**

This is hard, because I don't really have a dislike- all the reps are incredibly professional, knowledgable and responsive. I guess the only down side is that they are based in another country (I'm in USA), but I soon realized that was a non-issue as they go out of their way to make themselves available.

They helped with our abandon cart recovery as well as a great addition to any specific campaigns - for example, I have launched a book with a client and used Hello Rep chat to help promote it and drive sales. I've also used it to create a dedicated chat for a landing page for a TV promotion that drives traffic to the landing page- my client was able to eliminate a call center completely and use the Hello Rep chat along with Gorgias integration on Shopify site to handle escalated customer service issues to client's live agents internally.

We made the decision to go with Rep AI after countless hours of research and introductory conference calls with various solution providers. We were impressed with the application demos, ease of integration, and technical flexibility of Rep AI’s platform. However, the deciding factor for our selection of them as our provider was their people-centric approach to doing business.

It was reassuring to have Rep AI’s Founder and CTO, Shaili Mizahi personally involved in each of our early planning and development meetings. Working with our Merchant Success Manager, Dafi Zeitlin has been an amazing experience! She is highly technically competent and shows genuine care for pleasing us as customers and the success of our business. She remained patient and informative as my team worked with her for almost a month designing custom flows to meet the specific customer support and sales needs of our customers.

Our abandoned carr revocert flow has resulted in a 30-day order conversion rate of 31.44% with close to $100,000 in revenue. That's just one of our 15 flows.

The service side of Rep AI is equally impressive as it has resulted in a 98.6% “Helpful” designation by our customers. Their reporting platform gives us the tools we need to measure opportunity areas and success. They have been very responsive in addressing any additional reporting needs we have.

I highly recommend Rep.AI. Their AI-powered concierge aka chatbot has helped us to increase our AOV, conversion rate and overall sales. They have some awesome features, like the ability to notify our customers when out-of-stock items come back online. I really like the ability to customize the chatbots responses so that it matches our brands tone of voice. Their recent ChatGPT integration was able to parse all of our sites blog posts, reviews and FAQs to teach the concierge how to answer questions from our customers. This has been a game changer as I often get tired of answering the same question over and over... LOL. The Rep.ai team is super helpful, responsive and even has a dedicated Slack channel where we can get near real time help. The AI is able to answer questions and suggest our bestsellers, our combo packs, segment options through requested categories. Overall, we are very happy with the experience it provides our customers.

The Rep.ai dashboard can be a bit overwhelming and take a while to get used to because there's a lot of features. There's lots of flows and options, but once you become familiar it's pretty easy. You also need to review the AI's answers to customer queries as sometimes it will answer incorrectly. It's super easy to flag incorrect answers and get them fixed on the backend from the Rep.ai customer support team.

Generally we would install apps and let it run, however Rep Ai will check in with us regularly to see if there's any changes, or things that we are not happy with. I enjoy our bi-weekly meetings and diving into how we can improve our AI powered answers to help customers without bogging down our team. **What do you like best about Rep AI?**

A fully customizable chat experience that helps to unload some of the repetitive questions off customer support, but the best part is that it helps elevate the shopping experience by upselling, recommending and guiding customers to particular products or collections. Our account manager (Ruben) is working nonstop, tweaking the responses and recommendations based on the data they receive. Makes it almost a hand-off experience for us while bringing more sales, user experience AND improving CR.

Not that it's a bad thing, the backend UX is very technical and difficult to navigate but any suggestions we have are implemented by the account manager within a day (due to time zone differences). I noticed the team is working on implementing new UX and improving usability, so hopefully soon we can make small adjustments ourselves.

Rep has earned our strongest endorsement for the quality of their work and for their customer engagement. With a huge catalog of coffees, teas, and merchandise, we needed the ability to direct customers to the right product more efficiently than simple filters could accomplish. To that end, Rep has been a huge benefit to us and our site users. The chatbot uses both the product data on our site and customer interactions to learn, improve, and speak directly to our customers without the need for customer service reps.

Some difficulties with writing customer-centric flows that sounded like we wanted but this was overcome by the team at Rep.ai.

**Recommendations to others considering Rep AI:**

Take the leap. I don't believe Ori, Shauli, and Ruben would have let me fail even if I wanted to. Rarely does one experience this level of support from a team, and I'm eagerly awaiting growing my business with VoiceFront.

The integrations with apps such as Yotpo Reviews and our customer help desk, Gorgias, have allowed us to provide relevant information to our customers when they need them, and efficiently pass off any specific inquiries to our team. 

After 2 months of use, REP AI has so far been a very positive experience and has become a critical part of our tech stack. The best part is the AI will continue to get better as it interacts with more and more of our customers. The Rep team is also extremely helpful, proactive, and efficient.

Nothing, really. So far we have had a fantastic experience using Rep.

Rep AI is solving customer service issues, while also improving the interaction rate on-site and reducing bounce rate.  So far, we are seeing an improvement in responses to customers while also better conversion rates as a result.

**What do you like best about Rep AI?**

My experience with Rep has been great. We see very positive results across Rep’s major KPIs, and the implementation and ongoing optimization have required very little effort on my end. So I can keep focusing on the other aspects of my business and feel comfortable knowing that Rep is doing everything they can to keep improving Rep’s results.

**What do you dislike about Rep AI?**

Not a huge issue, but it takes some backend code to make the chat bot not appear on certain pages.

If a customer lands on the website and needs some more information before making a purchase, Rep makes it easy for them to find it.
