Configuring the system takes less than 15 minutes. There's an option to test your voice store before going live. You can share the testing permission with others to make sure the Voice Shopping script works well. No need to write any code at all, the tech aspect is taken care of by Voicefront. Changing the texts for the voice chat and the sound (female to male etc..) was straightforward. We were able to sell on Alexa without needing to upload products to Amazon (much higher fees). Seamless integration with our eCommerce flow (We use Shopify). The software instantly recognized all our products and there were no extra steps neccessary. **What do you dislike about Rep AI?** The review process was longer than I expected, around 7 days until voice searches can be made on a live Alexa device. Setting up Amazon payments for receiving payouts from Alexa was complicated. **Recommendations to others considering Rep AI:** Complete the setup process to be able to test it with your Alexa device. Should take a few minutes. Then, you can tweak it to your own needs and publish your configuration. Integration with our Shopify store was rather easy. **What problems is Rep AI solving and how is that benefiting you?** We uploaded a part of our product catalog (beauty and cosmetics products) to Alexa Voice Shopping. This allowed users to search for our products on Alexa and receive discounts when purchasing via the platform. Voicefront was the critical part of the promotion campaign. The campaign was targeted at existing customers that purchased in the last couple of months. We provided a coupon discount for several items in the store. We could get this whole setup running without a single line of code, which was a big relief on our side. ### 5. Great product!
