"A must for all businesses"
What do you like best about IBM watsonx Orchestrate?

I particularly appreciate the recent advancements in the low-code/no-code workflow builder, which has drastically reduced time-to-value for our teams. The seamless integration with popular enterprise applications (like Slack, Salesforce, and ServiceNow) and the enhanced natural language understanding capabilities have made task orchestration and automation even more intuitive and scalable. The security and compliance features are also much more robust, which is critical for our regulated environments. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Orchestrate AI Tasks Effortlessly with Watsonx"
What do you like best about IBM watsonx Orchestrate?

I find the agent orchestration genuinely useful, as it allows multiple agents to work together towards a single goal, passing context and making decisions along the way. The seamless integrations with the tools we already use mean no heavy custom coding is required for most cases, which is a game-changer since we didn't have to rip out or replace our existing tools. The enterprise-grade governance, audit logs, and security features provide peace of mind for our compliance team, offering a centralized oversight and fully compliant operations. I also see clear, measurable time savings and productivity gains. Together, these features make IBM watsonx Orchestrate practical, secure, and scalable for real enterprise use, delivering clear productivity gains while keeping everything under control. What do you dislike about IBM watsonx Orchestrate?

While IBM watsonx Orchestrate delivers strong value overall, there are a few areas that need improvement. The learning curve for building more advanced or highly dynamic agent flows is steeper than I expected. When we try to connect with older legacy systems or create complex conditional branching with many exceptions, it often takes several rounds of trial and error to get the logic right. Performance can occasionally be inconsistent. During periods of high concurrent usage or when agents are handling larger data volumes, response times slow down noticeably. The visual workflow designer is functional but feels a bit limited. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
