Everything is nice. Maybe a little bit improvement on the dashboard UI can be made. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We’ve been using Breakout at Talowiz for a couple of months now, and it’s been a solid addition to our website stack. It’s easy to see the difference - it’s helping us convert more visitors into conversations and, ultimately, pipeline.

The setup was super straightforward - just dropped in a Google Tag and we were live in under five minutes. From there, Breakout plugged right into our existing tools - HubSpot for CRM tracking, Slack for real-time conversation alerts - and it just works.

The real-time Slack alerts have been a game changer for our team. We’re able to act right away, and the conversation summaries plus lead intelligence make it easier to tailor our follow-ups. The Breakout team’s been super responsive and helpful whenever we’ve had questions or needed tweaks.

Overall, Breakout’s become a key part of our GTM workflows, and we’re seeing it pay off in better conversion rates. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Honestly, nothing stands out as a real downside at the moment. Breakout’s been doing exactly what we brought it in to do - smooth integration, great real-time insights, and seamless execution. No complaints so far! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Example (feel free to copy & tweak):

We’ve been using Breakout for four months now. Set up was <5 min with a Google Tag and has been a gamechanger for our website since.

Smooth integrations with our GTM stack - HubSpot, Slack, so we see real-time alerts and are able to act fast on leads. Lead enrichment along with summarized conversational insights help us personalize follow-ups.

What matters most: Breakout’s turned our website into an actual driver of new business. Visitors aren’t just bouncing - they’re engaging. For us, that’s meant better conversion rates and more qualified pipeline.

If you’re looking to turn passive website traffic into real conversations, Breakout’s worth trying. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We quickly integrated Breakout into our sales process, where it now automates our inbound pipeline. It handles everything from real-time website conversations and personalized demos to smart lead routing—all with minimal setup. After evaluating competitors like Drift and Qualified, Breakout stood out for its seamless implementation and powerful impact. The responsiveness of their team has also been a huge plus, consistently providing quick help and fast custom solutions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Nothing to dislike yet! Implementation was quick and smooth and it has been running in background exactly as we wanted Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We build conversational AI ourselves, so we were picky, but Breakout impressed us. We got it up and running quickly without needing help from our engineers. Now it’s a key part of our website, helping us qualify leads, answer tricky questions, and even show product demos. It connects smoothly with the tools we use, and their team always replies fast when we reach out. The daily alerts and summaries help us turn more visitors into customers without making the experience harder. It’s one of those tools that just works quietly in the background and does a great job. “I’m usually skeptical of tools that promise to boost pipeline, but Breakout actually delivered. We got it set up in a few hours, and it quickly became part of our daily flow. The features—live chats, demo delivery, lead routing—are super useful, and it plugs right into our CRM and Slack with no hassle. Plus, their support team is top-notch. Breakout’s become a real asset for us.” Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Honestly, I was genuinely impressed by how fast we got things rolling. No messy setup, no endless back and forth, we were live in under 3 hours. The platform’s super intuitive but still has all the power we need. I keep finding myself jumping in just to see what’s happening, it’s become a part of my daily workflow now. Massive shoutout to the support team - sharp, responsive, and on it every single time. And the integrations? Super smooth. Synced with our CRM in minutes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Not much here to call out to be honest. The team ships fast - I’m excited to see what they roll out next. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I’m constantly balancing tools that promise impact with those that actually deliver without draining time or resources. Breakout nailed both.

We had it live with a simple GTM tag. No lengthy onboarding cycles or setup. It integrated cleanly with our CRM and Slack, which made adoption across teams seamless. The dashboard is intuitive, and it’s become part of our daily SDR motion without requiring much change management.

The lift on inbound has been real - north of 18% life since we turned it on. Breakout captures intent, engages visitors in real time, and routes leads intelligently, all while staying out of the way.

Also worth calling out: their support team has been phenomenal. Super responsive over Slack and quick to help with customization or feedback. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Haven’t run into anything I’d call a real drawback yet, honestly, it’s been one of the smoother rollouts I’ve seen. Things could be a bit more polished but not a big deal. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
