Drift is a great platform and helps to start real conversation with potential customers right when they are most interested. Instead of relying on forms or delayed follow ups, It helps by allowing us to engage people direct on our website through chat, that feels like personal and natural. Once Salesloft acquired Drift the customer service went down significantly. They also had a major data breach that impacted the service for 10 days in August https://www.upguard.com/blog/salesloft-drift-breach.

We tried to cancel the renewal, but people from Salesloft kept calling me for payment. Then, out of the blue, I received an email that payment had been processed to Salesloft on my Amex card. They had someone processed the payment using my old card # that had expired last year. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I have used drift in 2 diffrent work places and both of which have been easy to access.

It allows prospects to reach out to us with any questions and book meetings when we aren't available.

Drfit also has a feature that allows us to view what companies have been using our websites and what they have been browisng, allowing us to target those companies with specific wording in mind.

I love how it integrates so easily with Gmail as well, which makes it feel much more streamlined and not just one other platform I need to balance in my tech stack. I'll break what I like most down into 3 points:

1. I enjoy how easy it is to respond to interested customers and have active pre-discovery calls, this helps shorten my processes for qualifying leads.

2. I like the feature set of the product, ie. theres a prospecting page that shares valuables insights also how easy the implementation process was as well as the integrations with MF Teams and Slack.

What do you like best about Drift?

I've been using drift for 3 years now. There are two main parts to Drifts platform that I leverage, the chat bot & the prospector dashboard.

Chat bot: In the time that I've been using drift, dramatic improvements have been made to the fluidity and functionality of the chat. It's handy integrations to CRMs makes it quick to look up a persons background information, plus the link to their website is immediately helps to understand who you are speaking to quickly.

Prospector Dashboard: Very accurate way of tracking who is on your website, and what they are looking for. There are filters to narrow down to territories or countries and side tabs to expand the view and gain further insights. Compared to other tracking technology, I find drift to be very accurate and fast at alerting me to when a prospect is on our website.
