**What do you like best about Hippo?**

Hippo is a simple and fast chat tool for organizations managing customers. The live chat is very useful and helpful. Its easy to use and value for money as it doesnt burn hole in the pocket.

**What do you dislike about Hippo?**

There are security vulnerabilities, this can be improved a lot. The team doesnt put efforts to improvise this, they need to focus on it. The security issues needs attention.

Our org used to use hippo to chat with customers and solve their daily issues. The live chat was used to make to & fro conversations. It was solving a lot of queries.

**What do you like best about Hippo?**

Hippo has a simple interface and aids in assisting users with their questions related to products. It is pretty straightforward to undertand and utilize. They charge moderate comparing to other channels.

**What do you dislike about Hippo?**

Eventhough they are handy, we had to compromise a little bit with respect to the security concerns. It could've been encrypted end to end such as their competitors.

**What problems is Hippo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We used it for a good while to get in touch with the clients, and as said before their UI is simple. You also have options to alter the responses after they are shared with the user. Benefits are with how friendly it is to use.

Hippo is your one stop shop for all your insurance needs and its always on point all the time.

Some of the companies that it searches are not the best to get cover from.

It helps me in terms of time saving and money too. Instead of going to all the different companies, hippo does it all for you.

**What do you like best about Hippo?**

It's easy to chat with the users and all. Simple and effective. Easy to use tool. The UI is simple without any clutter. It needs to improve a lot to compete with others.

**What do you dislike about Hippo?**

They have very low security, anyone can impersonate anyone. They need to work on security enhancements. Make available the reports, and lot of other features to track work done.

It helped us handle customer support, solve basic user queries. Ease of solving user issues using live chat. Yes we are more productive. Yes it has increased a lot.

Everything about Hippo seems perfect to me, I have not had any problems using this software so there is nothing I don't like.

Functionality and the primarily resolving the issue that I was seeking for. It's interface is quite good. Integration was easy

Sometimes it is difficult to find what you are looking for when you already have over 2000 media uploaded.

We're happy to use Hippo as our central platform for hosting videos and podcast episodes, which we can embed on our website.

An exceptional product that is simple to use and comprehend. such as the various priority levels and the calendar view.

Sometimes, it stuck while saving the data of the orders. Except it, there is nothing to dislike.

TAT on calls and workload have both decreased as a result of the fact that anyone at my company can enter a work order.

they updated it so all the work orders can be viewed at one time the work orders are easy to fill out and close when completed they are also easily searched when needed it is also easy to add or delete work hours

**What do you dislike about Hippo?**

i do not really see any down side to it  it is a simple program to use its easy to learn and understand and it can easily be taught to other employees it would be nice if the scroll buttons were darker and stood out better

It is easy to use.  The dashboard is intuitive.  No need for a smart brain to figure out how to use the system.

There would be occasional glitch, but everything is fine.

i like that I can manage my staff work orders, prioritize there work, and accurately add in generated work orders

sometimes it was difficult to add users, or use a different internet explorer but it always worked with the hippo help

we are using this to guide our maintenance tasks at our business. its beneficial for all staff to be on the same page of work orders

Great product very easy to use and understand . Like the calendar view and the the different levels of priority

Sometimes the program freezes up while in the work order screen and also doesn’t always save work orders

The fact that anyone at my company can input a work order has decreased turn around time on calls and reduced callbacks 40%
