I love discovering the philosophy and data model architecture behind the software, and with the experience I have, I realize they have done a great job designing software that covers all the different scenarios and that the software development includes flexibility and ease of use! I feel very confident working with this software, everything you can think of needing, Fracttal has a way to solve it. **What do you dislike about Fracttal One?** There is nothing I dislike about Fracttal, just to note that for a good implementation, the client who purchases it must have key user administrators with skills to be very organized with the catalogs, analytical, and capable of designing a good asset hierarchy. By doing a good system parameterization, you will really make the most of this system. For end users, the software is very easy to use. **What problems is Fracttal One solving and how is that benefiting you?** The control of task compliance for assets can become a headache if there are many teams, different brands, models, components, or supplies to replace. Keeping track of everything manually is very difficult; something will always fail or fall through because humans don't have the time to keep so many things in mind at once. Repetitive tasks that aren't done, warranties lost due to lack of maintenance, very costly repairs due to lack of preventive maintenance, machines stopped causing economic damage due to lack of availability. Loss of trust in the maintenance area, loss of trust in its leaders, loss of customer trust.
