With every assets I can attach parts for easy ordering. for parts I can upload pictures, cost, inventory, and even set up and ordering system. Honestly the best part is setting up your assets not only with parts, but manuals, schematics, and other machine related information so your mechanics have access to everything. no looking through manual, files on computer.. boom right there on your phone, tablet, computer right at the machine.. and if there is a part that needs to be orderd,, boom just make a work order on the same page with the part it needs.. change the status of the equipment offline.. online.. etc.. **What do you dislike about MaintainX?** have to approve all requests by an admin.. someone who is not an admin cant approve or even view the work order.. slows the process down. especially if your crazy busy. **What problems is MaintainX solving and how is that benefiting you?** at this point we are not facing any issues, they have a great team that answers quick. It makes it much easier for us to keep track of our tasks and to integrate additional planned maintenance or work orders, whether they are recurring or occasional. The system is straightforward and well-designed, which allows us to manage everything with ease. **What do you dislike about MaintainX?** At present, the only drawback I have noticed with MaintainX is the apparent lack of a mass edit feature. For example, when an asset was relocated to another area of the factory, I had to move each of its associated parts individually. However, this issue might simply be due to my limited experience with the CMMS.
