**What do you like best about Lumoa?**

Lumoa is great at collecting the data and their platform does allow for a thorough analysis of results. Their new GPT feature can summarize text inputs and give an overview of sentiment, this is a great feature that we use in our team. Their support is generally helpful, but we have had some contact with their support that is below the expected level. It seems very person-dependent. 

We use the tool every day to evaluate customer feedback.

The integration of Lumoa: I'd rate it 7/10. We had some hickups, but all in all it did what we needed.

**What do you dislike about Lumoa?**

We've had trouble with their methods and communication relating to implementing changes without notifying us. This has been a problem because we extract the data from lumoa and connect it to internal data - and this process is sensitive to changes in columns of the extract.

Lumoa enables us to collect customer feedback and trustpilot reviews and gives us a sense of sentiment in the thousands of responses.

**What do you like best about Lumoa?**

It is a great tool to monitor what your guests think about your establishment and services AND act upon it.

The various selections and filter options are being very helpful to drill down on the teething issues AND exceptional qualities you might have presently in your business and enable you to identify, detail and scrutinise, engineer, improve, build and monitor progress against those events/facilities/challenges/icons/USPs 

It s newly featured AI really summarises the areas quite well and gives a great and objectove overview of what people think about the business across the various channels in the www.

In summary it is an easy to use tool, easy to implement and to integrate into the DNA of the business on all levels.
Daily use in "operations" as well as in "customer support" to be in touch with guests asap after them posting their reviews online is highly recommended and made easy.

Lumoa can only help you to identify the challenges, but will not solve them for you. :)

**What do you like best about Lumoa?**

The sentiment analysis has helped my organisaton tremendously.
It's now very easy to understand with greater depth what customers mention regarding our business, what htey need and what they are satisfied with. 

In just a few clicks we go from data to insights and the root cause of our issues, which gives us the ability to plan for projects quickly and effectively.

Highly recommended also for their features/price ratio, they are ridiculously cheap for what htey can do if you compare them with the Medallia and Qualtrics.

**What do you dislike about Lumoa?**

Not much to add, it delivers on our expectations

**What problems is Lumoa solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Working on the right projects, since here we can have an unbiased view of the customers perception.
Then for each sentiment, we can see how important it is and how satisfied they are.
A few cliks later we have the root causde of their problems and a list of projects to implement.

**What do you like best about Lumoa?**

Lumoa brings together customer feedback from multiple sources. I find it particularly useful for keeping an eye on CSAT and NPS scores, reading the feedback, and assigning some customer comments to myself or colleagues for follow-up. Lumoa analytics tools help you get a rough understanding of the feedback topics, and allow you to drill down. Having no additional cost per user is valuable as it makes it easier to share feedback within the organisation. Lumoa team is quite helpful and reacts fast, and the tool is improving.

**What do you dislike about Lumoa?**

Feedback analytics/categorisation is done based on a manually created model so how helpful and accurate it is depends entirely on how much time and effort you put into setting it up. Lumoa GPT functionalities are still work in progress, and AI insights not entirely accurate. The UI is somewhat dated and usability not the best although it is mostly quite functional.

It makes it easier to get a grasp of high volumes of feedback

**What do you like best about Lumoa?**

We receive tens of thousands of feedbacks a year so it is crucial to have an automated solution to analyze them. With Lumoa we can find the issues that drive our customer satisfaction and what we are doing well and what we need to develop. The new ChatGPT summaries have also made it even more easier to find valuable insights and the having no limit on users makes insights easily available to everyone in our company. The Lumoa team is also always easy to reach and answer quickly to queries and help with possible issues.

At times there are some bugs in the system but those are usually very quickly fixed.

**What problems is Lumoa solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use Lumoa very widely in our organization to analyze feedback from different sources.With Lumoa we have all feedback in one place with same metrics and tools used for analyzing it. We arefeeb also an international company present in multiple countries so we receive feedback in many languages, so to be able to get all feedback translated into English is very important to us. This makes it possible for our teams to evaluate feedback from all markets together or of course also market by market.

**What do you like best about Lumoa?**

Lumoa has enables us to get a much better understanding how our customers think about our products throughout their customer journey. Lumoa is easy to use and the genAI extension has also been a great addition to the tool, making it even quicker to assess our large amount of customer feedbacks and identify hot topics. Lumoa was also quick and easy to implement, which is always a big plus!

So far both me and all people I have talked within our organization have been very happy to Lumoa, so not dislikes at least yet.

It helps me to identify hot topics what are customers are giving us feedback about, which we can then take into consideration when we develop our products and make business decisions.

The ability of Lumoa to process through large quantities of qualitative information that would normally require hours of reading, and give that information in a nice concise summary is huge time saver. It's great being able to just send out a survey and have it come back in a nice organized format that is report ready.

**What do you dislike about Lumoa?**

The surveying features are a bit lacking in terms of functionality and types of surveys that can be sent out.

**What problems is Lumoa solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We've had unstructured text data from customers and users for years which has never been feasible for us to manually process through. Now Lumoa can go through this data for us providing the most important points at a cheaper rate and many times faster than manually processing this data.

**What do you like best about Lumoa?**

Compared to previous experiences with another supplier and custom solutions for the same purpose, I feel that the language model quality is good and especially the interface is ahead of the competition I have experience with. Also, communication with Lumoa has been good in my experience.

**What do you dislike about Lumoa?**

Even with the UX being very good, some improvements would help in fluent utilization and the utilization by non-frequent users. However, these relate in part to having a very varied source of feedback from different services and channels which leads to a large amount of background information/filters.

Lumoa helps in managing a large amount of feedback accross channels by providing a quite handy user interface for analyzing and exploring feedback.

The platform is very user-friendly and provides a lot of insight. The team always checks in from time to time if we have concerns. We have great support with implementation and integration, all of our key people use Lumoa on a very frequent basis.

Lumoa is user friendly and easy to navigate. There is a lot of great analytics associated with the software that make sorting through consumer feedback helpful. The AI feature is helpful.

**What do you dislike about Lumoa?**

Sometimes the AI doesn't sort things as well as I would like, but that likely has to do with backend sorting and not Lumoa itself.

Lumoa is very beneficial for taking large amounts of consumer feedback and consolidating it into key insights. It is a time saver and really good about pointing out what I need to know as a product developer to fix consumer pain points.

There are no downsides that affect my work in general but sometime the filters reset automatically causing a little annoyance.

Not much not to like. Somehow make even more easy and insightful.

Lumoa takes in large volume of customer feedback from various sources, pulls it together and does automatic breakdown, reporting and analyses of the feedback. Without this analyses as a business developer I would be lost in details and loose sight of the major issues and their priorities. Being able to find out what are the biggest painpoints I'm able to prioritize our development work to issues which matter the most.

Lumoa is a good tool to make lots of qualitative data insightful due to the AI-assisted analyses. Also great to analyse NPS scores in different ways due to the enormous possibilities of filtering and dashboarding. The support is fantastic - there is always someone available to help us and to fix potential issues.

**What do you dislike about Lumoa?**

The AI needs quite some work to get the categorisation on point. That makes the implementation of Lumoa a hastle, but once it is done, it is great.

Especially the text analysis for open VOC-responses and dashboarding tool for quantitative NPS-questions.

One of the things I like best about Lumoa is their ability to provide real-time insights into customer sentiment. The AI algorithms they use to analyze customer feedback are very accurate and can pick out specific topics and feelings that customers talk about. This makes it easy for businesses to figure out which parts of their operations customers like and which ones need work. The platform is also easy to use and navigate, which makes it simple for businesses to get the information they need to make smart decisions. The company's customer service team is also very helpful and quick to respond, which is always a plus.

One thing I don't like about Lumoa is that compared to some of their competitors, their platform is quite expensive. Some small or medium-sized businesses may have trouble making the cost worth it. **What do you like best about Lumoa?**

It loads the feedback in real time and updates us with key performance metrics based on true customer feedback that accelerates growth. Lu has helped delete the lengthy process and steps that flows weeks later.
We could easily upgrade based on the online ratings. It gave us an opportunity to automate tasks and the way we work.

**What do you dislike about Lumoa?**

I have no negative feedback about the software itself. One thing I would like to see is they can do better in creating or installing instructions especially for new users.

**What problems is Lumoa solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I like how different analytical elements you can add. The app is super helpful, and the ability to soft delete is essential. To install new updates, is simple and never faces any failure. Customer feedback is vital so that we can take the required action eliminating the guesswork.

Helps customer success team as it provides good analysis of issues faced by customer from voice calls, texts and surveys. Makes it easy to spot issues and resolve them.
