The product is continually evolving, and the support is both fast and genuinely helpful. We were able to get up and running quickly. The AI bot is amazing; my guess is that it handles more than 60% of our support requests without needing a human agent to step in. Because of that, we keep adding to and refining the knowledge base so support can keep improving over time.
