"User Testing Templates That Adapt Easily"

What do you like best about TheySaid?

The user testing templates are solid out of the box and their structure is already so good that I just adapt the details without manually filling the details. When i do need something custom then i just describe it and let the tool draft the structure itself. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TheySaid?

Would like more templates for the less common study types but the common ones are all there so its not much of an issue for me as its great according to the price of subscription. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is TheySaid solving and how is that benefiting you?

Although setting theysaid delayed my product research a bit but with the ai features and a lot of custom templates i was able to spend my time on the questions that needed my attention. I was able to hear and understand users talk through tasks out loud instead of typing answers. I was also able to get richer feedback than the surveys i used to lean on.
