I really find the service from Resonate CX very good, as I always get a timely response to problems or open questions. The user interface is simple and easy to understand, which makes working with the program much easier. I particularly appreciate the "Cube View" function, which allows me to merge reviews over different periods into an Excel spreadsheet and export them as an evaluation. The program summarizes the most important data and filters according to the points that are important to me. I don't find the view of individual customer reviews optimal. You can see the latest reviews on the dashboard, but to evaluate a period, you have to use the "Table View" function. Personally, I find the table very confusing because it is so elongated. It would be better if the view were designed similarly to the dashboard so that you can see all the reviews in this period one below the other. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
