We were planning some changes to our product pages and wanted to understand how a new visitor might approach them. Our team already knows the store very well so an internal review does not always reveal the problems that a first time shopper might face. The synthetic users gave us another perspective. They actually interact with the pages and explain what they are looking at instead of simply giving us an answer at the end. We also liked the option to tune them using selected customer information. I would like more control over the types of shopping scenarios we can create. For example we may want to examine a customer who is comparing several products rather than someone who already knows what they want.
