What I like most about SurveyMonkey is how incredibly fast it lets you go from an idea to a live survey, without needing any design or technical skills. The pre-built template library is extensive and saves me a lot of time when I’m setting up customer feedback surveys or quick internal team check-ins. I also appreciate how straightforward the drag-and-drop question builder is, and that the finished survey looks clean and professional for respondents on both desktop and mobile devices. The biggest drawback is the pricing structure, especially the limitations on the lower-tier plans. On the free version, the number of responses you can view is restricted, which pushes you into the paid tiers pretty quickly.
