Empowers Client Feedback with Ease

I like that AskNicely is sent directly to clients at random, and it's very easy for them to read and follow. There's also an option for clients to leave a free text comment, which is great because it allows them to express themselves in their own words. It's also tailored to suit people with a disability, giving clients choice and control, allowing them more options to speak up. Additionally, the initial setup of AskNicely was very easy.

Effortless Surveys, Professional Appearance

I like how easy it is to send surveys with AskNicely. I also appreciate how it gathers the responses efficiently, which helps in maintaining a satisfactory customer experience from beginning to end.

Quick Implementation, Great Product

New AI features (Insights and questions/prompts) have been great for soliciting more feedback and reviewing it effortlessly. Additionally, The advanced reporting capabilities (Spotlight View and Trend Report) have really made the tool more valuable for us. We used to export this information to do the same thing, but now it's all built right into the tool.
