What do you like best about Fulfil?

We’re a pet retail supply with 19 locations and needed an ERP that integrated well with Shopify. Shopify recommended that we chat with Fulfil, and after vetting other ERPs like NetSuite, it became very clear Fulfil would be the right partner.

Fulfil’s interface and processes felt more agile, modern, and up-to-date. Fulfil’s Shopify integration is instant and seamless, with no lag time when orders come through our website or our store; they immediately appear in Fulfil and get routed to the right location.

The Fulfil team came on-site multiple times during the implementation process. Every person I’ve spoken to at Fulfil shows a quick understanding of what I’m trying to get to, and a real interest in solving my problems.

I appreciate that Fulfil is very forward-thinking and trust Fulfil to be at the bleeding edge of the market. They actively push out new AI tools like MCP and support our AI initiatives. My favourite feature is the MCP and being able to integrate Fulfil with Claude or other LLMs for custom reporting.

What do you dislike about Fulfil?

What do you like best about Fulfil?

I’ve worked in 12 different ERPs and have done 7 ERP transitions. We felt like Fulfil was a company we trusted growing with, so we ultimately chose Fulfil. We liked that Fulfil has an Open API to make it easy to access information and build reports. We have 19 locations, so my favourite feature is being able to easily move product between locations. With Fulfil as our ERP, miles per delivery and minutes per delivery are down 12% and our delivery costs are down 15%. We’ve been able to automate a ton of our processes, which has freed up our group to not focus so much on systems issues, but focus more on revenue-generating activities, as we're able to automate much more than we were in our old ERP. What do you dislike about Fulfil?

What do you like best about Fulfil?

What I like best about Fulfil is how responsive and well-structured their API is. The documentation and support made it easy to set up the right permissions, and once connected, the API responds instantly. There’s virtually no delay. There isn’t much to dislike, but if I had to pick one area, it would be that setting up the correct permissions for the API token took some trial and error. What do you like best about Fulfil?

I’ve been working with Fulfil for many years now, and what really stands out is how well it handles complex e-commerce operations. I love that it's built with multi-entity and multi-currency setups in mind. This makes managing international stores so much smoother, and it finally lets you stop running multiple Shopify stores just to handle the same business in different regions.

The integration capabilities are excellent. Fulfil connects deeply with Shopify, both online and in-store via POS. I especially appreciate that it supports retail-specific processes, like receiving internal shipments, ship from store, and managing stock movements between locations. For me, that’s a huge time-saver and reduces operational headaches for my clients.

I also value the flexibility for custom workflows. Whether it’s routing rules, cartonization, or advance reporting, Fulfil gives you the tools to tailor processes exactly how you need them. On top of that, the data accuracy is solid. Their API's allow us to build customizations on top of them, giving us enough flexibility when needed.

Overall, what I like most is that Fulfil isn’t just an ERP. It’s built for e-commerce at scale, bridging the gap between online stores, retail, and operations, all in a way that actually works in practice. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Fulfil?

While Fulfil has a robust data warehouse with all the raw data you could ever need, their visual reporting and dashboard tools leave some things to be desired.

Out of the box, you don’t get great ways to turn that data into clear, actionable insights. That means for most businesses, you’ll always need to custom-build dashboards or reports to really make sense of your operations.

What I like best about Fulfil is how thoughtful and structured their implementation process is. Their team took the time to deeply understand our business before anything began, which made it clear they had solved similar operational pain points before. The intake, documentation, and planning were exceptional and gave us confidence from day one. Their implementation team truly goes above and beyond to support you, teach the system, and help you get it right. Fulfil is also built for real omnichannel complexity, so managing Shopify, Amazon, Faire, wholesale, and multi-warehouse fulfillment all in one place actually works. The platform improves constantly based on customer feedback, and their support team is transparent, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping your business succeed. What do you dislike about Fulfil?

What I dislike about Fulfil is that it does take time to fully learn and optimize. Because it is a powerful system, you need a dedicated internal owner or a knowledgeable contractor to manage the implementation and help the team adopt new processes. We transitioned from Luminous, where we were still relying heavily on spreadsheets, so the shift required a mindset change as well. We also had some internal scope creep (Tariff changes, 3 new EDI connections, 3pl changes) during implementation. Fulfil handled it well, but it did add extra complexity on our side and required careful coordination to keep everyone aligned. We've been using Fulfil since 2021, and it's been instrumental in scaling our unique business model. We needed an ERP that could handle extreme agility without sacrificing accuracy. What sets Fulfil apart:

Connected supply chain visibility - We've seamlessly integrated purchase orders, supplier shipments, and inventory across 25 sales channels and 15+ warehouse locations

Flexibility for complex operations - The split shipment capabilities and inventory availability controls have been crucial for managing pre-orders, made-to-order products, and preventing oversells during high-volume drops

The core architecture between sales, inventory movement, and financial capture is elegant and actually works out of the box. After 4 years, we've never missed a product launch due to back-office system issues - despite the chaos of our drop model.

What do you like best about Fulfil?

I appreciate the dedicated support we received during the integration process with Fulfil, especially given the complexity of our business. This support gave us confidence and ensured that the setup was successful. I find the order routing logic incredibly valuable, as it provides us the flexibility to fulfill orders from multiple locations efficiently. The order routing rules, comprehensive reporting, and supportive customer service have been standout features that greatly benefit our operations. What I like best about Fulfil is how it streamlines ecommerce operations through its end-to-end integration. It connects seamlessly from the frontend (Shopify and other sales channels) all the way to the backend warehouse management system, which eliminates manual work, reduces errors, and gives us real-time visibility across the business.

Their strong integrations with top 3PL partners further enhance fulfillment efficiency and reliability.

It’s also easy to implement with the support of their experienced onboarding team, and once live, the system is intuitive and straightforward for business users to operate.

Fulfil is tailored to ecommerce/omnichannel companies which makes it a smarter choice for scaling brands. Compared to NetSuite, Fulfil has a better UI, better customer support, and lower overall cost. Fulfil's reporting is utilizing an AI feature that lets your internal users better build custom reports, rather than relying on their support team. Also, its 'landed costs' functionality works quite well. Finally, its smooth connections to your 3PLs and third party distribution platforms allow quick updates/transitions if need be. What do you dislike about Fulfil?

Make sure your internal team is ready to dive into the details during implementation -- know exactly what your event triggers are for financial statement updates, your exact GL mapping, and what should go into your landed costs calculation.
