"Effortless Shipping Management with ShipMonk"
What do you like best about ShipMonk?

I love the ease of use of ShipMonk. Once logged into the portal, everything I need is on the main screen after finding an order. ShipMonk makes it simple to find package information and even allows me to cancel shipments early with just a click. The interface is simple to navigate and makes information easy to find. The initial setup was simple too; I was provided with login information, and there were no issues logging in or changing my information as needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about ShipMonk?

I want to take a moment to express my gratitude for the exceptional service provided by Ronald T. at Shipmonk's Fulfillment warehouse. Every time I ship my products, Ronald goes above and beyond to ensure a smooth and efficient process.

His quick response time and attention to detail are unmatched. Despite his busy schedule, he always makes time to personally oversee the handling of my company's shipments. His professionalism and polished approach make every interaction a positive experience. He picks up the phone and CALLS and this is so rare nowadays. He has always been eager to learn the nuances of our business and makes careful and considerate reconditions that has really impacted our customer service.

What truly sets Ronald apart is his kindness and caring attitude. He treats each shipment with the utmost care and ensures that everything arrives safely and on time. Knowing that I can rely on him for exceptional service gives me tremendous peace of mind as a business owner.

What do you dislike about ShipMonk?

Adding a sample or insert to each shipment is a challenging if you are using 2 or more warehouses. (if you only have the insert at 1 of the 2 locations, it cannot work) if 1 were to sell out, you cannot have the insert ADDED TO EVERY ORDER unless uniform to other warehouse.... What do you like best about ShipMonk?

I couldn't be happier with ShipMonk. Being a new startup with zero knowledge about integrating my on-line store, relaxedtravelers.com, with a fulfillment house, the folks at ShipMonk really made me feel like I was their only client. My on-boarding specialist, Pascalle Arnold, was a study in patience, answering my questions quickly, and in detail. And, when I didn't get it, repeating the instructions again . . . and again . . . and again. She even took the time to do a Zoom meeting with me to put the final touches on my account. What do you dislike about ShipMonk?

Nothing that I know of. Integrating an on-line business with a gigantic warehouse filled with thousands of products call for extreme attention to detail. What do you like best about ShipMonk?

- Drew, our happiness engineer, always there to save the day with his quick responses and genuine care. Whether I have a question or a hiccup in my shipments, Drew handles it like a pro. What do you dislike about ShipMonk?

Our experience with ShipMonk had its ups and downs, especially during their transition period last summer. However, since October, they've really stepped up their game and turned things around for the better. The efficiency we've experienced recently has been impressive.One area that still needs improvement is the receiving process. Occasionally, scheduling delivery appointments can be a bit challenging. We've had Daniel as our 'happiness engineer'/ account manager and he's been great! Daniel's super responsive and helpful on emails and free to take our calls whenever we need him. What do you dislike about ShipMonk?

Making claims with couriers is our slowest progress with Shipmonk at the minute. We are struggling with making claims for missing items/ lost packages etc since these need to go through Shipmonk instead of directly with the courier. We are working with Daniel on this. The plateform is very well done, well organized, easy and a lot of options. Secong great point is to have one person dedicated to you and who take care of your account. We are bulding a strong relationship with our new happiness Engineer Drew Dizon, he is very professional, helpfull and open to heard suggestions of improvement. What do you like best about ShipMonk?

Since Shipmonk purchased the 3PL we initially began working with, operational performance and visibility on processes have greatly improved. Chris Brown is the spearhead of that improvement.
