If I could give 0 stars, I would!! This platform, and the company as a whole, are just horrible!

I have several documented incidents where clients have submitted funds for payment and Veem has held onto the funds longer than their own policy states. The generic answer we would receive, "Please accept our apologies...it's due to a third-party issue...".

This answer would only come once you have escalated the matter and exhausted all other options to get someone on the phone. I informed our client that we can no longer use this platform, and they fully supported our team, as they had full visibility of the issues.

NOTE: We pay for the "instant transfer" service, and due to the large deposits we are charged the max $20 for each transaction....and STILL, they are always delayed depositing funds. Coming up with a last minute excuse to place blame elsewhere. Also, IF you are given a refund due to their delays, they still charge you to refund your own $. How crazy is that!?!? I have been using Veem from the last 2 years to get my salary directly from United States. It is very easy to use and simplifies processing payments locally as well as globally. I really value the competitive exchange rates and cheaper costs when compared to more standard methods. It simplifies payments with clients and suppliers, allowing secure and fast transactions. It is very easy to use and I use it many times in a month to receive the salary and incentives from my client in US which it easily converts into Indian rupees and directly credits into my bank account without nay delay. The customer support is also very good and friendly.

one link payment directly into their wallet and now they have instant payment from credit or debit cards. you can also send funds almost anywhere in the world. security is good as to login you must use 2fa. their customer support is unmatchable. your problem gets resolved instantly. Don't use this service. They find a reason to hold every payment over $10k going in either direction. In this last round, they debited the funds from our client's account, received the funds, then held the money for 6 more days saying they required the client to prove they had the funds to afford the transfer... that had taken place and been received by veem days ago.

Veem was our favorite way to do financial transfers. Then suddenly they changed. First it was a monthly fee with one day notice and they stopped transfers from Europe.
