Parabola has been amazing for automating our workflows. It’s very user-friendly and integrates with nearly all of our tools, which makes it easy for everyone on the team to build, maintain, and update flows without a lot of back-and-forth. As a result, we save a ton of time each month by skipping the manual work. Performance of the tool has been great, with constant updates and very minimal downtime. What I like best about Parabola is being able to turn my operational knowledge into repeatable workflows. In logistics, we work with multiple provider reports and a lot of shipment data. I’ve used Parabola to combine and standardize those reports, calculate KPIs, flag exceptions, and create consistent reporting. A project that started with combining two daily reports grew into a much more comprehensive reporting process. That flexibility has been a huge benefit. The biggest challenge is the time it takes to build, test, and refine more complex workflows. The only real downside of Parabola is that, before integrating Prowork (AI chat), my computer tended to get overworked and lag when I was building large-scale flows. Parabola is an amazing workflow automation tool with an easy-to-understand UI and plenty of useful integrations, such as SharePoint, Smartsheets, and more. I also like that it can import large amounts of data and offers smart analytics support through AI chat. In addition it creates beautiful visualizations that beat anything I've seen done in PowerBi. I really like using Parabola to automate time-consuming, repetitive tasks such as data entry and inventory reconciliation. I can build flows that help teams across our supply chain analyze PDFs, streamline meetings, and identify issues before they occur. One challenge I've encountered is that when you build highly complex workflows using the AI chatbot, it can sometimes become difficult to troubleshoot on your own. The AI can create sophisticated logic very quickly, which is great for speed, but if something breaks or the chatbot gets stuck, it can be challenging to untangle exactly what's happening without additional support.

I also found the credit-based billing model a little difficult to understand at first. Tracking usage and estimating consumption can take some getting used to, especially when troubleshooting workflows. Since testing and rerunning flows consumes credits, debugging can sometimes feel more expensive than expected, particularly when AI-powered steps are involved.

Like many rapidly growing technology platforms, I've occasionally encountered minor bugs or unexpected behavior as new features are released. That said, these have been relatively small issues in the grand scheme of things and haven't outweighed the significant value I've gotten from the platform.
