I am a designer working in a Studio. PMs are the ones who has access to edit and change my schedule. The live updates and how easy it is to use it. I use it every day, I love how it's intgrated with Slack and the incorporation in my calendar

Suggestion: it would be super nice if I can add my float time in my calendar but NOT in the 'all day' section, but to be able to edit this myself and place the time into different time slots Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Colours: The colours, despite choosing them ourselves, is very hard to know which ones are the faded ones (not logged) and the ones that have been completed.

Suggestions: Sometimes PMs add a project time but it would be good to be able to suggest times, for them to approve so their job is easier too.

Management: When you are managing, the Schedule vuew is very hard to see in detailed what are they working on that particular week. A 'loggin time' view is much bigger and easy to see, it would be nice to be able to see that from your peers.

Notes: When I write notes, automatically the time gets logged in, I'd like to be able to change these notes for myself without having to ask all the time to PMs Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

When you need to change a schedule of 2 or more days, an action is required to "cut" the days completely.

It would be nice to visually shorten a task schedule by reducing the task rectangle, not necessarily changing the number of hours in the modal window, as is currently the case. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Love how you can set up multiple different filters, tags and colours and keep things organized. Overall the UI is very easy to understand and can be taught easily to a new user. I wish we could archieve people on projects easily. We have projects that spam over months at a time and resources can change week to week. When you try to sort by project a number of profiles that even briefly touched the project appear and cause clutter. The only way to clean it up is to removed them from the project which very tetious and deletes any history on the project. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
