What do you like best about D·engage?

We are now using the whats app feature set and it's been a huge value add. Actually , this feature was not just a marketing addition for us, we have a service based solely on this feature set. Basically Dengage is not just helping us with our marketing efforts, they are helping us, reshape our business as well. Now that's what I call a strategic business partner. What do you dislike about D·engage?

Dengage is a pool of very valuable features. The more I learn about the tool the more I can transform my offerings. Maybe they can educate us better about these features. What do you like best about D·engage?

I use D·engage for email marketing processes in our NGO, and I really appreciate its user-friendly interface. It makes managing emails and SMS effortless without any training, thanks to the clean dashboard. I also value the fast responses from the technical support team, which ensures our urgent donation calls are handled promptly. The platform effectively solves the problem of communication clutter by allowing us to manage both SMS and email channels from a single platform. I like how D·engage helps me to automate lifecycle messaging with live users, which makes designing customer journeys and letting them run automatically, instead of using manual triggers based on user behavior, a lot easier. What do you like best about D·engage?

They’ve managed to make the onboarding pretty seamless considering that they’re handling a lot of data. I’ve been impressed with how we've been able to see our customer data and more importantly, how we’ve been able to use it to improve our marketing activity. The dashboard is easier to understand than I expected. It's proving to be more effective than I anticipated. Those that are needing some support won’t be disappointed as they were helpful throughout the implementation process. What do you like best about D·engage?

Onboarding was super simple. Once in, the dashboard is intuitive, and implementation has been easy. Unlike other platforms we've used, my team was able to get up and running without needing a computer science degree.

I love the ability to see customer behavior in real-time - it has completely changed how we target our campaigns. Setting up cross-channel journeys is incredibly simple and effective.
