"Effortless Goal Tracking with Enhanced Transparency"
What do you like best about Culture Amp?

I find Culture Amp to be an easy tool to use for setting up and tracking goals, which is particularly helpful for year-end performance reviews. The transparency of the tool is great because both employees and management can track performance at a single click. I really appreciate the data safety, where data is shared only within specific hierarchies, so my manager can see only my data. It's user-friendly, transparent, and ensures data safety, and the initial setup was smooth. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Culture Amp?

It could have more aspects like employees being able to trigger emails for meetings or if I don't like my review from my manager, then that should highlight to higher management. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Centralized Performance Tracking with Navigation Challenges"
What do you like best about Culture Amp?

I like the ability to look back at past reviews and compare them in the split panel to the current reviews. I think having that is useful. Another thing that is useful is being able to attach goals to the company goals. I mostly value getting feedback from my manager through Culture Amp and the ability to review it with my manager and then sign off on the review. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Culture Amp?

I find that Culture Amp is not generally straightforward to use. To find what I need, I have to navigate across different categories and features, which seems harder than just using a Google Doc or Excel sheet. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Intuitive, Effective with Stellar Support"
What do you like best about Culture Amp?

I like that Culture Amp is super easy to use and really intuitive, which makes it accessible for our staff. The customer service has been amazing, providing really responsive support whenever we've had questions or needed improvements. I also find the tools to be logical and easy to implement. The reporting is great, providing us with valuable data insights and excellent visuals that make it straightforward to share learnings from surveys. The AI coach is an exciting feature, and we hope it will help us turn our data into actionable insights. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Culture Amp?

The main thing we've noticed is when we are setting up performance reviews, it's really hard to select staff. We have the option of importing a list, but when it comes to just selecting staff, it's really just a drop down list. It's challenging to see who you've already selected and cumbersome to go back through and identify who has already been assigned. I think that's the single biggest challenge that we've encountered. In the great scheme of things, it's not that big of a deal, but it's definitely an issue in the moment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Powerful Results Analysis with CultureAmp"
What do you like best about Culture Amp?

The different opportunities to analyze results, how much information they offer from their side, how quickly I'm able to get answers from Customer Support, and how much they deep-dive in your specific situation to find the best possible solutions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Culture Amp?

Very rarely, there is some specific functionality missing, but CultureAmp support is always helpful in finding solutions or in submitting my requests to their team for review in the future Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Clear Survey Tool with Good Support and Good Analysis Support"
What do you like best about Culture Amp?

A good range of data formats (bubble comment graph, easy question ratings, pretty good AI comment analysis), with heatmaps that are both easy to read and manipulate. It's a pretty easy set up for a survey, and can automate with a number of HRISs, which has saved a lot of time and refinement. The customer support team is always very helpful and friendly (although the chat bot can be a little glitchy). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Culture Amp?

I would like to be able to see full round ups of positive, neutral and negative scores for the overall survey (ie what is the average neutral score rate) for quick morale comparison to previous surveys. It's a small thing, but actual proves pretty useful for quick steer analysis. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Intuitive, Engaging, and Thoroughly Reliable"
What do you like best about Culture Amp?

I like that Culture Amp is really easy to use. It's intuitive, and you don't need a class to figure it out. The platform has a nice look and feel, and it's clean compared to other clunky technologies. I appreciate the nice graphics and how easy it is to adjust things. Also, if I ever need assistance, the online portal or our customer success coach is readily available. Using Culture Amp has always been easy, even when creating surveys. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Culture Amp?

At this stage, Culture Amp is a little bit too expensive for us to find the benefit in integrating it with other tools like Microsoft Teams or our HRIS. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Comprehensive Engagement Insights with User-Friendly Tools"
What do you like best about Culture Amp?

I like Culture Amp because of its ease of access and user-friendly nature. The supportive tools within the platform make it really valuable. For example, the ability to export content and create ready-made presentations is very helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Culture Amp?

I wish I had the ability to overlay the data from multiple surveys and receive more analysis support. I would love for any AI analysis to be able to be included or embedded into the presentations. I also would like to see analytics support for how to interpret and communicate about results across different demographic cuts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Intuitive, Powerful, and Data-Rich—Culture Amp With Truly Supportive Partnership"
What do you like best about Culture Amp?

Culture Amp has been a strong addition to our people tech stack, particularly in how it balances robust functionality with thoughtful support.

What stands out first is the level of support. The team is responsive, and genuinely invested in helping you get value out of the platform, not just implement it. Whether it’s best-practice guidance or troubleshooting, it feels like a partnership.

From a functionality standpoint, the platform is intuitive and powerful. The customization options allow us to tailor surveys and programs to our culture and business needs rather than forcing a one-size-fits-all approach.

Where Culture Amp really shines is in the quality of the data and the way it can be sliced. The ability to segment results meaningfully, by role, level, function, or other demographics helps move conversations beyond “how do people feel” to “where should we act.” The insights are clear, and easy to translate into action with leaders.

Overall, Culture Amp enables more informed, data driven conversations about engagement and culture. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Culture Amp?

One limitation we’ve encountered is participant management at the survey level. Currently, it isn’t possible to remove or exclude specific individuals from a single survey once they’re part of the master employee list. To prevent participation, the individual must be disabled at the master employee level, which creates unnecessary administrative friction, especially when managing cases like leave statuses.

Greater flexibility to exclude individuals at the survey level would streamline administration. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Goal Tracking and Collaboration with Intuitive Support"
What do you like best about Culture Amp?

I appreciate how this tool simplifies tracking both my personal goals and those aligned with my company. It allows me to assign ownership to peers and managers, which increases visibility and helps them hold me accountable for my progress. I frequently use it to break down my goals into short-term increments and to give feedback to my colleagues. Although I haven't needed to use their customer support features yet, the virtual support interface appears intuitive and welcoming. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Culture Amp?

Personally, I find the service somewhat disconnected from my current workflow, mainly because it is only accessible through a web portal. I would appreciate seeing enhanced functionality in their Microsoft Teams integration, as this would help centralize its use within apps like Teams, where much of my communication already takes place. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Streamlined Surveys, Responsive Support"
What do you like best about Culture Amp?

I like that the support team has been really responsive, and I've noticed that quite a few of the product requests or changes that I've asked for have actually been implemented, which is great to see in a tool with a big price tag. It's also very easy for employees to use, as it has a very user-friendly and intuitive interface. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Culture Amp?

The shout outs do not work in our MS Teams environment, and despite working with the support team, it's an ongoing issue that hasn't been solved. I also feel like our support isn't as strong as it used to be since our last renewal. It's been a bit frustrating because I've had such a great experience with the support team in the past, so it's disappointing to have less access now. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
