Culture Amp is very easy to navigate and and complete in the sense that you have enough spaces for additional notes/feedback. It's also very organized and you can easily find the sections on the dashboard. The layout and color palette of the website are easy and pleasant to the eyes. This is more of a suggestion: Currently, when you click on the Notifications bell, it will redirect you to another page. It might be more convenient for the user if once they click on the bell, there will some sort of a pop-up where they can see the notifications, and they won't have to be redirected to another page.
