What do you like best about Culture Amp?

Despite having been around for quite a few years, I'm impressed that Culture Amp have retained a 'small' feel - I've felt well supported, heard and considered by everyone I've spoken to. Their support teams are swift with resolutions particularly via live chat. I'm also impressed with the number of both iterative improvements and new features we've seen rolled out in the year that we've been working with them. I've been asked frequently for feedback and Culture Amp have demonstrated that they live the value of listening to feedback and many changes we've seen are clearly in response to clients' requests and feedback. We like being able to run a daily (or more frequent) feed to the platform, with changes pulling through quickly, and with SSO setup and teams integration, administration is straightforward. What do you dislike about Culture Amp?

There was a window of a few weeks when support emails took a little while to be answered but this seems to be a blip rather than the norm, and communicated to be due to high demand, it was back on track quickly. Implementation mostly went well but there were a few things we had to fathom out that we needed to request, rather than being asked all the right config questions. None of these were show-stoppers but there's so many help pages to wade through that having a clearer guide to the steps we needed to take during setup would have been helpful. What problems is Culture Amp solving and how is that benefiting you?

Culture Amp replaces both an in-house-built annual appraisal process and a previously outsourced surveying function.

Our firm is an international, complex, medium-sized business undergoing significant growth, which brings challenges to existing systems. Culture Amp allows us a more robust platform to capture annual review information and tracking goals, in replacement of our old system which we've outgrown. It is also enabling us to now encourage more regular 1:1 tracking and management, as well as gathering internal feedback. It is supporting us with engagement, too, enabling us to run our own surveys in-house and to be able to access the detail of the responses with much greater insight than previously. Appropriate access can be given to leaders, managers, and HR specialists to be able to access the data directly, which has alleviated administrative bottlenecks. What do you like best about Culture Amp?

I like the ability to look back at past reviews and compare them in the split panel to the current reviews. I think having that is useful. Another thing that is useful is being able to attach goals to the company goals. I mostly value getting feedback from my manager through Culture Amp and the ability to review it with my manager and then sign off on the review. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Culture Amp?

I find that Culture Amp is not generally straightforward to use. To find what I need, I have to navigate across different categories and features, which seems harder than just using a Google Doc or Excel sheet. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I use Culture Amp as a centralized location to input goals and track performance reviews, which I review with my manager.
