**What do you like best about PSE-POS?**

PSE-POS is irreplaceable when it comes to managing the stock profile. In this way it helps me to save on space because it monitors the stock so that I am able to avoid stock outs and overstocking. This has taken effect of allowing me to have the right amount of products either which has certainly saved me time and money.

**What do you dislike about PSE-POS?**

PSE-POS fails at reporting and it is still far from being the media that is most democratic and citizen-driven. Generating reports can be an inconvenient task that reports available do not allow for detailed, custom information which is valuable for business performance. For instance, I will find it challenging to keep up with the sales trend or tell what my best selling products are.

**What problems is PSE-POS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

PSE-POS's inventory management capacities, which include diversified procurement channels and more sophisticated supply chain agility, is an advantageous aspect. As well, with direct knowledge of the quantity in stock the operations become efficient and customer orders are either fulfilled in time or they are carried out smoothly. I may need to do wider research on other solutions to compare with what I already have.
