I love the ability to get a quick glance of how my people are doing with the scale for the check-in questions under the 1-on-1 tab. There are conversations that may not have happened without that scale. I love how well it integrates all I need to know - goals, performance, highs and lows of staff, as well as feedback from others. I also appreciate the private notes I can take during one-on-one meetings with my staff.
