I find Culture Amp to be extremely easy to use, which was a relief since I was initially worried about implementing it ourselves despite the available support. The platform has been absolutely amazing for us, sharing this view with my colleagues. Its AI capability stands out as next level compared to other products I've used for engagement and pulse surveys, which can't even compare. I appreciate the feature where it asks relevant questions and challenges us, making it valuable in summarizing key issues rather than going through comments individually. Additionally, talking to the AI coach helps in generating all staff communications and summarizing trends that emerge from surveys, which I find fantastic.

I liked the prompts for the one-on-one sessions. They also had a slider that the employee could fill out during the feedback loop, which made the process feel more guided. Mostly it had everything that was required for the review process and ensure all the targets were being meet. It was pretty simple to use and was something that was required to complete on a monthly basis.

I think I like Culture Amp because it's a clean experience. It gives a very good way to keep track of employees and appraisals. The semiannual performance appraisal is the feature I use the most.
