## Consensus Reviews
 ### 1. Best-in-Class Tracking and Helpful Email Drafting

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Anshul C. | Business Analyst, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2026

**What do you like best about Consensus?**

I think the tracking is probably my favorite part. I love being able to tell who has looked at something, how long they spent looking at it (even to the point where they may have gotten distracted), and where they left off. The digital sales rooms are underutilized. When i am trying to reach out to someone, i could be writing an email from scratch, which would be awkward, or consensus will write the initial email for me and allow me to add any additional customization.

**What do you dislike about Consensus?**

You know what you are looking for and sometimes the search function won’t find it. Search function will work well until it stops working and then you will find items that aren’t even remotely related. Organizing the content is also on you. If your organization does not consistently tag their items, the items will become disorganized quickly. There seems to be a small delay when uploading new items that takes a couple of minutes for them to sync. It may seem like a small issue but it’s something you will remember.

**What problems is Consensus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our sales materials were located in six separate locations and many of those were outdated. Consensus allows us to put all our sales materials into one location. As soon as a document is updated in consensus, the link does not change so we don’t have to send emails to everyone each time a document needs to be updated. We believe our new representatives will come up-to-speed much quicker than before due to having one easy source to reference. The data provided by consensus shows which content is moving deals forward and which content is simply taking up space.

 ### 2. I think it makes client presentations clearer and more structured

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mariusz P. | Account executive specialist, Sporting Goods, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 27, 2026

**What do you like best about Consensus?**

I like the fact that it has made my product demos to the prospective clients better. I also do not need to do the same walkthroughs, something that conserves energy on hectic days. It provides a powerful range of functions to alter demo content and comprehend the way prospects explore it. This has enabled me to make my work more organized and be able to track various opportunities in a more organized manner.

**What do you dislike about Consensus?**

Consensus is not so good in relation to development of demo materials. Although it has numerous features, it can take time to prepare everything. This translates into working on preparation more than on actual sales discussions in my day to day work. It is more evident when I have several leads to attend and thus it slows down my overall speed.

**What problems is Consensus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The issue of using the same product demonstrations severally and repeatedly is solved by consensus. Previously, that would have been a time consuming task in my position, but now I am able to share already prepared demo experiences. The features enable me to tailor content to various clients, enhancing communication.

 ### 3. Seamless Presentations and Analytics, Perfect for Sales

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kaitlyn M. | Sales Executive, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 15, 2026

**What do you like best about Consensus?**

I find Consensus super easy to use. My clients can log in seamlessly to review the presentation, which makes it very user-friendly. I also like that it helps us get a good sense of whether an opportunity is real and if we should pursue it. The analytics feature is great for seeing what everyone is viewing and honing in on specific use cases. The tool also saves on time management and internal resources, as it prevents us from heavily relying on solution engineers' time.

**What do you dislike about Consensus?**

Honestly there is nothing I dislike at the moment! Pretty happy with the tool :)

**What problems is Consensus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Consensus helps me manage time and resources by reducing reliance on solution engineers for later-stage opportunities.

 ### 4. Magnificent Tool for Streamlining Scientific Evidence Collection

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Amelia C. | Senior Research Scientist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 05, 2026

**What do you like best about Consensus?**

The way it streamlines the collection of scientific evidence is magnificent. It makes it much easier to identify high-impact studies and cite them correctly, which is vital for our literature reviews.

**What do you dislike about Consensus?**

While the AI search is fast, the results can sometimes be a little too broad or general for highly technical queries. As a result, I still end up spending time refining my search terms to get what I’m looking for.

**What problems is Consensus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Synthesizing research used to feel like a tedious, manual chore that took hours of cross-referencing across databases. Now, we can organize evidence-based findings in a fraction of the time, which makes the whole process much more manageable.

 ### 5. Effortless Demos and Customization

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Natalie K. | Customer Success Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 15, 2026

**What do you like best about Consensus?**

I really like the ease of use that Consensus provides. The good user interface makes it simple for both myself and my customers to create and view demos. The customization options are a big plus, as they allow me to tailor my demo recordings to the individuals I am sending them to. It's also easy for my Consensus admin to create new videos and manage the library based on my requests. These aspects of Consensus make it an effective tool for qualified opportunities and finding new people to strengthen my deals.

**What do you dislike about Consensus?**

Nothing.

**What problems is Consensus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Consensus to educate customers on our product and qualify opportunities early. It helps me find new contacts to strengthen deals and tailor demos to individuals, thanks to its customizable interface.

 ### 6. Easy Video Customization, Streamlined Communication

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 08, 2026

**What do you like best about Consensus?**

I like Consensus for its ability to customize the videos that I am currently creating or just use videos that have been created in the past. The videos can easily be included inside my email outreach, making it simple to communicate with others. I also appreciate the snap function, which streamlines the process.

**What do you dislike about Consensus?**

When I am sending emails to a large group of customers, I typically have to put everybody's first, last name, and their email address as the recipient. So I typically address an email with the Consensus video to one person and then blind carbon copy the rest. Ideally, making it easier to send as the 'to'. Being able to just copy and paste the user's email address would be the easiest. I don't see that it's important to have a first and last name for a user when I don't always know that.

**What problems is Consensus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Consensus helps me provide answers to my customers faster without back-and-forth emails, allowing me to send quick videos within emails.

 ### 7. Effortless Video Integration with Room for UI Improvement

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 08, 2026

**What do you like best about Consensus?**

I really appreciate that Consensus saves a ton of time for me by allowing me to quickly send out videos instead of having to manually record each one for a customer. With the MCP connector, I'm able to automatically pull together videos, and our team can manage these videos and put together high-quality content consistently. The MCP connector in particular helps streamline the process, allowing us to maintain the same messaging across our content. The time savings on my end is the greatest benefit.

**What do you dislike about Consensus?**

Some of the UI on the website is difficult. Building a demo board and selecting the right videos is a bit difficult. Using an MCP connection with an AI tool is a bit of a workaround. But, yeah, just the web app UI and process could be simpler.

**What problems is Consensus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I save a ton of time with Consensus by pulling together video content that I used to record manually. It's easier to send out videos, ensuring consistent messaging across the team and producing high-quality content quickly.

 ### 8. Easy Follow-Ups with Room for UI Improvement

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 08, 2026

**What do you like best about Consensus?**

I think Consensus is pretty straight forward. It allows us to very quickly generate the follow-up that we need with prospects and even existing customers when they first see the platform. The initial setup was pretty straightforward, and the adoption has been great once the whole team was on board. We had some great help from Nate at Consensus to get up and running.

**What do you dislike about Consensus?**

I think it could be a little bit easier UI-wise to navigate. Having to jump around between different menus and tabs with odd naming conventions just isn't as friendly or easy to figure out. It's more about the layout of where things are. For example, calling something a 'demo board' isn't really a thing that people usually say or talk about, and it makes it harder for people to use.

**What problems is Consensus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Consensus makes follow-ups with prospects valuable and quick, even for new team members. It's easy to use and helps create necessary content for sharing with prospects and others on the platform.

 ### 9. Game-Changer for Personalized Presales Demos

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Angel H. | Senior Solutions Consultant, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 08, 2026

**What do you like best about Consensus?**

Being able to package multiple video modules into one cohesive demo experience has been a game-changer for our presales workflow. It lets us deliver a high level of personalization without the extra overhead of custom-editing each individual file.

**What do you dislike about Consensus?**

The permissions hierarchy can get a bit complex. Since you can set permissions at the user, folder, and demo levels at the same time, it’s easy to occasionally get tangled up and run into access issues.

**What problems is Consensus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It solves the “black box” problem with asynchronous demos. Before, we had no visibility into whether a prospect actually watched the videos we sent or simply skipped ahead to the end.

 ### 10. Streamlined Onboarding and Engaging Training Tools

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 07, 2026

**What do you like best about Consensus?**

I like that I'm able to send easy training materials and demo materials to customers and track their engagement to see if they're actually using it. The initial setup was pretty easy, and the Consensus user interface was quite easy to use.

**What do you dislike about Consensus?**

I think that the general user interface surrounding sending things through either the snap extension or via the demo boards could be a little bit better. Currently, you do have to add users one by one if you're doing it manually or via the snap extension, it might not catch their last name, requiring you to fill out things manually as well. So I think there's just some UI things that can be updated as well as better organization of the demo library for ease of finding materials

**What problems is Consensus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Consensus reduces the time I spend on repetitive tasks and meetings allowing more focus on revenue-generating activities. It helps by providing onboarding materials that streamline the process and follow up demos for customers

 ### 11. Efficient Demo Customization, Easy Setup, Needs Better Reporting

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Arti S. | Solutions Engineer, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 22, 2026

**What do you like best about Consensus?**

I love that Consensus is really easy to use. It's highly customizable for prospects, which is fantastic. Plus, we have the ability to use different demo styles. The team provided great training, and Scott from Consensus was really good with the setup process, making everything run smoothly.

**What do you dislike about Consensus?**

I think the reporting can be better. There is built in reporting, but it's not as concise. So we have to use an integration with Salesforce to get the reporting that we're looking for. I also wish when you want to share a link, it wasn't so difficult. I wish there was the ability to just select the video and click share link. It's a little convoluted to find that link. And I also wish we brought back branch style videos.

**What problems is Consensus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Consensus frees up time for our account executives and helps tailor demos for prospects, allowing them to book more calls with clients.

 ### 12. Effortless Setup, Time-Saving Innovation

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Viktoriya W. | Sales Executive - TX & OK, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 22, 2026

**What do you like best about Consensus?**

I use Consensus to send quick video demos of our different modules and services. It saves a ton of time for me and for the prospect. It's super quick to set up and send to the prospect. All you need is to select the videos you want to send. I like to use the videos from my favorites section and enter basic information on the prospect, and the video is ready to be shared. It takes just a few minutes to set this up. The initial setup was super easy. Once I looked through the library of what was available, I just set my favorites as 'favorite,' and then it's super easy to send.

**What do you dislike about Consensus?**

It would be great to have some built-in AI features that would help create a custom introduction without having to record a video yourself. Kind of like if it could build an avatar of you and customize an intro video based on your prompts.

**What problems is Consensus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Consensus to send quick video demos of our modules and services, saving a ton of time for me and the prospect.

 ### 13. Easy Demo Boards That Simplify Client Overviews

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Marcel Dündar . | Regional Sales Director - Multi-Entity-Reporting, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 23, 2026

**What do you like best about Consensus?**

I like the setup of the demo boards; it’s an easy way to give clients or prospects an overview of our platform, and it makes my life a lot easier.

**What do you dislike about Consensus?**

I don’t have anything to criticise yet, since I’m using it for the first time right now. I think with a bit more time and practice I could answer that question better, but for now there’s nothing I dislike.

**What problems is Consensus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Mostly, it helps me keep all the relevant information for a client in one place. Also, the feature that lets me see when the info is shared, viewed, etc. is very helpful for recognizing and acknowledging the right signals coming from the customer.

 ### 14. Consensus demolytics show us exactly what buyers care about, no more guessing.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Gareth S. | Sales enablement manager, Marketing and Advertising, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 20, 2026

**What do you like best about Consensus?**

Consensus is bright with its auto personalized demo. It also allows me to produce custom video experiences to prospects on the fly, hours spent recording custom demos will be saved. I also enjoy the deep analytics. I can see which features are being clicked on and which ones are viewed in detail which allows me to formulate follow-up conversations so well. This understanding is a gold rush in our sales process and every interaction is more precise and efficient. A game changer in the game of qualifying leads.

**What do you dislike about Consensus?**

My main quibble with Consensus is the initial setup phase. The initial investment of time is high to upload all our product narratives and videos and properly map them. In addition, integrations are typically good, but a number of niche CRM connections are incomplete yet, which necessitates some manual workarounds. It is not a deal killer, but it increases the complexity in the implementation process.

**What problems is Consensus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Consensus has completely changed our sales qualification process. Previously, our reps would spend hours and hours on giving generic live demos or recording individual videos on unqualified leads. It was unproductive and difficult to expand. Consensus is now used to deliver personalized, interactive demos in the front. Prospects look around at their own speed, and this means that we make live calls to the buyers who are truly interested. This reduces significantly our sales cycle and increases our team productivity and close rates.

 ### 15. A game changer for prospect engagement

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Al M. | Account executive, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 09, 2026

**What do you like best about Consensus?**

I like how easy it is to share our product and product updates with a wide audience, and then see how people interact with what we’ve shared. That visibility makes it a great opportunity to follow up in real time while they’re viewing.

**What do you dislike about Consensus?**

The interface could be friendlier and more intuative

**What problems is Consensus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It solves a really important problem in a sales cycle, knowing who and when prospects are engaging with content. Game changer

 ### 16. Simplifies Our Complex Product Story for Prospects

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jim M. | Account Executive, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 10, 2026

**What do you like best about Consensus?**

The biggest advantage for us is how it simplifies our “complex” product story. We work with highly technical data governance and intelligence platforms, and that can be a lot for a prospect to digest all at once.

**What do you dislike about Consensus?**

Building a full demo board from scratch can be pretty time-consuming. Since we have so many different technical resources and modules in our library, the initial setup and assembly ends up taking more effort than I’d like.

**What problems is Consensus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps us overcome the “technical barrier” in our sales process. By using Consensus to showcase the platform early on, prospects grasp our value proposition much faster.

 ### 17. Effective but could simplify the demo board

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Hugo S. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 18, 2026

**What do you like best about Consensus?**

I like that Consensus is quite easy to use. I really appreciate the library where it is easy to find the demo I want. Moreover, the installation is very simple, especially the integration with Google Mail, which allowed me to use it without any difficulty.

**What do you dislike about Consensus?**

I think that ultimately the demo board is a feature that could be improved. For my clients who are not prospects, I just need a video to show them. A demo board might be slightly more complicated than what I need.

**What problems is Consensus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Consensus to save time by sending feature explanations and technical questions to my clients, which would otherwise take me a lot of time to explain via email.

 ### 18. Effortless Prospect Engagement, Minor Setup Hurdles

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ross D. | Account Executive - Central, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 15, 2026

**What do you like best about Consensus?**

I use Consensus to provide demonstrations of capabilities to prospects and customers. It makes it easier for prospects to see the product, especially with tight scheduling windows and urgent opportunities. I really like being able to provide prospects views into our product and have detailed tracking into what they are viewing and how engaged they are. By being able to track the number of times and length of views, I can get a good idea of how important this is to a prospect and how likely they are to actually buy. Consensus is super easy to pick up as an end user. After creating a couple of demoboards, it's very straightforward.

**What do you dislike about Consensus?**

Sometimes in order to create a demoboard there are a lot of steps and manual keying of information that need to happen.

**What problems is Consensus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Consensus to demonstrate product capabilities, easing prospect access in tight schedules and urgent situations. It offers detailed tracking, showing engagement and purchase likelihood, which is valuable for understanding prospects.

 ### 19. Streamlined Product Demos with Unified Access

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rich G. | Sales Manager, Commercial Sales, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 15, 2026

**What do you like best about Consensus?**

I use Consensus at scale for early-stage product education, to improve qualification, and make live tailored demos more strategic. It reduces time wasted on unqualified or mis-aligned buyers and helps buyers to self-educate on relevant product use cases before formally meeting for a live demo. I really like how it allows for the combination of product education demos via one unified URL, as it reduces friction for each stakeholder by giving them a single entry point to explore what's most relevant. This ensures that they are being guided, improving engagement throughout the content provided. The initial setup was pretty easy and straightforward once I received my credentials.

**What do you dislike about Consensus?**

Comparatively speaking, where Consensus falls short is when a buyer expects deeper role-specific workflows or wants to ask live questions. Since these demos are pre-recorded, it can't fully replace an interactive tailored demonstration.

**What problems is Consensus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Consensus reduces time wasted on unqualified buyers and helps them self-educate, providing insights on engagement. It focuses on real pain points and combines product education demos via one unified URL, improving stakeholder engagement.

 ### 20. Super Helpful Interactive Demos—Easy Edits and a Great Browser Extension

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Brandon L. | Senior Business Development Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 15, 2026

**What do you like best about Consensus?**

The way the video shows each action as you create the "demo" is super helpful and I mean its not just a screen recording, if I want to change something I don't have to recreate the entire video. The sticky keys on my laptop drive me crazy, I'd rather write this out then have to use Loom again because no one was watching the videos anyway. My favorite part has been the browser extension. I simply add it to my browser, select a topic, and that's it.

**What do you dislike about Consensus?**

Sometimes the captioned voiceovers that come with the demo are pretty bad (I mean I know AI isn't perfect), but you find yourself going back and adjusting those captions after a while (that kinda kills the purpose). That is the nit-picky stuff that drives me crazy - I am right in the middle of writing a review and I see some random step drop the first couple sentences of the script - they are written into the script, they just aren't playing - so then I have to fix that too. Also I would love to have more options for how the scripts get voiced over.

**What problems is Consensus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We used to spend hours creating full videos for all our trainings/onboardings etc. and even after we spent all that time on them, people still wouldn't watch them. With Consensus, I can create exactly the same thing in a fraction of the time and people actually watch them. It has also reduced a lot of back-and-forth in support - instead of having to take the time to type-out a detailed explanation, I simply send a walk-through and usually that ends the conversation.

 ### 21. Great for Interactive Demos and Engagement Tracking

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 30, 2026

**What do you like best about Consensus?**

I use Consensus to show things in a live view and for recorded webinars. What I like most is the ability to preview the content that we're sharing and to track whether a prospect has looked at it, how long they spent, and which parts were most interesting to them. It lets me provide a visual aid as well as an interactive method for prospects to understand our product and see if they can imagine themselves using it. The initial setup was easy, as far as I recall.

**What do you dislike about Consensus?**

Consensus's platform view is not as intuitive to navigate as a user. I don't know how it compares to other demo platforms.

**What problems is Consensus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Consensus for live views and recorded webinars. It gives prospects a visual aid and an interactive way to understand our product and picture themselves using it. I can preview what we share and track whether a prospect viewed it, how long, and which parts interested them most.

 ### 22. Better way to review scientific studies quickly

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Adelina M. | Strategic insights Manager, Pharmaceuticals, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 14, 2026

**What do you like best about Consensus?**

I like how Consensus helps me quickly get evidence based answers when I’m researching topics for work. I tend to have a lot of disjointed research and reports and so it is much easier to see the overall direction of the results without going through it all by hand. What I appreciate most is the number of features in which I break down the research papers. It saves my time and enables me to prepare more powerful materials to discuss internally as it provides me with better scientific background.

**What do you dislike about Consensus?**

I dislike that it sometimes oversimplifies certain research topics, which can make delicate subjects seem less nuanced and detailed than they really are. In my work, that means I still have to go back and verify the original sources more often than I’d prefer. Another issue is that not all studies are available through it, which limits what I’m able to access and view.

**What problems is Consensus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Consensus addresses the issue of wasting a lot of time reading detailed academic content in order to locate valuable arguments. I had to read numerous papers manually to get the general conclusions before using it. I am now able to see a clearer overview way quicker and concentrate on putting the information into practice rather than trying to find it.

 ### 23. Consensus Scales Presales with Self‑Serve Demos and Warmer, More Targeted Follow‑Ups

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** David M. | Senior Solution Consultant, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 28, 2026

**What do you like best about Consensus?**

Consensus lets us scale presales without sacrificing quality. Buyers get role‑based, interactive demos they can self‑serve, while we see exactly who watched what, for how long, and where interest spikes—so follow‑ups are targeted and meetings start warmer. It keeps our story consistent across reps, reduces repeat live demos, and shortens cycles by aligning multiple stakeholders before the formal call.

**What do you dislike about Consensus?**

Great content needs upkeep—plan for a lightweight cadence to refresh videos and branches. Initial configuration takes some thought to get the buyer paths right, and I’d love even more flexibility in analytics exports and admin UX. Minor trade‑offs given the value once it’s running.

**What problems is Consensus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Consensus removes the bottleneck of repetitive first‑call demos and inconsistent messaging. Prospects self‑serve tailored demos by role, which aligns multiple stakeholders before the live meeting and surfaces who’s engaged and what they care about. That lets me target follow‑ups, cut prep and repeat demos, and keep our story consistent across reps—effectively scaling presales bandwidth and improving forecast confidence.

 ### 24. How I finally learned to be in two places at once.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Gary M. | Presales Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 19, 2026

**What do you like best about Consensus?**

Consensus has repositioned how I operate. It stops the endless cycle of repeat live demos; prospects can just click through a personalised version on their own time.

Creating the content is actually easy, too—using the consensus AI studio - Trupeer to turn quick recordings into polished assets is a huge win for us. The best part? My team can get our best pitch in front of clients whenever they need to, even if I'm stuck in meetings or offline. It’s basically like being in three places at once!

**What do you dislike about Consensus?**

The platform is always improving, and at the moment I’m happy with the features it offers.

**What problems is Consensus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Freeing up pre-sales time so it can be spent on more productive activities. It empowers sales execs to self-serve and improves their clients’ understanding of what we can offer. Overall, it supports better discovery.

 ### 25. Effortless Video Sharing, Needs a Better Library

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 01, 2026

**What do you like best about Consensus?**

I use Consensus to share demo videos with my prospects, and I like how easy it is to use and share with my clients. The platform makes it simple to land, find the link, and share it right away, which is great for my busy job with lots of different things going on. This ease of use brings value to me as I'm all about efficiency. The initial setup was very easy, my company set it up, and it was accessible from my company's apps.

**What do you dislike about Consensus?**

I think the library of videos could be a little bit easier to view, categorized by Trimble products.

**What problems is Consensus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Consensus to streamline sharing demo videos with prospects, providing a central place for them to access and view at their own pace. It's easy to use, allowing me to quickly share links, which is valuable for staying efficient in my busy role.

 ### 26. User-Friendly with Insightful Metrics

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Construction | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 08, 2026

**What do you like best about Consensus?**

I like how user-friendly Consensus is and all the metrics it provides. It's super easy to set up, especially with the Google Chrome extension, which means I rarely have to log in to the platform directly. This ease of use extends to my emails, making the tool convenient. The metrics are really helpful as they let us know where our customers are in terms of engagement and how tuned they are to the information we're sharing.

**What do you dislike about Consensus?**

Making it easier to copy and paste emails when sharing with customers.

**What problems is Consensus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Consensus helps us understand where our customers are and how engaged they are with the information we share.

 ### 27. Consensus allows our AE to concentrate on meaningful discussions

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Marry A. | Solutions consultant, Computer Software, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 08, 2026

**What do you like best about Consensus?**

Consensus is really my favorite due to its smart demo automation. It can enable us to make customized video demos quickly to prospects which is a massive time-saving feature. The analytics of the platform also give an insightful view of the way viewers interact with the content, revealing precisely what content they find the most attractive. This assists our sales team in prioritizing and making follow-ups rather than making assumptions on what buyers desire.

**What do you dislike about Consensus?**

Although generally excellent, startup and initial education of certain advanced features are a little high. Only a serious effort can get one to master all the customization options. Additionally, I have also realized that the dashboard is a little slow to load at times, particularly when retrieving complex reports, and this has been disrupting the workflow at times during peak times.

**What problems is Consensus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Consent has essentially changed the way we do our demo. In the past, we used to take hours to prepare generic demos which in many cases resulted in uninterested prospects and long sales cycles. We are now dynamically creating personalized video experiences within minutes, and exactly in line with the pain points of each prospect. This has reduced our sales cycle drastically and our sales team has the advantage of knowing what exactly is of interest to the buyer and therefore they can talk more directly to the buyer.

 ### 28. Quick, Easy One-Stop Shop for Demos and Faster Customer Qualification

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lillian W. | Sales Development Representative, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Consensus?**

The ease of use is what I like best. It’s really quick and easy to add a link to an email, and I can search through content in a matter of seconds to determine which demo is best to send to a customer. It quickly answers many of the customer’s questions upfront, which makes qualifying the customer much easier and far less time-consuming. I use it almost every day, and it has genuinely made my job much easier.

**What do you dislike about Consensus?**

Honestly, nothing really. It has only made the process quicker and gives customers much more information upfront without the need for additional resources. It’s essentially a one-stop shop that helps answer customer questions early, speeds up qualification, and makes my workflow more efficient overall.

**What problems is Consensus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Consensus solves the problem of inefficient demo sharing and time-consuming customer qualification. Instead of going back and forth or relying on multiple resources, I can quickly find the right demo, add it to an email in seconds, and give customers immediate access to the information they need. This helps answer many of their questions upfront, shortens the sales cycle, and allows me to determine fit much faster. As a result, I’m able to qualify customers more efficiently, save a significant amount of time, and focus my efforts on the most relevant opportunities.

 ### 29. Efficient Client Engagement with Informative Demos

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 08, 2026

**What do you like best about Consensus?**

I like Consensus for its ease and ability to collate videos into a simple hyperlink, making it easy to share videos with our customers. It's very simple and logical for them to use, even if they're not tech-savvy. The enablement process for our team was also smooth and enjoyable.

**What do you dislike about Consensus?**

The process of making a demo board can be quite time-consuming, moving through the menus to get to the creation layout and then setting up the contacts to use. Additionally, the ability to add more than one contact would be useful, or even making broad and untargeted videos could be beneficial.

**What problems is Consensus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Consensus lets me send informative demo videos, showcasing functionality without needing a consultant. It saves time, allowing me to gauge customer interest before setting up a session. The ease of sharing videos through simple hyperlinks makes it user-friendly even for non-tech-savvy clients.

 ### 30. Great Account Visibility That Uncovers Stakeholders and Interests

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 28, 2026

**What do you like best about Consensus?**

The increased visibility into a prospective account has been really helpful. It lets me learn more about their specific interests and uncover additional stakeholders involved in the decision-making process.

**What do you dislike about Consensus?**

There isn’t much I specifically “dislike.” That said, I’d really appreciate broader functionality in a few areas that could take the experience to the next level—especially around client interaction with my content. It would also be helpful to have the ability to host static materials such as PDFs and PPTs. I know there are other sites that can do this, but having a single place where all of a client’s materials live would be easier for both the client and me.

**What problems is Consensus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It adds an extra layer of insight when conversations go quiet, and that’s truly invaluable.

 ### 31. Effortless Video Sharing with Strong Salesforce Integration

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mary B. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 15, 2026

**What do you like best about Consensus?**

I like the easy to use interface and how it integrates with Salesforce, taking into account opportunities within the platform. I appreciate the email notifications that alert me when someone has viewed the videos I sent, and I can also see how long they've spent watching them. Setting up with SSO was very easy.

**What do you dislike about Consensus?**

I would say being able to filter videos a little bit easier, and sometimes the metrics look inflated when it comes to video views.

**What problems is Consensus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Consensus to solve the problem of sharing specific feature videos with prospects. These curated videos ensure I cover all necessary points.

 ### 32. Minimizing how often I have to be the one demoing

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dave B. | Staff Solutions Engineer, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 18, 2025

**What do you like best about Consensus?**

The biggest change that they have made is the ability to now mix and match demos that are being sent out. This means that I can send multiple demos without having to create a new link for every single demo. It has been an absolute game changer.

**What do you dislike about Consensus?**

I think the user interface still is not as intuitive as I'd like, but it's easy enough to learn.

**What problems is Consensus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As stated earlier it's really minimizing the number of standard demos and allowing me to be far more strategic while also making it easier to get a demo to our customers.

 ### 33. A Huge Time-Saver: Blur Tool and Timestamped Feedback Shine

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Abdalah J. | Head of Sales, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 05, 2026

**What do you like best about Consensus?**

I have found the blur tool while recording to be the one feature i didn’t realize i had always wanted. I was doing a tutorial walk-through of our hr system for on-boarding purposes; employee records were behind me as i walked and rather than having to re-record everything (which would’ve been painful), i was able to blur them and send the link to stakeholders the same afternoon. I’m exhausted after a long shift and i am still thinking about how much time this saved me. The feedback side of things is great too. Stakeholders can leave comments pinched to specific times within videos and don’t have to create an account. This may seem like a small thing but it allows me to get helpful notes back as opposed to vague replies to emails.

**What do you dislike about Consensus?**

While the Consensus is great in many ways, the editing capabilities are very limited. If your project requires more than simple cutting or trimming of the video, then you will have to export your video and edit it elsewhere. To some degree, this defeats the purpose of what Consensus provides. While the AI capabilities of Consensus such as automatic summarization, filler word removal, etc., are very useful; they require payment for use.

**What problems is Consensus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before using consensus, i would typically record something, upload it to drive, copy the link & send an email. With consensus, all of these steps have been removed. Once you record your content, the link is simply there. For teams spread out across multiple time zones, this means i can explain something one time & team members can watch at their convenience rather than having to find a time that works for everyone.

 ### 34. Streamlined Demo Sharing, Effortless Setup

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Duncan W. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 17, 2026

**What do you like best about Consensus?**

I really appreciate the simplicity of creating demo boards with Consensus, which I can do in a very short space of time. The ability to create segmented videos that showcase different features and functionality is another big plus. This helps our users rapidly get to the core of what our product does. The time-saving aspect is crucial for me because I can efficiently present our product to customers, allowing them to watch demo videos at their convenience. The setup process was pretty simple, with good support in the background, making it easy to get up and running without much hassle.

**What do you dislike about Consensus?**

The search feature can sometimes be a little confusing and slow

**What problems is Consensus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Consensus to share demo videos efficiently, saving time and allowing customers to view at their convenience. The segmented videos highlight core features quickly, providing reassurance that our product solves their problems.

 ### 35. No more endless hours digging through studies

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Matthieu T. | Consultant-Formateur, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 02, 2026

**What do you like best about Consensus?**

It is magnificent the streamlined scientific evidence collection and presentation process. The agreement simplifies it to a great extent to draw the appropriate studies and reference them properly, which is essential to our study. The AI-powered search functionality is especially my favorite; it helps me identify connections between works that I would otherwise have not noticed. Efficient construction of systematic literature reviews has saved our team a lot of time.

**What do you dislike about Consensus?**

Although the AI search is efficient, the results are at times too general and need further refinement. The user interface is functional but can be made more engaging to the eyes to make browsing experience more attractive. In addition, not all niche journals are available in the same way that I would like a very specialized topic.

**What problems is Consensus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The synthesis of research was a manual and tedious task that required hours of database search and paper cross-referencing. We are now able to locate and arrange evidence-based discoveries applicable to our work rapidly. This has radically shortened our research cycles and enhanced the quality of our systematic reviews to enable us to make more robust and data-driven conclusions.

 ### 36. Seamless Video Sharing and Integration Powerhouse

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 17, 2026

**What do you like best about Consensus?**

I think what I like most about Consensus is the ability to just send videos seamlessly through email. I also really like the feature of adding that to my Google Suite, making it a plug and play where I can just add a demo link to the message. It populates the email address right there, making it pretty quick for me to pop those videos in and share them with my clients over email. It's really valuable for me to have it right in my Google apps or as a browser extension, where I can auto populate the email address and the name of the person I'm sending it to. I don't have to keep typing in everyone's email address, especially when there are multiple people I'm sending the videos to. I also appreciate having that access right in my email where I can pull up the videos I need, link them, and have a demo board ready to go.

**What do you dislike about Consensus?**

I would say what doesn't work well for me or could definitely be improved is probably just the ability to make it quicker so that it would populate the opportunity or be able to tie that some way with Salesforce, maybe, so I'm not having to type in more things. I also think just navigating the demo boards themselves or the demos, being able to have just a better organization in terms of finding the right videos to share with clients.

**What problems is Consensus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Consensus to provide customers with product information and insightful videos before any demo calls, helping them understand what the product can do.

 ### 37. Navigational Learning Curve, But Great Email Integration

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Maya K. | Communications Coordinator, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 27, 2026

**What do you like best about Consensus?**

I like that there is an option to include Consensus into Gmail settings, which makes it easy to include a Consensus video in an email.

**What do you dislike about Consensus?**

I would say it was kind of confusing at first navigating Consensus. The main part that's frustrating is whenever I want to view a video before I send it to someone, I have to go through so many steps just to play the video.

**What problems is Consensus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Consensus removes middleman conversations by helping customers know their interest level, streamlining communication.

 ### 38. Efficiency Boost with Easy Interface, Needs Better Categorization

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alexander S. | Associate Account Executive - Corporate Accounts NL, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 26, 2026

**What do you like best about Consensus?**

I find Consensus very efficient for sharing videos about our platform, Raquel, allowing viewers to understand it quickly without the need for a full demo. It saves me time and is efficient. I also like how it helps in qualifying interesting leads and disqualifying less interesting ones. The user interface of Consensus is simple and smooth, which makes it easy to use. This is a huge help since my priority is saving time. I know exactly where to find what I need, whether it's demos or favorite videos, and I can share links quickly with leads. Plus, being able to see stats on who viewed the demos and how many times helps me target effectively. Setting up Consensus was very easy, and I appreciate that it integrates with Gmail.

**What do you dislike about Consensus?**

It's hard sometimes to find the right videos because they are not divided into different categories. There is no nice categorization of different solutions or different languages. They're all a bit together mixed in one pot. So that's the only thing that I don't like.

**What problems is Consensus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Consensus to share videos about our platform, saving time and improving efficiency by qualifying and disqualifying leads. The easy-to-use interface helps me find demos and track video views, making it simple to target the right audience.

 ### 39. Empowered Our Presales with Customizable Analytics

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Adrian M. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 25, 2026

**What do you like best about Consensus?**

I love how easy it is to customize and package video content together into one demo that can be shared with prospects. I also really like the reporting capabilities as we can generate reports on various metrics and see which video content is resonating with prospects. The initial setup of users, teams, and content was very easy, and our customer success manager provided us with training guides and answered all of our questions to help us drive internal adoption.

**What do you dislike about Consensus?**

The permissions section in Consensus can be a bit confusing at times as permissions for content can be granted at demo level, folder level and user level. The UX could be improved slightly to remove options/buttons that are not available for certain user roles.

**What problems is Consensus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Consensus gives us analytics to see exactly who watched our content, which parts were interacted with, and what was skipped. I love how easy it is to customize and share demos and generate reports on which content resonates with prospects.

 ### 40. User-Friendly and Intuitive, But Needs Playlist Flexibility

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** shannon p. | Sales Development Representative, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 25, 2026

**What do you like best about Consensus?**

I think Consensus is an easy-to-use platform. It's really user-friendly, which is great because I never even took an intro course or did a tutorial to learn how to use it. I just logged on and taught myself how to navigate. I also like that you can track the analytics on it. It's intuitive, and I appreciate how user-friendly it is.

**What do you dislike about Consensus?**

One thing that I don't like is that you need to create a different demo playlist for each prospect. I wish you kinda just have pre-saved playlists, that you could replicate for prospects instead of having to create a new one from scratch each time. It's frustrating to go in, create a demo playlist, select which videos you want, go through all the process information, and copy-paste. It's extra steps that I'd rather avoid since we send these out quite often. I'd prefer a more generic template option that I can mass send to all prospects rather than having to tailor it to each prospect individually.

**What problems is Consensus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Consensus to send prerecorded demo recordings to prospects, providing them with context and insights into the platform before scheduling a tailored demo.

 ### 41. Customized Demos Made Easy with Consensus

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Grace B. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 08, 2026

**What do you like best about Consensus?**

I find Consensus to be an easier way to share customized product information with prospective customers. It transforms our previously disjointed demo videos into a more polished and comprehensive experience for the customer. I really like the ease of use, and the customized demo boards are particularly valuable. The onboarding process was very easy and hands-on, and I appreciated that. It's also helpful that the Consensus team has been available for training and support.

**What do you dislike about Consensus?**

N/A

**What problems is Consensus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Consensus makes it easier to share customized product information with prospective customers, providing a polished and comprehensive experience compared to disjointed demo videos.

 ### 42. Consensus Makes Complex Products Easy to Demo—and Demolytics Adds Real Insight

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 20, 2026

**What do you like best about Consensus?**

We sell a very complex product that is hard to demo to our prospects. Consensus enables us to quickly show our prospects the platform and get them excited to continue their engagement with us. It's also great there are multiple options to embed Consensus within emails and LinkedIn DMs. I also enjoy the Demolytics functionality to understand how prospects are engaging with our materials.

**What do you dislike about Consensus?**

It often takes a bit of time to put together a Consensus demoboard, perhaps that's because as a company we have a lot of resources in our setup. I wish there was a way to create a generic board that is gated, which then populates the name and company on the demoboards.

**What problems is Consensus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We sell a very complex product that can be difficult to demo to prospects. Consensus helps us quickly showcase the platform, so prospects understand it faster and feel excited to continue engaging with us. If we send this out in mass messaging to a range of prospects, it is helpful to understand who specifically is engaging with us to target my outreach efforts.

 ### 43. Keeps Deals Moving

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Accounting | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 19, 2026

**What do you like best about Consensus?**

It sends a notification whenever someone views a demo, which helps me stay on top of my deals and follow up at the ideal time.

**What do you dislike about Consensus?**

The UI isn't the friendliest but it's not a big deal. Honestly the only real weakness or issue is that it's only as good as the content it contains - if your team hasn't uploaded any good quality demos to the library, it won't be particularly helpful. Luckily in my case we have great content.

**What problems is Consensus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's helping me in a few different ways:

1. Supporting sales cycles where I need to highlight features I'm not trained to demo live
2. Sharing demos with other stakeholders in an evaluation
3. Lately I've started using it selectively in my prospecting as well - if I talk to someone who isn't quite ready to book a meeting, I'll send them a snapshot demo so they can decide if it's worth a deeper convo

 ### 44. Effortless Video Creation with Great Insight Tools

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mark B. | SVP of Sales - North America, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 08, 2026

**What do you like best about Consensus?**

I use Consensus for customer demos, internal videos, content for prospects, and more. I love that it gives us the opportunity to share highlights of our solution tied to problems our customers are trying to solve. It's easy to use and flexible, and I like the ability to see where customers or employees are spending the most time. Creating or modifying a video is pretty straightforward, which allows anyone on my team to move fast and get the customer what they need quickly and with high-quality. The setup was seamless for me, as I was able to get started right away with little to no training.

**What do you dislike about Consensus?**

none

**What problems is Consensus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Consensus allows my team to create and modify videos easily, facilitating fast and high-quality content delivery. It helps customers learn autonomously about our value, providing insights on where they spend the most time.

 ### 45. Game-Changing Demo Analytics, but Demoboard Navigation Needs Refinement

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 19, 2026

**What do you like best about Consensus?**

What I appreciate most is the exceptional ease of use for the sales team. The browser extension is a game-changer because it allows us to link demos directly to our emails, which prevents any loss of momentum. The ease of implementation was also a pleasant surprise; we were up and running very quickly. Furthermore, the level of granularity in the analytics is impressive; knowing exactly which segment a prospect watched and for how many seconds gives us the "summit" of their interest. We also find the customer support team to be very reactive whenever we have a technical question.

**What do you dislike about Consensus?**

The main downside occurs when building a Demoboard with multiple use cases; the navigation isn't intuitive enough for the prospect to toggle between different demonstrations smoothly. Additionally, while the ease of integration with our CRM works, the backend library itself feels a bit disorganized. It would be a significant improvement if we could create custom folders to better categorize our assets. As our frequency of use increases daily, having a cleaner workspace to manage a growing number of features and videos becomes essential.

**What problems is Consensus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Consensus solves the problem of "blind prospecting" by providing clear visibility into a prospect's real interest level. Before, we couldn't tell if a lead was actually engaged. Now, seeing that they spent time on specific videos acts as a strong buying signal. This allows our team to prioritize high-intent leads and pivot our outreach strategy based on the specific features they focused on. This data-driven approach, combined with the number of features available to track engagement, directly improves our conversion rates and overall sales efficiency.

 ### 46. Consensus Makes Sharing Self-Serve Demos Fast, with Helpful Engagement Visibility

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 19, 2026

**What do you like best about Consensus?**

What I like most about Consensus is how easy it makes it to share product value in a more self-serve way. It helps me get relevant demo content in front of prospects quickly, without needing to coordinate a live walkthrough every time. I also like that it gives visibility into engagement, which is useful when I’m trying to understand interest and follow up in a more targeted way.

**What do you dislike about Consensus?**

What I dislike most is the experience when sharing multiple demoboards. In practice, a lot of people only watch the first one and don’t realize they need to go to the top right to click into the others. Because of that, engagement across the full set of content is much lower than I’d expect, and the conversion rate ends up being really, really low. It creates friction in the buyer experience and makes it harder to get prospects to consume the full story I’m trying to tell.

**What problems is Consensus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is solving the problem of getting product information in front of prospects quickly and at scale, without relying on a live demo for every interaction. For me, that means I can share tailored demo content earlier in the sales process, keep momentum between calls, and give prospects a way to explore on their own time. The main benefit is efficiency: I can reach more people, support multiple stakeholders in an account, and use engagement data to follow up more intelligently based on wh

 ### 47. User-Friendly Demos Recordings with Room for Search Improvement

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Adam L. | Account Executive, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 18, 2026

**What do you like best about Consensus?**

I like that Consensus is easy to use; it's pretty straightforward to create demos, put them into the demo library, and create demo boards. It gives me a lot of different functions and options as I go through the workflow, making it user-friendly. I also appreciate the option to share links with a thumbnail, which presents really well over email. The whole setup process was very easy, and it's workflow-driven and step-driven, which helps in creating demo boards efficiently.

**What do you dislike about Consensus?**

Navigating through the demo or demo library can be a bit difficult, and sometimes the search function could be better. Also, when creating a demo or a demo board, you have to make sure that you publish it to be able to find it later, which should be a built-in or flagged step so you can't forget.

**What problems is Consensus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Consensus to securely share recordings with prospects, ensuring competitive intel is protected. It provides insights into viewership, showing who watched, for how long, and which parts, which is very helpful.

 ### 48. Great for Sharing Content and Personalizing Data Throughout the Sales Process

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Krti H. | Account Executive, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 08, 2026

**What do you like best about Consensus?**

It’s a great platform for sharing content with prospective customers and personalizing our data, which has been very helpful throughout the sales process.

**What do you dislike about Consensus?**

I haven't found anything I dislike about it - it's pretty straight forward and user friendly.

**What problems is Consensus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Saving time with providing information that would be covered in a demonstration and speeding up the sales process.

 ### 49. Effort-Saving Demos with Room for Improvement

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Louis E. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 25, 2026

**What do you like best about Consensus?**

I find Consensus very helpful for sending demos to people after calls. It allows me to share premade demos, saving me a lot of time since I don't have to do live demos after a discovery call. Being able to send a link to the demo lets clients watch it in their own time and come back to me. This feature enables me to effectively get back to clients with a demo and to send demos easily through emails, which is quite helpful.

**What do you dislike about Consensus?**

The naming conventions are quite confusing, and it'd be great if they could suggest demos for you based on personas, as it's also missing some personas.

**What problems is Consensus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Consensus to send demos after calls, saving me a lot of time since there's no need for a live demo. Clients can watch at their convenience, and I can share demos via email easily.

 ### 50. Powerful tool to understand your prospects and track videos

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Guillermo P. | Sales Engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**What do you like best about Consensus?**

It is a very powerful tool to see what prospects or customers focus on regarding your products. You can track how the viewing of the videos has gone, helping you to better manage the first meeting with them.

**What do you dislike about Consensus?**

It is not very intuitive when it comes to creating the demoboard. There are concepts that sometimes lead to confusion.

**What problems is Consensus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Consensus solves the problem of often not knowing what your potential client or client wants. Consensus benefits you with the fact that the potential client or client has paused on the parts of the video that interest them the most, and this is reflected in the video analysis that Consensus provides you.
