# How has Consensus changed your sales process?

Once the sales teams realized the impact that on-demand, customized, targeted video content actually shortened their sales cycles, the changed seemed to happen overnight. I can say honestly it's fundamentally changed our sales process, where the automated demo is a required part of the cycle prior to a live demo. Curious to know the impact that the tool has had for others?

Tony, VERY impressed that you&#39;ve added the automated demo as a requirement before engaging a presales resource. We&#39;d like to one day get there as well. Agreed with the sales cycle time. I&#39;ll also add that we&#39;ve seen our AEs using Consensus to qualify out opportunities so that they can focus their time on opportunities that are more likely to close. An AE once told me, &quot;if they&#39;re not willing to watch a 5 minute Consensus video, are they really serious about an evaluation?&quot;  Particularly down market where the volume is so high, being able to use Consensus as a way to focus our efforts is a big win.
