I would say I like the ease of use of Consensus. I also appreciate the integration with Salesforce, which kinda integrates directly with our accounts and opportunities. I really enjoy being able to see when customers go in and watch the demos and get detailed analytics about that. Once you understand the layout and how everything works in relation to our Salesforce system, it's pretty easy to use and it wasn't a hard setup at all. It seemed pretty easy once we got going on it.
