Effortless Demos with Customization Flexibility
I use Consensus as an Account Manager to send demo videos to customers who are interested in exploring new modules. Consensus solves the problem of having to schedule a demo for every module, even if we're not sure it's a great fit. I like that it has an easy user interface, is pretty fast, and offers lots of options for customization. The interface is easy to navigate, which makes it simple to locate what I need. There are many different options in terms of formatting the demos, which allows me to tailor them by audience, messaging, and flow to create a relevant and personalized experience. The initial setup of Consensus was very easy.

I like that Consensus can be tailored to the customer's needs and that it can be short and direct, which is what everybody wants today—direct information based on what they're looking for. I also appreciate how customers can choose exactly what information they want to see instead of skipping through a long-hour demo. It's easy for them to focus on what they want. The setup was extremely easy for me; I just jumped right in and started using it. Plus, the ability for customers to drill down into what they care about is nice because I can provide a larger range of information. It's helpful that when the video gets shared with others, they can focus on what's important to them.
